As she scanned over the book the whispering darkness began to harvest the information that was contained within its pages. Yoko supplemented this with her own reading of the scriptures and manuscripts to unlock the knowledge hidden within at an accelerated rate. She had only been reading the book for a few minutes before she began to feel its effects in her mind. Various different ways of changing alchemical recipes spang to mind.

Ways in which she could change her workings to have a more desirable outcome. Still, her work here was not yet done. She placed the book back in the pile and eyed the text that Loki held within her hands. Raising the question of whether she could read that one next after she was finished with it. She glanced over at the boy, at Loki's newfound pet, at least he had taken his place on the floor and held his tongue as the two conversed, as the real people spoke.

Still, for the time being, at least she was keen to preserve her anonymity in this situation, and as such continued to use her acting skills and chakra suppression to give the impression that she was nought but a harmless little girl.

The chattering of conversation had momentarily died down. Shoko's soul was in complete harmony with his mind as he sought to clear his head from all outside distractions. Naturally this act would lead to a slower and more subtle chakra-flow, something that was also easier to control compared to his normal chakra-flow. With steady breathing, Shoko began to pool variable amounts of chakra in his body in certain areas and concentrate it there. This would have no real mean, and would only serve as training to further refine his chakra control.

Shoko's soul was comparable to calm stream. His emotions were now completely in check and his soul was comepltely harmonised with its external environment. Shoko felt coldly certain of all of this actions and in the dark universe that was his mind, he began to runt through all manner of previous memories. There was much he could learn from, especially from today's events. It wasn't often that Shoko had time to properly meditate outside of his taijutsu training.

Shoko's fingers shifted into a mediation pose, deeply engrossed in his current activity. He would also be manipulating his inner chakra that flowed slowly and steadily through his tenketsu in a infinite loop. Activating the Sixth Chakra Gate had greatly accelerated their movement over the duration of his parring battle so Shoko wanted to see how far he could go with manipulating its speed.

Again Yoko had finished reading the book that she picked up in record time, after placing it back in the pile she looked about once again keen to see if there was anything else she should acquire knowledge from. The book that Loki had been reading seemed rather appealing in a rather unearthly way, perhaps this was the unseen force telling her to acquire knowledge from it to further her own agenda?

“When you are finished with that book can I have it please?” She enquired asking whether or not she could have that one next, the answer would likely be best, but still, it seemed only polite to ask, especially before onlookers. Even from this distance, she could feel the flow of power coming towards her the knowledge hidden away within the grimoire was leaking out.

It was rather quite now which Loki rather enjoyed. It was Ideal conditions for her to read her books. She looked over at Yoko who seemed to be busy reading away at her own book. She pulled another book out of the pile that was next to her. As she looked at the book in her hand for a moment, she began to flip through the pages with a smile on her face. Her eyes began to scan through the pages quickly, as she picked up to look at Shoko.

"Do you have something you want to ask boy? It's all over your face that your curious about something."

Loki said with a giggled as she turned her attention back towards her book. Her Eyes quickly looked through the pages, as she could feel that she had gained quite a bit from the the books that she had already read up till this point. She was rather surprised by what she was able to gain so far. It was more than she expected for just reading a few books.

After reading through half of the books contents, she closed her eyes and began to absorb the knowledge she had just gained. This was a subject that she was naturally gifted in, and had never been given traditional training. So reading teaching found in this book, gave her a much more Orthodox, viewpoint. Adding in her own gained knowledge with this would be very beneficial.

Taking up the next book from Yoko began to rapidly read through the pages a sight that must have seemed quite unusual to an onlooker due to its high pace. The reality was that she merely had to skim the words, she didn't need to read them perse as a normal person would. Instead, her uncanny memory and the unseen force at work would do the rest, storing the newly acquired information in her mind for use at a later stage.

Still, she progressed onwards keen to acquire more knowledge about the book. It was strange she had only just acquired it in her hands, but already she felt like she knew what it was about as if she knew what the next chapter would say as if reading a novel that had a predictable ending. Even so, the addition of these new theories and knowledge further augmented her own understanding of the fields of necromancy, alchemy, and medical techniques. By reading it she felt confident that she could make some alterations to her own working to develop her skills even further.

As Loki spoke Yoko glanced over, still keenly maintaining an awareness of her surrounds. She repositioned herself slightly in response to the conversation, closing the meter of so distance between her and nearby shadow before sitting down once more, this time using the shadow to shield herself from the intensity of the surrounding light. Did the boy have a question? His mistress had permitted him to speak so let's hear it.

Shoko’s mind was calm as he kept channeling and abundance of chakra throughout his body. The Taijutsu specialist always had a curiosity for chakra and recognized it as a mighty tool as well as a weapon so despite his commitment to the martial arts, the boy had made time to master all basic ninjutsu techniques at the academy and even some other techniques. Shoko already had a good understanding of nature releases and was even adept in both water and earth style ninjutsu. Shoko preferred however, not to rely too much on ninjutsu and to primarily focus on building strength physically.

