Description: Heike Tsutomu, the C.E.O. of the Shirokiya Corporation, has held a very clean and honorable career dealing with the acquisition and resale of fine art such as paintings, sculptures, statues, and other decoration. Lately, rumor has it, he has fallen from grace and began dealing with illegal arms and weaponry as well as narcotic substances. He has even gone so far as to send men to fetch people from the streets to peddle his wares. For these crimes the man has been deemed worthy of death.
Objective: Travel to Aokusa and assassinate Heike Tsutomu, head of the Shirokiya Corporation.
Reward: 100,000 Ryo (1 Anbu Cat credit )

The 3 Ninja would arrive in Big Tree City the last known location of their target Heike Tsutomu, the C.E.O of the Shirokiya Corporation. There as several locations that he has been known to visit, and you have been given a photograph of your target [Photo]. Other than his place of business, which would be easy enough to find, he is known to frequent the Rose Petal Strip Club, as well as the local Art Museum, clearly a man of disguised taste. He is known to travel with a detail of guards, but only one of them is worth much of anything. It is difficult to judge which is which as the guard all wear armored gear that cover much if not all of their faces. The target himself, has little to no skill in combat, purely a business. The information gathered as laid the essentials before you. As the two ninja who requested the Mission decided on what course of action they would take, Salihn simply stood watch in the shadows curious about what they would do. It seemed a rather simple and straight forward mission to her.

An'ei Sekitan ; jintai

[An'ei Sekitan]

Houkou and Sekizen arrived in Big Tree City, a county of Aokusa, and home to their target. “Heike Tsutomu, a successful business man in the world or Art Dealing, it would seem that his greed has finally consumed him.” Sekizen had been left outside of the city, as he was too easy to spot, while Houkou had acquired a run down abandoned shack to use as their base of operations for the mission. “This shack is our base of operations here near the edge of the city. Heike Tsutomu has been recruiting people off of the street to deal in weapons and narcotics, which means anyone could be a scout for the man, so we do not speak of the mission out in the open near prying ears.” Houkou would reach into the pocket of his pants and pull out the Communication Device he had gotten from the mission to kill the Weeds, placing it in his ear, and waiting for Kiru and Salihn to do the same.

“The mission itself is rather simple on paper. Heike has no combat skills, or very little, placing him somewhere in the realm of an Academy Student, should this information be precise. His guards are armored and one of them is rather skilled, although the details of how skilled is vague at best, so try to avoid a confrontation with them if possible; Heike is the only target.” Using a Kunai, Houkou would draw in the dirt of the shack, moving quickly, and producing a crude map of Big Tree City district of Aokusa. He would write the kanji for each location within their respective square, designating the general location of the Art Museum, Rose Petal Strip Club, and Shirokiya Corp. “So there are three places for us to hunt, which means we will need to split up to cover the ground. Kiru, you’ll be going to the Art Museum, as you have nicer clothes than myself, and because you are too young to enter the Rose Petal Strip Club, which is where I will be going to gather information. Check your gear and then we get moving. Once we have finished our investigations at those two places, we meet at the Shirokiya Corporation, should we have not found and killed the target beforehand. Go.”

Houkou would place a hand on the Mask of the Demon Dog hooked tight to his hip, another, that same hand (his right) would touch the hilt of Dog Star, while his left would touch Unnamed. By feel alone, he knew he still had the fifteen kunai hidden about his body, while the Benihime was on his back. Should Kiru succeed with minimal help, this blade would be his. Now that the checks were completed, Houkou would leave the shack, checking both way to be sure there were no spies before heading down the street [Observation: 210]. Adopting a swagger like stride of a thug [Acting: 195], Houkou would make his way toward the Rose Petal Strip Club, where other thugs like personal guards would be sure to frequent and the women would know plenty of information from the braggarts that criminals typically are.

Kiru had traveled along with the beautiful woman and his new captain.This had been his first time to the Capital ever since he stepped foot in the Land of Grass. It would his be his first assassination in a long while as it was a step for him to become Anbu. The city itself was quite beautiful and he had come dressed to impress. With a slim-fit white button up shirt he had on a  complete black vest. A black tie neatly folded and tucked into the vest. He wore black shinobi beats to keep his mobility however. He had his wakizashi on the small of his back one on top of the other.  A handle sticking out to the left and the other the right side of his body.

