Raiton: Monogatari Hidora, 雷光: 物語 紫陽花, (Lightning Style: Legend Hydra)
Rank: A
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user creates a massive blast of dragon-like lightning.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: This technique is extremely loud and unsuited for stealth. This technique consumes large amounts of chakra.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into their hands. They then thrust their hands forward, releasing the lightning chakra forward. A long, sinuous dragon-like being of crackling blue-white lightning will spring forward from each of the user’s hands, twining around one another. They will extend towards the target at high speed, for a maximum range of forty meters. When they reach the target they rear up and split from one another, before splitting a further time, each into three, creating six grand hydras of lightning that come crashing explosively into and around the target, creating a crater ten meters in radius. These hydras cause extreme shocking akin to severe third-degree burning on the target, as well as applying a fair amount of explosive force due to the generated pressure wave.
Limit: Must have Raiton. Must know Raiton: Hidora.
After successfully learning the Chakra Ken technique, Shoko would go about swinging the sword at the already battered targets and training dummies that Mount Hiroshi held. Shoko was amzed at the sheer density of the chakra that he had manipulated, he never knew that pure chakra could be manipulated to such a form where he could literally use it to saw wood in half.
After an hour of practising the technique and improving his form with it, Shoko thought it was about time to settle down for a bit. He didn't want to exactly admit it but learning and practising the technique had taken quite a lot of him and his chakra. A decent rest would do quite well to regain his energy.
Shoko lay down on the grass, staring up into the amber sky. It had gotten quite late since he first started training and the sun was looking quite beautiful as it sunk deeper and deeper into the sunset red horizon. Shoko was completely entranced by the beauty of it all, it were the little moments like this that made life worth living. After a few minutes, Shoko couldn't remember when he fell asleep.
