Small feet clad in dark black sneakers treaded down the hallway of the Dojo slowly and calmly. The way she walked around without any issues? One might think she had lived in the place all her life or something, but she had not even lived around here long enough to really know the whole place was made of metal beneath the wood. In spite of the child's calm demeanor and even pace, Ningyo had not been around for a very long time at all. The short female actually had only been around for a handful of weeks at the most, barely even long enough to be noted by others. Not that she was easy to take notice of in the first place. In fact, it was eerie how much she didn’t seem to be anything notable even as she walked down the hallway all alone in her all black outfit with a blue jacket over top of it. Almost as if she didn’t even want anyone to see her.
Ghostly pale extremely slender fingers curled as the tips of them touched the indent that went to the sliding door, arm tugging softly as the fabric of her clothing rustled. Satsu was hesitant to open the door, doing so in a manner as to where it took several seconds for the doorway to be completely exposed to the hallway she stood in. Once she had a sight line into the space, the twelve-year-old peered around the corner of the room seeing no one inside. The fact no one was there? Confused her, since it was the space she was used to spotting the most people in around the dojo, it was where others seemed to train. Of course, it was not any random person nor training that the tween was truly seeking out.
Nin was after one individual who resided within this structure at least this morning when he told her it was morning and thus time to leave her room. Shiki was somewhere around here and she damn well knew it! The child wanted to find him, since the shinobi was who had been placed in charge of her, thus who she was supposed to listen to. What was she suppose to do if she didn’t have the man to tell her what to do? The girl could hardly ever remember a time where she had acted on her own will these days, she just knew she needed to find the one in charge of her and be told to do something. Wounds ran deep, and the one’s born by the child made it inevitable that she would seek out the man who saved her life with every waking breath if she did not know exactly where he was. Plus she wanted something to do, and he hadn’t given her any tasks so she would be bored if she did not find the ninja.
Optics made into a muddy brown by contacts scanned the room once more before she discreetly closed the door back and stepped away from it. Clearly? He was not in the room she had first checked so that room served no purpose to her. Arms limp at her side the girl started to consider where she should next look inside the building. Of course about the time she started thinking about other rooms was the time she started thinking of the third option. Shiki was a human and he could have left the building, he could be outside, a place where as a doll with no will besides for that of her master, was forbidden to her. Not to say she didn’t want to go outside because she actually did.
Satsu quickly decided that she hoped he had gone outside. If she spotted the male through a window right outside of the dojo? She would have an excuse to go outside of it. No one could say she was not doing as she should when she could see where her master was! Going to him, even if he was outside, so long as she knew exactly where he was, that should be okay. If Shiki was outside she could go outside again. The little girl missed being outside faintly remembering days where she would sit out there for years without even seeing a single human structure. With that in her mind, Nin continued down the hall looking for a window.
Much louder footsteps suddenly erupted in the hallway as if someone was upset or rushing. Those sharp sounds made straight paths towards Ningyo focusing intently on reaching the young girl. Anyone who got in the way would likely be bowled over by the two hundred and forty pound dire wolf as she really did not give much thought to anyone who was not part of her pack and the pack she belonged to only had two members. Well, the wolf guessed Shiki counted in the alpha's mind now, but the she-wolf herself had yet to make a choice towards the man, though she was grateful he had saved them. "Oh, it's you Sango. Could you be any noisier?" pale pink optics watched as the girl with ashen gray hair turned slightly to stare at her as she caught up. Barking once the wolf growled softly continuing to walk alongside the young child who she was far taller than. Even though the wolf wasn't too sure she guessed they were looking for Shiki, but she didn't bother doing anything that could be interpreted as her asking Ningyo what they were actually doing.