They had found a shed to go over the details of their missios. Houkou had drawn a rough map and named the 3 locations. With his great memory he was able to retain everything he needed to know about his target, the locations, and his guard with him. It seems he got stuck with the sucky job of going to the art museum but it seemed to work out better this way.Bottom line was to meet up at the corporation if the target was not there. Nodding Kiru checked his blades and was out.Heading towards the musuem Kiru casually walked with a smile on his face.This was going to be a fun experience especially with his new jutsu.

Houkou:

As Houkou made his way down the street, he wouldn't notice anything out of the ordinary as he headed towards the strip club. His presences didn't seem to be too much a big deal to the people in this are, even is weapons would stand out to much in this part of town, just par for the course. There were two bouncers at the door. It didn't seem to be any signs on the target on the outside, if there was any information to be gathered from this place than Houkou would need to head inside. There was a 10,000 ryo cover change to get into the club.

Kiru:

Once he arrived at the Museum he would notice one thing. The building itself was rather large, at least 3 stories high, and walls upon walls of painting. However, it wasn't particularly crowded at the moment, for the time of day it was, that wasn't too surprising. Kiru would have a lot of ground to cover, but there wasn't much made about his appearance. His appearance gave of a harmless, if not somewhat feminine young lover of the arts.

Ten thousand? I think not. [Acting begin: 195 Skill Points]Houkou blinked at the two body guards for a moment, then he began to check his pockets, patting his top and pants as if he had lost something. “Hmm. I have it, just give me a moment to remember where I put it.” He would take a step back involuntarily, kneeling down and then patting his boot, looking at the ground. Another back as he kneeled again, this time filling his eyes with chakra, the ring and three tomoe appearing within the crimson of his eyes. “Ah, found it!”[Acting Ends] Houkou would look up at both bouncers, focusing on the one to the left, but knowing that the one to the right would be under his spell as well. Looking into the eyes of the first bouncer, he would will for the man to fall unconscious, pressuring his mind with the Sharingan, then flick his gaze into the eyes of the next before he would have time to register, doing the same [Will DC: 33].

Should he be successful, Houkou would make his way forward, quickly checking the pockets of the bouncers and taking anything they might have, just in case they woke early. With that completed, the Demon Dog of Kusa would enter the Rose Petal, determined to pry information out of whomever he would need to from this seedy place of business. Hopefully Kiru was fairing well, or Houkou would be completing this alone.

Sharingan

Effect: The Sharingan is a special eye that grants the user a broad form of abilities, and unlocks techniques dedicated to the Sharingan.

Description: Picture The Sharingan is the most feared ability of the Uchiha Clan. This unique ability manifests in a clan member's eyes, and while some might call it a genetic aberration of deformity, the Uchiha have used this gift to devastating effect. In some members this ability will only let them anticipate or predict the path of an attack. The user activates this ability as a "C" Rank weaving movement that does not provoke an opportunity of attack. Each Rank learned the user gains a Tomoe (maximum 3). User gains a +10 insight bonus to Investigate, Observation, Reading Lips, and Forgery (to copy writers) checks per Tomoe. User gains a +10 insight bonus to Sense Motive against Feints per Tomoe. User gains a +2 insight bonus to Intimidate per Tomoe. User gains a +2 insight bonus to Will Saves against GenJutsu and Mind-Affecting Jutsus per Tomoe. User gains a +2 insight bonus to Attack Damage per Tomoe. User gains a +2 insight bonus to Dodge per Tomoe. The user can concentrate for a move-movement to gain the ability to "See Chakra" for as long as the user concentrates, plus 5 rounds. The Sharingan eye costs chakra per round to maintain. If the user is blinded, user gains none of the benefits of the Sharingan. Unless caught flat-footed, immobilized, or feinted against, the character cannot lose Minor Defenses while the Sharingan is Active. Deactivating this is a free movement. When the user unlocks the 3rd Tomoe they gain the ability Glare. User gains a +20 bonus to Observation to detect GenJutsu techniques or see Chakra Activity (see See Chakra). The Difficulty Saves of a character's Eye Techniques increases by +1 no named bonus while their Sharingan is active.

Mind Snare

Effect: A GenJutsu capable of knocking targets unconscious, wiping their memory for a brief moment.

