Appearance

Head –

Lightly tanned, Saishū with Heterochromia iridium one of his eyes are blue, while the other is a deep grey. In most situations his eyes stand out before he can even speak, which is something he isn't exactly fond of.  His hair was similar with one side being white, and the other a deep red of but of course this wasn’t his natural color he bore black roots from his fathers linage. His hair was usually about ears length all the way for the most part, it was naturally straight so he let it do its own thing on most days. 

The Genin usually wore his headband around his neck, which he felt like was optimal. On the right side of his face, he has a notable birthmark that doesn’t usually got unnoticed cover most of his right eye. But even with all these notable traits at glance Saishū facial expression usually reflected bored or uninterested even thought it wasn't what was intended. He wasn't exactly good at convey his feelings through his facial expressions. 


Body –

Saishū is built a little different than the average shinobi his age, he boast a slender build with a solid core. Standing at 6’2 he usually weighs around 160 – 150 lbs, depending on the day. On his right hand he his a tattoo of a Uchiha Crust, that symbolize his love for the fire release, and it doubles as a tribute to his father.

As far as attire, Saishū usually keeps it basic alternating between a black or white t – shirt. He’s never really been into fashion. He’s always been into simplicity when it came to clothing. He also wears a small pendant of crystal around his neck which hangs just below his headband, it was made by his mother when he started academy.


Legs & Waist –

Unlike the rest his body, his legs are a bit more bulky working the farms all his life blessed him with tremendous lower body strength.

Around his waist he always wears his buttbag, with a few tools handy just in case it’s almost like apart of him. He usually wears black pants that stop just before his ankles, and fit snugly around his ankles. Saishū was never into sandles, so when he started school he had his parents make some closed toe shoes that allowed his feet to breath.

Personality

Introvert –

Saishū inward nature is due to his lack of people interaction while he was a lad, being brought up on a farm didn’t exactly groom him to make friends. When interacting with others, he usually keeps his words to a minimum if he doesn’t know that person. Although, he didn’t lack any self-confidence in any, the idea of making new friends just wasn’t that exciting to him. During his time at academy he realized that this was one of his weaknesses, and could probably hold him back but changing his ways wasn’t the easiest thing.

Assiduous –

Working hard was something beat into him through his father, although he didn’t spend a lot of time training him in shinobi arts. Bit believed that working hard was something that could never be undone, and that rely on something so frivolously as natural talent or genetics. So Saishū believed in constantly putting work, no matter the day, occasion, feeling, or moment nothing could trump hard work.


Loyalty –

Despite being brought up alone Saishū has a strong sense of loyalty, he doesn’t bend fold or break when it comes to people he cares about. Although he’s not the easiest person to make friends with, once he becomes friends with you it’s a for life thing. Lucy always taught him to take care of the things, and people he cares about the most and that will put him on a righteous path that she hoped he follow.

Confident –

Although he’s not the first person to bring up his own talents, he’s very confident in his own abilities. At times this confidence is the very thing that slows down because he tends to harshly judge his every action. Like a double edge sword his confidence tends to have him lost in swirl of thoughts about his capabilities. In the same basket, it’s the very thing that pushes to be as assiduous as he is.


Sarcastic –

Without much of a prompt Saishū tends to be kinda loose with his thoughts, often tossing out dry humor about things he cares about. He has trouble discerning proper timing for his input, and lacks the empathy required to care about someone being offended. In turn he isn’t one to get hung up on simple things, nor allow peoples opinions outside of his own to bother him.

History

At birth there was death –

Lights blazed, machines beeped on the outskirts of Konoha Born to a small family in a hospital that could be considered more of a medical tent a Lucky Hitto was in labor. And after hours of work she gave birth to a stillborn baby named Saishū. At birth the baby boy hadn’t had a breath in his body, which forced immediate medical attention from the nurses who were just skilled enough to assist. They hooked the boy into different machines to support his breathing, before then applying a light electrical shock to his body causing everything to jumpstart. After hours of work Saishū Hitto was stabilized, and promised a chance at life.