This was because Shoko had discovered a few years prior that with six arms, he had an overwhelming advantage against in his fellow human beings in hand-to-hand combat. A dojo instructor had noticed him one day and urged to boy to become his student, saying he had unlimited potential and could very well become the strongest fighter in the land. Shoko had learned well under that man, mastering the fighting style of Strong Iron Fist and becoming a force of nature to be reckoned with even at such a young age. Shoko then began traveling the world to study under different martial arts disciplines, leading to impeccable athleticism and combat skill he possessed now.

It was during this pilgrimage of the martial arts that Shoko really found himself. Not only did his multiple arms give him an advantage but he was a natural prodigy when it came to fighting itself, and picked up everything taught to him immensely quickly. Shoko also realized that one of the main weaknesses of ninjutsu was the time it took to perform handseals. A stronger jutsu meant longer handseals and with the inhuman speed Shoko had attained through his training he could close the distance and quickly interrupt almost any ninjutsu that a chakra-user might be performing. Shoko had recently heard that there was a way to perform jutsu without handseals, but to him that was nothing more than an urban legend.

With the completion of yet another book, there was not much left for Yoko to learn from the pile. Indeed, it seemed that she had absorbed much of the knowledge that she was capable of acquiring from the books with the only one left glowing being a brown book, that seemed far more rustic in appearance than the last one. Instead, the lavish amounts of gold were replaced with a substance that appeared to be wood.

Yoko took it from the pile and began to read through its pages rapidly adsorbing the knowledge held within. She observed the boy briefly pondering what exactly he was attempting to do, was he gathering his energy in preparation for an attack on the pair of witches? Seemed like a foolish idea if that was indeed his plan.

Loki looked at Shoko as he was trying, by the looks of it, perform Magic without the use of handseals that Ninja was so fond of. Loki chuckled a bit, as she found it assuming that a warrior at his level, had not obtain such an ability already. It was one of the first things young witches learned to do. Loki shook her head teasingly as she looked back into her book that was resting in the palm of her hand. She was already half way through the contents of the book, and it dind't take her long to shuffle through the rest.

She closed her eyes as she took in the information that she had just read. She then opened her eyes and looked over at the pile of books that were next to her. She looked to see if there was anything that she hadn't read just yet. We was certain there were something things that she had yet to get her hands on, in the pile.

Hmm, it seemed that this book also helped with the learning of an overview of fighting styles, if she had applied herself she would have no doubt also have learned the basics about every known style there was. It seemed that this could be a valuable skill given how martial arts were the bread and butter of the ninja world, but still slightly less valuable than the same chakra lore variant. Still, she pressed on eyeing the book before her before glancing back at the boy.

She was keen to see what his next move was, and besides it seemed that her time here reading books was starting to draw to a close. She would need to learn something else before long, but what would it be? She wondered to herself silently as she adsorbed the last few pages of the book. Through the application of this new knowledge, she would be able to make her techniques harder to resist.

Not in terms of damage but in terms of skill, even so, such techniques were few and far between, in the Kraken Lord's case at least. Thus, the value of the book was somewhat diminished but it seemed only proper to learn it all when one had access to such rare artefacts. Still, once finished she placed the book back in the pile and stood up.

But it had to be possible. The principles of chakra that he had learned in the academy back in Kumogakure didn’t imply that handseals were always needed. Shoko knew for a fact that with a certain degree of chakra control, one should be able to birth life into chakra without the need of such time-wasting and ancient hand signs. Shoko accelerated his chakra flow as he began channeling a majority of it into his arms that were laid out on his lap.

The boy’s chakra begun to build up and concentrate in those areas. Shoko didn’t exactly know what he was doing and was merely testing the waters. Nonetheless Shoko imagined his chakra leaking out like a water. The sensation he felt in his body didn’t feel real, it felt like extra-planar as the chakra rushed out from all six of his appendages. Like adjusting a tap, Shoko tried to adjust the flow at which the invisible chakra was being released from his body. Shoko’s calm state greatly helped the proper release of his chakra at a steady rate, but he still wasn’t sure what to do with it and was just wasting chakra by this point.

It was then that the idea came to him. Shoko stopped the release of his chakra and begun to circulate it normally through his body once more. Shoko would increase the speed of chakra flow. The boy made sure the chakra was evenly distributed throughout his body within his body as he pushed his chakra-points to circulate more and more chakra. Finally with a deep breath, Shoko expelled the chakra in his body instantaneously and towards a single direction. A shadow clone would be created next to Shoko by his right, mimicking the exact position of its creator. The teenage boy smiled.