Description: A Sharingan based technique. Range of technique is 20 meters. Target is 1 creature. Duration is instantaneous. Will Save to Negate. If it fails, the subject falls unconscious for 1d6+1 rounds. When it awakens, it will be dazed for 1 round and remember nothing about falling unconscious and 1 round before falling prey to the technique. The target will not forget especially important events (such as a bomb going off in a hospital or crashing a car). Characters at least 10 Class Points below the user will fall unconscious for 1d4 hours rather than 1d6+1 rounds.
Limit: Must be an Uchiha. Must know Sharingan (3rd Tomoe). Must know Pattern Perception.

Hypnotic Stare

Effect: A stare that reduces the target's Will while making the target forget the user being affected.

Drawback: ---
Description: A Sharingan based technique. A user can focus their stare on 1 creature within 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level as a weaving movement. That creature takes a -2 penalty on Will Saves. This penalty changes to -3 at "C" Class. A user can maintain their stare against only 1 opponent at a time; it remains in effect until the user stares at a new target, the opponent dies, the opponent moves farther than the range, or the user falls unconscious or dies. The user can remove the memory of their stare from the target's mind; the creature does not remember that it was affected (nor does it realize that it is currently being affected) unless the user allows it. The hypnotic stare is a psychic effect, and relies more on the Uchiha's focus than the target's Observation of their stare. It cannot be avoided in the same ways a gaze attack can. The Uchiha can use this ability even while blinded, but must succeed at a Verify Difficult Observation check to do so. Staring at a creature requires the Uchiha's focus, so if they use their gaze attack or similar ability, user must target the subject of their hypnotic stare or voluntarily end the stare. The penalties from multiple Uchihas' stares do not stack. This is a mind-affecting effect.

Description: Whenever the user is focusing their Hypnotic Stare on a foe, the user can broaden their Hypnotic Stare as a weaving movement. All creatures within 4 meters of the opponent take penalties from the user's Hypnotic Stare and Bold Stare as if they were maintaining the Hypnotic Stare against each of those creatures. The user can exclude allies and other creatures from this effect. If the user's Hypnotic Stare ends for the focused opponent, this effect ends. Extended Stare increases the width by 1 meter per learning.
Limit: Must be an Uchiha. Must know Hypnotic Stare.

Widening Stare

Description: The Uchiha's gaze widen's their mind's eye. The Uchiha can affect an additional creature with their Hypnotic Stare. They can choose another additional 2 creatures per Class Level. These creatures can be chosen by the same weaving movement. The targets must be within a cone shaped area in front of the Uchiha and otherwise valid targets for Hypnotic Stare.
Limit: Must be an Uchiha. Must know Wide Stare.

Kiru was greeted with the sight of the massive 3 story building. The museum itself was something you would from a capital city. With a grin he made his way inside comfortably resting his arms behind his back.  Inside it was covered with a multitude of portraits which caught his attention. On a more important note Kiru noticed the lack of a crowd which was going to a pleasantry with finding his target. Even with having so much room to look would it easier noticing the old man and his bodyguards. He decided on a simple method that would allow him to casually blend in with the situation at hand.

[Acting 125] With a smile on his face Kiru would passionately gaze at the artwork around him. He became entranced in it and attentiveness was there. All the while seeming lost in the art work he was moving into a more tactical position. Staying near the vicinity of the main entrance Kiru would work his way towards the back. [Observation 125] Moving into a position that would allow him to check over the main entrance and everyone inside. All the looking as if he was completely taken in by the art.

Houkou:

The bouncers stared at the Uchiha as he fumbled around looking for his wallet. They both shock there heads as they've seen this before, next thing you know he's going to be asking to just walk in. Just when they were about to tell him to get lost. They were staring into the Sharigan Houkou had successfully cast his genjutsu on the bouncers outside of the club. When he went to check their pockets he would find nothing of any real worth. Except a wad of cash amounting up to 120,000 ryo, their IDs, and 12 wrist bands, 2 of which read VIP.

These wrist bands would be needed to move about the Club without being hassled by security. Once he made his way in said he would see a surprisingly busy strip club considering the time of day. The topless woman on stage, pay no mind to you as you enter as they are far to focused on the gentlemen sitting in front of them. A topless waitress makes her way over to you, "How you doing today stud? Haven't seen you in here before. I'm Tankeria, can I get you anything? Drink, smoke... lap warmer?"