Once the child was able to function without the support of machines his parents would take him home. Their home was about 10 to 15 miles away from the hidden village; they didn’t live in a particular town but rather in a moderate home that stood alone. It was built by his father, Bit Uchiha, and taken care of by his mother Lucy Hitto. The pair decided that living among the village wasn’t the best for raising a child, as they both had their hand in the shinobi arts and preferred family instead.

They didn’t know about us –

The Hitto family thrived outside of the village, as there home was the centerpiece of their farm. They grew all types of crops here and sold them to surrounding towns, and even Konohagakure. They produced high quality produce and poultry, and their motto was “It’s greener than green.” they lived by it, amassing enough wealth to live comfortable and raise their son.

Both Bit and Lucy had their own history with the hidden leaf village, especially his father. His association with Lucy wasn’t the best thing for him in his clans opinion, they thought he could find a much stronger mate to create a child. This paradox pushed him away from his family, and the idea of shinobi arts at all. Bit felt as though people were becoming to obsessed with power, and they didn’t really care for the concept.

After years of planning he was able to retire and leave the village as long as he didn't become a shinobi else where. With careful planning, they were able to  sell their farm to relocate. After years of work the family was able to relocate in a different region away from  Hi no Kuni, to be exact Kusa no Kuni. In the same fashion, the family started their own business. But this time they focused more on cultivating fine jewelry & Sculptures using his mothers ability to create crystal as a median. 

While Saishū grew up his family  focused mostly on creating a life where he didn't have to invest his time into the shinobi arts. They weren't exactly thrilled by the idea of their son risking his life way they once did, although they didn't want to handicap or force their ideals on to their kid. So to compromise with their selves, they made sure to invest in training their kid in what they could despite they hadn't belong to a village. 

Overtime the family found a balance between growing finically, physically, and spiritually. 

Growing up different –

Provided different circumstances than most his ages, Saishū was able to really learn what hard work looked like. When he was young his family owned a farm, he spent a lot of days working outside with his father. They hadn't really hired a lot of people to work for them, so he didn't really get a lot but sure provided him with enough to do. He spent a lot of time with his father during the day learning the farm, this consist of tending to animals, to setting up different machines to work the land. Despite the simple nature of the work it no longer built upon his own conditioning, something was expected to be trouble for him when he was born These long days instilled a great work ethic, and appreciation for the land but that wasn't all. 

During the night, he would work with his mother to hone his shinobi skills, Saishū was quick learner so it allowed for a lot of information to passed on to him. Lucy wasn't exactly a shinobi, but she'd learned a lot from her father, and had always been good at using the crystal release. She just didn't like the idea of becoming a shinobi, their values didn't exactly align with her own. Overtime she shared her morals with her child, but urged him too makes his own decision when it came to the shinobi world. 

Bit often missed out on these nights, as he didn’t want to get to involved in that portion of his sons life. He felt like his genes didn’t lead to much of anything but obsession with power so he wanted his son to focus else where, such as his mothers talents specializing elemental releases. Saishū was blessed with the ability to use multiple releases, not only basic elements but also combination elements. It was something his mothers family was known for.

When his family transitioned from Hi no Kuni to Kusa it wasn't much of a change for Saishū, he didn't really have many connections so it was okay. Although, when his family shifted from the farming business he was allowed to focus more on the shinobi arts because there wasn't as much work to do. He spent a lot of time reading, and wondering if he'd choose to be like his parents, ask to join a village, or neither.

As time progressed, Saishū found himself wanting for more in terms of becoming shinobi. And of course his parents were in to the idea of letting their child make his own decisions. they sent him away to live in the village Kusagakure on his own around the age of 10 because they couldn't join the village themselves. He was headed for the shinobi academy, he was already well trained thanks to his mother. and they were capable of setting him up with somewhat of a trust fund to live off. 


