Reviewing the basics seemed to make things easier. All of these textbooks had the same format so the young elementalist knew what was the easiest path, at least to her brain, to learning these languages. Words like good-bye and welcome were next to learn on her list, like always.. The words we are looking at here at antio sas or goodbye and kalos IRTHATE or welcome. The young linguist started to read out loud.
"antioooos ssssaaaass" It felt quite weird on her tongue. Almost as if she was speaking to a snake the way she had to hold out some letters and let it lift. The language was also unique as it had words from the common language become two or more words in the Auran tongue. For example, "kalooosss IE-THAA-TEE" was the word 'welcome' in common but to someone who didn't understand the language there would be no way of translating that into one word. The language lifts and divides the words, blowing them apart and making them almost nothing.
One thing that was nice, the only thing nice about the Auran tongue so far, was the word for air. The word for air or Aéras was very similar to air, or at least enough that it could be translated. The teen would try to pronounce it "Aéraasss or air." However, the element may respond to air but it controls wind or ánemos. This language, above any other elemental language had a lot of accent marks to note. Takius decided to switch to the written word for the time being to grasp this before moving on in speaking the language.