Kiru:

No one on the museum's first floor seemed to be too interested in Kiru's presence. the boy had a very unassuming appearance, almost completely forgettable, if he allowed himself to be. Kiru would be staring at the entrance for quite sometime, as there would be only a few people walking in and out of it at the moment, none of them were the target that he was after.

Kiru had been watching the entrance for some time and to no avail. No one in the room or who had been coming in had been the target and his posse. [Acting 125] Keeping his cheerful demeanor Kiru would quickly leave the first floor as if he had never even been there. [Observation 125] Making his way to the second floor of the building he would stop at the entryway and seem as if he was taking in all the art. But in reality he was  taking in a quick scan of the surrounding area. To get  a sense of the room itself and look at the people in it.  Part of him wondered where the wonderful Salihn was hiding. Regardless of finding the target or not he would quickly move to one side of the room to gaze at the nearest piece. Taking his time and effort to not stand out. Looking like a art enthusiast and keeping that cover would be crucial in his reconnaissance.

Because if not discovering anything he would just have to make his way towards the company itself and rendezvous with Houkou. Kiru also started to ponder his plan of attack if he did come in contact with the target. He could easily use his mind transfer to take control of one of the guards or listen in to one of their conversations.  But the problem without having any back up would mean if he got attacked by the other guards or tried to commit suicide it would kill his own body as well. The one downside of his jutsu. It might be better to get him alone and order his men to stand watch,  a last ditch effort.

Houkou sauntered into the Strip Club with his VIP wrist band on, newly acquired from the generous guards at the door, who were just far too kind giving it to him free of charge. They should be waking up soon and, fortunately, Houkou had propped them up so that they leaned against the wall. Can’t have them laying in the dirt. Once within, his eyes gazed upon many things within the establishment, but it was not as if he were not ready for it. Naked women, smoking, drinking, the filthy of Kusa hanging around this place; although it was not the first time he had been in here. Ikki Ko’s mother used to work here, before Houkou liberated her and used her to create his daughter, then set her on the path to a better life so she could be a better mother. A topless waitress walked over, just like the day he met Ko’s mother, and it was a small bit of nostalgia for him.

“A lap warmer would be nice, so long as it’s you or someone else who knows a lot of people,” Houkou would begin, a charming smile replacing his typical malicious grin, “I like a woman with many experiences, as that means she knows how to handle many different types. A smoke would be fine too, nothing fancy, just regular tobacco. Oh, and two bottles of your second best alcohol.” With his new spending cash, he was not necessarily concerned about the cost, and would make his way to a nice place away from others in the VIP section of the Strip Club. Once either the waitress/stripper or another woman came to him with his bottles, he would pour her a drink and one for himself, then take and smoke a cigarette after paying.

“So, do you know a lot of the regulars that come in here?” he would ask, very nonchalant about it, taking a sip from his glass, “I just want to be sure you have the experience to handle a tough case like me, you know?”[Sense Motive: 118] He would grin wolfishly, though not in a scary way, but in a charming way that only a confident and dominant alpha could. This should be interesting.

Kiru:

Once again the young ninja would find no one he was looking for on this floor. These floors were not small, and there were two sets of stair cases for one to go up and down. There were many walls off sections, it would no be possible to see every angle of the room standing in one spot. There was still a chance that the target could be present on this floor, the 1st, or the 3rd. Such a simple task would being to seem rather daunting at the moment.

Houkou:

"Right away handsome... I'll be with you shortly." She walked off with a smile on her face A Houkou got himself set up somewhere. She came back with Houkou's drinks and smokes, but requested no money. He was VIP he had no need to pay for such things. They would just put it on a tab for him to pay once he all of his fun. She placed the cigarette in Houkou's mouth as she sat down on his lap wrapping her free arm around her his shoulders. She would light his cigarette as she took a drink. She looked down at Houkou, as he gave her a toothy grin, "I know all the VIPs that come through sweetie... but your new. I can't wait to get to know you." She place her glass down as she swung her self around to straddle Houkou. Placing her arms on his shoulders, she would began to move her hips as she leaned in which a whisper, "You'll find I'm more than capable of handling anything you want baby."