Ninja Academy –

Attending shinobi academy wasn’t the toughest thing for Saishū he was able to keep up with his classmates with ease. Although he stood out a lot more than most kids because of his unusual characteristics. Despite drawing attention to himself naturally Saishū never really became the social type, he grew up by himself which left him a little callous at times. His teachers adored him, but he couldn't really wrap his head around how to interact with his classmates. he just didn't think how they did or share a lot of the same interest.

That bothered him a little, and it made him resent his own performance when he compared it to others. He excelled in all of his solo scores, but failed to adjust when it came to team work barely passing his classes. At graduation he didn't actually show up because he didn't feel worthy of getting his headband, it ended up being delivered to his home shortly after. 

Living on his own, he didn't really have a lot of people to confide in despite his parents were just a phone call away. He often times felt alone, but didn't really speak on it. He just kept to himself finding away to improve his social abilities, or go home.

Half-Baked -

After he finished Shinobi Academy he returned home to his parents, for a couple months to train with his father. Once he had finished academy he knew that he wanted to learn more from his father, his mother had told him stories about his fathers days a shinobi. So they trained during his downtime from the village, the two worked on a plethora of areas, and even teaching him to use the fire release. 

Although this hadn't solved Saishū true problem, his ability to work with others despite he continued to grow in strength that wasn't enough. He hadn't had the ability to progress beyond his genin rank. He struggled every time in the teamwork portion of the exams, and couldn't really figure away around it. He talked to his parents, and they could offer was a simple 'talk to people.' which left him frustrated at time but he understood. 

Taking his parents advice he spent more time in the village trying to learn how to be social.

If the creation was made of snow, the snow will instead harden and compress into a hail of ice shards. A creation broken by this technique will explode, sending the shards out to deal 12 Armour Points per class level of half cold damage and half piercing damage. If this technique is used on ice creations that were acting as terrain, the terrain will be treated as mostly difficult terrain for 10 rounds unless the leftover shards are somehow cleared away.

The feeling subsides as the cold drains away from their body into the air around them, causing their breath to emerge as white puffs in the now-chill air. The user is surrounded by a protective aura of cold that also causes damage to others within its radius. User gains resistance to fire 10. Starting in the round the user performs the Jutsu, corona of cold also deals 12 Armour Points of cold damage each round at the beginning of the user's turn to all other creatures within the area. A successful Fortitude save prevents the damage caused by the Jutsu in that round, but does not prevent damage in future rounds. Creatures damaged by the Jutsu shiver uncontrollably, taking a -2 penalty to their Might and Agility and use half of their movements for as long as they remain within the area; these penalties do not stack with consecutive rounds of damage or additional corona of cold Jutsus.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of snow or ice nearby. Using this technique, the user is able to create a replica of themselves with snow. This grotesque semblance of the user is equipped with sharp claws and bears the appearance of a crudely made snowman, and absolutely cannot be mistaken for the user. The user may create 2 clones +1 per Class Level. While the replications are not capable of sentient thought, they share a bond of sort that allows the user to communicate orders to their clones; the bond is only one way, though, and the clones cannot send orders, thoughts or images to the user. As such, the clones follow the user's instructions to the letter. A Snow Replication is its own person and if caught in a GenJutsu, only the replica will be affected, and not the user and/or the whole group of clone. The clones have 2 Armour Points per Class Level of the user, saving throws equal to that of the user -2. It may not have more than 2 movements per round. It does not benefit from any Temporary bonuses the user may currently have. A Snow Replication has a Cold Resistance 15 and takes 1/2 more as much fire damage. A Snow Replication may not stray further than 1 mile from the user, although it if is not within 30 meters of the source it was created from, it suffers a -5 penalty skill checks. It cannot use any techniques at all, and carries the very same equipment as the user except chakra-dependent items such as exploding tags. Poison and mastercraft bonuses are not carried over to the clone's equipment. The Snow Replication can also attack with claws attack as per its size category. Lastly, it cannot normally perform any activities requiring particular attention, such as sensing chakra, setting off an exploding tag or carrying a serious conversation. Once the clone reaches 0 Armour Points, strays too far from another clone or the user or the duration expires, it disappears in a puff of smoke. While the user can freely replace any clones lost by using this technique more than once, the user cannot control a number greater of clone than the specified maximum. The user can also choose to dissipate a single clone (or more) of their choice rather than the whole group. The user also cannot control any other sort of clone while using this technique.