It seemed that this young boy was attempting to gather his chakra for the use in some sort of technique? Even without her Sharingan active the young Mizukage was seasoned enough to detect such changes in the general environment. Thus, she looked to Loki to follow her lead in this situation, she was the one seeking to recruit him after all. In the meantime, she reflected on her training that had taken place seemingly minutes ago.

The young Kraken Lord had successfully managed to augment her visual powers, making it so that her hypnotic stare had overcome one of its key weaknesses, or at least in part. Now rather than being limited to a singular target she could instead target an area, and in doing so include other individuals in the nearby area. However, even with this skill, her technique was not perfect, rather she still had the weakness in a manner of speaking.

Indeed, if the opponent's where not gathered closely together then they could avoid the effect altogether, indeed it seemed that the skill she had just learned on reflection was rather limited. It was her reflection on this fact that called the whispering darkness back into her mind, it saw that she had perceived yet another failure in a technique she had been studying and her desire for new knowledge of how to remedy this problem.

Loki looked over to see the one book she was sure she hadn't read just yet. She picked it up and began to immediately to flip through the books pages. As she looked through she quickly began to take in the knowledge. This was another subject that Loki, never really paid attention to. She had never been around a clan to call her own. She mostly just learned things on her own as she went.

Even doing so she was clearly at the very top of her abilities to use Clan techniques. These odd spells that had deep roots within certain families, or bloodlines. After getting in sight on these thing by looking through the book that was in front of, she was sure that she would be able to add to her knowledge, and increase the power with said spells, by more than a bit.

She stopped reading for a moment as she began to near the end of the book. Once again she closed her eyes and began to take in everything that she had just read. She repeated the contents of the book exactly in her mind, as the words raced through her imagination. She was picking out the parts that helped her understanding the most while casting aside anything that seemed pointless for her to know.

Thus, visions of the information that she required started to pour into her mind, fragmented images and conversations all based around a variant of the hypnotic stare technique. With every passing moment she learned more and more, different ways presumably lost to time by several different masters. From receiving this new information she was able to gradually increase her own knowledge and skill.

Indeed, it was not long before she felt the power flowing through her, she had augmented her eyes once again. This, time she possessed the power to target multiple targets, but unlike before they did not have to be in a tight circle. Instead, the cone that was her visual range was the limiting factor, with her being able to target up to ten different creatures. An impressive power that largely overcame the weakness of the technique.

It seemed that Loki was either too engrossed in her reading or simply did not care that the boy had seemingly ignored her question. Perhaps he was going through his rebellious phase? The young Kraken Lord mused upon the idea for a brief moment, considering how long it would take Loki to train this rebellious behaviour out of him, days, weeks, months, or perhaps mere seconds.

Loki finished up looking through the last book that she had brought with her. She closed it and placed it on the ground next to her with a sigh. She then closed her eyes and then let everything she learn run through her mind. Not only was she letting the information flow, she was also mentally applying that knowledge to everything that she had experienced before, and what she might experience in the future. She let out a sigh and opened her eyes.

As she opened her eyes she looked over at Yoko, and the Shoko, to see them still going at whatever it was they were doing. She then turned her attention up to the lad in sky, seeing him still working on the task he was assigned by Loki. SHe let out another sigh and closed her eyes as she began to relax a bit.

Still, visual acuity was not the only thing that the Uchiha were known for, no, instead they were known for their usage of the fire style, their natural affinity for it, along with their power to use genjutsu and genjutsu-like effects on opponent's via their gaze. It was this latter power that the young Mizukage was currently thinking about, her mind had wandered to the fact that although she was a powerful user of illusions she had never really bothered to learn any of them.

That was, of course, the only prompting that the unseen force required, visions of new information started to fill her mind, although hazy like a dream. She knew that she could potentially master all manner of genjutsus, however, what she was interested in at the moment was Uchiha specific genjutsu-like effects. Perhaps the most famous of which was their ability to lock anyone in place should their eyes meet.

Glancing over at Loki to see what her response was to the boy's actions she noted that she had decided to take seemingly no action whatsoever, instead deciding to lie down of all things. Was this designed as a show of power to show the boy that his efforts were nothing before her? Yoko glanced back over to the boy, wondering what his response would be if she were to pet his head, all pets loved to have their heads rubbed after all did they not?

As time went on, he could feel his chakra getting far more potent. He could hear the witches discussing his presence and ability. He wasn't concerned, if anything, the fact that he had been suggested to join meant that he wasn't likely to be worthless regardless of their decision. His intent to grow in power and skill was not disheartened. In fact, as this jutsu came to a conclusion, he already made plans for his next jutsu.

As the taijutsu boy seemed to meditate, the unused excess chakra coming from the boy. Dravocn had guided the world chakra through his will, this time far easier as it seemed the world had begun to understand his request. His understanding of chakra, energy, and the usage of it, had allowed him to manipulate his own and the world's energy slowly. Hopefully, he could speed it up quite a bit later on, but for now, training takes a bit of time.
