Cluster Bomb
Rank: "C" (Special, See Description)
Skill: Supplementary
Effect: User can further enhance their explosives even further by using the same materials by creating clusters for more damage.
Special: ---
Drawback: May learn at a maximum of 6 times.
Description: Upon detonation a pouch separates into explosive fragments doing the same damage with the same radius as the original pouch. When first learning this technique the user can create 1 cluster fragment. User may learn this technique up to times total. Each time learned the user can create an additional cluster, making a maximum of 5 clusters. Clusters can be applied to any Explosive or Splash Weapon with a Radius. Making a Cluster Bomb requires an additional +50% to Base Craft Time. When user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "C" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. When the user learns this technique the final time they train it as a "C" Rank Jutsu +20 Training Points.
Limit: Must be an Alchemist. Must be a Demolitionist. Must know Explosive Enhancement.

Yoko returned once again to the study of the cluster bomb this time her mind refreshed through the prior study of creating a staggering bomb. Perhaps there was some meaning that the youth could derive from the two techniques, perhaps part of the rearrangement of the bomb she had just learned could be applied to augment the cluster bombs. The technique somewhat reminded Yoko of the flechette rounds that could be purchased from the store.
Both weapons would split up into smaller fragments that could rain down on the ground, of course, the difference here was that the Mizukage’s would explode once more whereas a store-bought flechette was simply senbon raining down. Either way, both would likely prove effective anti-personnel weapons. But it did trigger a train of thought in her mind, what exactly separated the two. She quickly opened her book and looked up the section on flechette reading it carefully.
It seemed that these devices merely housed the smaller secondary devices releasing them upon release, they were then guided towards the ground by way of gravity with their tails ensuring that they made contact in the correct manner. A simple enough mechanic that would likely deal massive amounts of damage, however, Yoko saw a key weakness in this format. A weakness that was likely the reason for the lack of their use.