So she knows everyone who frequents here, which would include our target. Maybe she knows where he is now. As she grinded him a bit with the movement of her hips, Houkou would use his impressive will to manifest a small bit of arousal, to keep the stripper from becoming upset if he was not responsive enough. Placing his hands behind his head, Houkou would inhale the smoke of his cigarette, knowing that there were very few poisons strong enough to cause him any harm, and would blow the smoke from his nose.

“Do you know Heike Tsutomu? I’m supposed to start working for him tonight, but I have no idea where to find him. New here, y’know?”[Investigate: 103/Acting: 195/Sense Motive: 118]

He would move his hands to pour himself a drink, careful not to disturb the woman while she worked, all the while making sure his kept a slowly rising state of arousal until he hit maximum. Placing the cup of liquid to his lips with his left hand and taking a drink, after removing the cigarette with his right, he would buck once just to let her know he was into it.

“Any info would help and I’ll make it worth your while for helping me. Say maybe 100,000 ryo or so? What do you think?”

Houkou had no intentions of paying her whatsoever, but perhaps the thought of it would loosen a different set of lips, the ones used for talking which were far more important to him.

The room was too large to peer at from just one spot so Kiru walked around. He had time to kill anyway as it was possible for his target not even be here. [Acting 125] Kiru did a walk around the entire room the most of the room before returning back to the stairs. His smile started to fade he slowly adopted a more focused and almost frustrated look. [Observation 125] Kiru would gaze around at all he could by trying to stay near the center of the room to get a peek at the entirety of the floor. Small glances while looking at the artwork around rather then branch off into every nook in search of the target. If his sweep of the floor had shown him nothing then he would immediately head up to the third floor. From retrospect it would be nice to just stand watch outside and watch the front door. Then he could hide in the shadows and focus on the mission without causality to his surroundings. But he had to be thorough.

Houkou:

She continued to grind on top of Houkou with a smile on her face as he asked his questions. She sighed a little bit as he seemed to be more interested in asking boring questions. "The only questions you should be asking is where can I touch you?" She would grab Houkou's hand and place him on her chest, "and the answer is anywhere you want." She would continue to move body, rolling her eyes. So he was just another would be guard for that ass hat. "You actually just missed him. After Work he comes here, everyday... picks a girl, and clears out the 3rd floor at the art gallery, to have dinner.... What time is it?" She leaned back and to look at the time on the, clock. "He should be there now. But let's not worry about him. His guards won't let you interrupt his meal. So why don't you do them same, and not interrupt your own." She said as she lifted up her body to place her chest in Houkou face.

Kiru:

Kiru would make his way up to the third floor, but before he would have the chance to get up there he would be stopped by 2 armored guards, that looked much like the description of the target's guard. The two of them looked at Kiru, "Get lost kid. This floor is reversed, and you're not invited."

So that’s where he was. Kiru should have made it to his location by now hopefully. If not, he’s worthless to me. I’ll have to inform him of this information. Houkou would grin and stop the stripper from grinding, gently, even though she was already getting on his nerves by being too over-eager.

“If I seem distracting, that’s only because one helping is not enough. I have a…hearty appetite. Grab another girl and let’s have some real fun.”

Once she was gone to acquire another girl, Houkou would simply make his way out of the establishment, not even leaving money for what he had ordered, simply because why should he? Once outside, he would take off the VIP bracelet and pocket it, passed the memory-wiped guards, and head toward the Art Gallery. Attempting to contact Kiru via radio was a no go, as he only received static in answer, which could only mean the fool did not bring his radio. With a sigh, he began to lightly jog in that direction, intent on knowing the outcome of the assassination attempt, and whether the boy was worthy or not for this team.

Jintai was internally put off by those words. These had fit the description of the guards of his target. Meaning he needed to get a view of the third floor.[Acting 125] Kiru gasped and immediately bowed before the two men. "Forgive the intrusion, I am terribly sorry to have disturbed you." With a sense of sincerity Kiru in his voice would turn and head all the way down the stairs. And exit outside the building slowly walking from the entrance. [Observation125] With a back glance of the the building a looked over any windows on what looked like the third floor.

