Offenses:
Each Law is given a Rank of Offense. Some have variable ranks. The Tsuchikage is allowed to judge and administer punishments depending on severity of the law broken. The punishments allowed to be given work in reverse to how missions are awarded. You are fined and have to perform a task, serve time in a prison, or even worse. They must be RPed out just like any other missions as penance to the crime committed. Fines are always deducted from your account and given to the village treasury, if you don't have enough Ryo, then you will go into negative, or in that case Debt to the village. These do provide mission credit as it shows you are willing to go back to being a productive member of society or rehabilitated. If these are not completed in their entirety then you will be considered an enemy of Iwagakure and a B.I.N.G.O bounty will be administered at the cheapest level (Meaning hunt down and kill).
Special Note: If a thread has a crime that was committed by a PC and that PC exits, then the thread becomes open to all weather it was private on not. Training threads, and house threads are exempt from this. This is so that interactions between PCs can be fostered and plots generated.

Tsuchikage Addendum:
This section is for additional laws that are either temporary or permanent depending on the situation of Iwagakure. Let it be known that these are for the safety of the village.
Culture and Etiquette
*This information is known by all Stone Villagers.
These are social rules to follow. You don't have to follow them but that may upset the villagers of Iwagakure
Headbands:
Headbands are given out to Shinobi when they advance in Village rank, and Class Level. The headband themselves are color coded to signify such achievements. When one of these are met all villagers understand what that means and usually if you have a proper title it means everyone have a general idea of what you look like and your name. So with a new headband you will most likely find others calling you by your proper title and respecting your position and authority that comes with such title.
Authority
*This information can be learned through a difficult Law skill check.
Iwagakure does not have a police force rather the Shinobi of the village act as the police force. Thus depending on a Shinobi's rank they are allowed a certain authority.
Genin:
Chuunin:
Anbu:
Jounin:
Sannin:
Tsuchikage and Dignified Kages:
- Genin act as general security of the village. If they witness a crime they are allowed to arrest them and send them to a prison. Once inside the prison an investigation will be prompted to confirm the crime was committed. They can conduct investigations only with proper permission from the Tsuchikage. If a warrant or rather a mission his made for the Genin to arrest an individual it is considered witnessing a crime and are granted permission.
Chuunin:
- Chuunin act as senior patrol officers. Along with privilege of a Genin they are given a bit more authority to discover a crime. They can do investigations upon suspicion without the permission of the Tsuchikage. They can conduct inspections of personal effects and pat downs. They have access to the Shinobi Files. These are what you would call a General Detective in a police department.
Anbu:
- Anbu are a more specialized version of Chuunin. Like a Detective that has to go undercover, they provide much the same operations. Though with specialization they are granted a bit more leeway and a blind eye is given to them should a crime be committed by an Anbu otherwise known as Judicial Immunity only while working in their Anbu uniform. It is understood that they are working within the lines of duty and assumed that it is to solve an issue or case. Though the Tsuchikage keeps the leash and an eye upon an Anbu to make sure things are going smoothly. Anbu cannot be arrested unless ordered by the Tsuchikage if a crime was witnessed against them.
Jounin:
- Jounin are commanders within the police force. With the addition of the Chuunin and Genin authority they are given even more authority. They are allowed to arrest anyone under suspicion. They are allowed to search and seizure of personal effects and property on suspicion alone. They are usually the ones to initiate investigations. They also serve as prosecutors when cases are brought under the Tsuchikage or Council.
Sannin:
- Sannin are given all the authorities of a Genin, Chuunin, and Jounin. They have earned enough respect and trust that they are granted extreme privilage. They enjoy the Judicial Immunity that the Anbu receive. They also can arrest anyone for any reason but the Tsuchikage and Council are notified. They can take over any case as prosecutor. They are given an office within the Iwagakure Tower. They are given access to anywhere within the village including Tsuchikage only.
Tsuchikage and Dignified Kages:
- The head of the government. They are judge, jury, and executioner. Judicial Immunity, Arrest anyone, Search and Seizure, Go anywhere for any reason. They have all the authorities of all previous ranks. They have complete control of the village save for Dignified only serve as an advisory co-worker of the same rank. The two can oversee trials and major decisions. They are simply the dictators.

General Information
- Iwagakure is sunk into the crater off the side of a mountain. The depression is large enough to have a very large village. To the North is the peak of a very large mountain. At a certain part of the day and year a large portion of the village is cloaked in shadow. to the south, there is only one way into the village as the crater and the mountain both have none-passable terrain through conventional or even amateur climbing methods. The village itself has a standard protection dome that prevents unauthorized entrance from any point beside the gates.