He needed to establish where the target was and how many guards there were.There are two guarding the entrance to the third floor. He could easily wait and tail them. Considering he was by himself he would need to cause a diversion some how and kill the guards. But in that same amount of time they could easily escape and be put on the defensive. If he were to break into the third floor that is. His best bet would be to mind transfer with one of the guards from a safe distance and go in there and do it himself. Even if he was killed as the job would get done.

Houkou:

Houkou would be able to leave the club before the female returned with a friend. After realizing that he skipped out without paying his bills, the waitress would give a description, of the "customer", he wouldn't be allowed back into the club again, as if that mattered to him.

Kiru:

He went outside, would would see that the third floor had plenty of large windows, as with most Art gallery's they like to have as much natural lighting as possible. In front of each window was an armored guard that looked much like the two that Kiru ran into.

From the shadows of a rooftop two streets back, Houkou watched Kiru on the street through the Mask of the Demon Dog, gazing up at the building, presumably scoping it out [Sense Motive: 168]. Good, he already knows where the target is. Now, let’s see if he can finish this. The Demon Dog continued to watch the boy from a distance, eager for the bloodshed and for how clever his little pupil could be. Houkou zoomed in on the third floor windows as well, seeing what the boy had undoubtedly seen; a heavily guarded dinner party. How fancy of that scum. Zooming out, he resumed his watch, relaxed and waiting.

[Acting 125] Kiru turned completely with a smile on his face as he gave the outside of the museum a once over with his hand over his brow. On the outside Kiru had a relaxed and simple feel to him looking like nothing more than a simple tourist.[Observation 125]  However Kiru's real goal was to survey the rest of the exterior. Looking for any places that he could hide out of the view of the guard's at the window. From things seemed he needed to get as close to the guards as possible and use his mind transfer technique. But he would need to hide his body somewhere that wasn't entirely in the open for people to interfere.

Anything like a bench or bush in front of the museum even a small corner. He could easily pass for falling asleep when he left his body. After that entering the body of one of the guard's his plan would be to simply kill the target and exit before the new body got attacked.  In theory it sounded like a sound plan but it could easily go wrong. One wrong hit could result in Kiru's own body being killed in the process. But as long as he got the job done, it would bring shame to his legacy to not kill a target.

Through his searching, Kiru would spot a several benches and trees that had would have a clear view of the 3rd story window of the Art gallery. His Mind transferring technique would have no problem getting one of the guards stationed at the windows. All the guards at the windows kept their eyes forward, having no intention of taking their focus off their task. He had a clear view to them, but they would also have a clear look at him. He would need to be careful.

[Acting 125] Walking up to the nearest bench for him Kiru would take an exaggerated seat. Which would result in him spinning, throwing up his arms, and yawning as he plopped down. Looking up to the farthest window which to him would the Guard on the farthest edge. Making the mind transfer seal Kiru would play it off as stretching. Aiming his hands at the farthest guard who was still in range Kiru would easily fire off his mind to go and possess their body. In response his body would go limp and fall back into the bench.

This is where all the fun would begin. But more than likely he would have to be forced to switch plans. In preparation for that he needed to be mindful of his time limit and wherever he left the guard. Because they all must have surely have had their fair deal of encounters.

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Yamanaka sends his or her mind into his or her opponent’s mind. Once in the opponent’s body they may manipulate it as much as they want.
Special: The Oval Hand seal directed at the opponent.
Drawback: The mind is only projected in a straight line, making it easy to dodge. If the mind transfer is dodged, the user’s body will be left comatose for at least three of the user’s posts. Any damage dealt to the possessed body will be suffered by the user’s body also.
Description: Directing the oval hand seal to their opponent, the Yamanaka is able to propel their mind into their opponent’s body. If the technique is successful the user can they manipulate the victim’s body. If the user has the same Class as the person possessed they may stay within the body for five posts. If the victim is higher Classed than the Yamanaka, then for every additional Class substract one post. If the victim is lower classed than the user, subtract for every additional Class one post. (Distance of 20 meters maximum)
Ex : C-Class Yamanaka possessing a B-Class : 4 Posts
Ex : C-Class Yamanaka possessing a D-Class : 6 Posts
Ex : C-Class Yamanaka possessing an A-Class : 3 Posts
Ex : B-Class Yamanaka possessing a D-Class : 7 posts