So long as the user remains within 6 meters of a liquid, it will remain frozen; otherwise, it thaws normally (roughly 1 hour/gallon, though this varies greatly based on the type of liquid, volume of liquid and prevailing temperature). This effect will nullify liquid poisons, allows the user to walk on the surface of liquids and renders frozen liquids undrinkable (even small volumes become too hard to chew, though they may be thawed in a creature's mouth over the course of 2 minutes). Chakra liquids may attempt a Fortitude Save to negate this effect. Organic fluids such as blood and saliva are largely unaffected until they leave a creature's body. However, they do solidify enough to grant creatures within 2 meters of the user that fail a Fortitude save the entangled condition for 1 round (though they do not harden enough to anchor creatures to objects). This Jutsu ends if the user moves more than 5 meters in a single movement.

Description: The Orb ability of the Fire Flower of Evolution is a simple cantrip. Once the user has the Hanabi no Shinka in play, all the user must do is move the index finger of the left hand forward, and one of the petals of the flower will seemingly fade. The user will then open their right hand, revealing an orb of flame that bursts into life. The orb itself is small, with a diameter of about three inches. The orb itself hovers about two inches from the hand. The user at this point can either attack or continue a combo chain. Each time “E” rank training is performed, the shinobi then gains the ability to create one more orb. However, the ratio is always 1:1 for petals: orbs, so creating additional orbs will still require a petal.

Hanabi no Shinka: Mi Hoshi (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Star)[10]

Description: The user first creates a fire orb utilizing Hanabi no Shinka: Kyuutai. Then by progressing the attack, the shinobi releases the orb, aiming it towards their target. At any distance from that point, the shinobi may perform the Half-Ram seal (the seal that Deidara uses to explode his clay things), which will cause the orb to explode in a small radius, perhaps a foot in diameter.

Description: The user performs the Kyuutai, creating an orb within their hand. The hand itself is then crunched in slightly, almost like closing a grip on the fire orb. The orb itself will split into between four and six needles, at the user’s choice, which then fire themselves towards the user’s directed location.

Description: The user forms handsigns and begins to heat the air around them in five concentrated spots. If heated high enough, the air will begin to burn in the shape of a sparrow. They will appear in a half of a second once this technique is mastered. Once formed, the user can send them towards their opponent with the point of a finger and a boost of chakra. The projectiles fly in a straight line, allowing for minimal control in direction while in flight. All though made from fire, they cannot do much damage beyond a burn since they lack substance and intensity of other fire jutsu.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

Hanabi no Shinka: Michiru (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Blossom)[20]

Effect: Sends the tentacle rushing forwards to strike at an opponent at rapid speeds. Increases the maximum range of the tentacle during this attack.
Special: Placing the right index and middle fingers together and then spinning the right hand before making a quick jab with that hand towards the target.
Drawback: Reduces the size of the tentacle by ½ foot every time this ability is used, which also reduces the maximum range of this attack by 2 feet each time.
Description: The user creates a tentacle using the Shokushu. The right middle and index fingers are then brought together and rapidly twisted before the user jabs towards their target. The tentacle will then rush towards their target at a fast speed, making it difficult to avoid. Beyond that, the user will have channeled chakra into the tentacle at this point, and as such, the tentacle will extend in length to ten feet while rushing towards the opponent, which can confuse the opponent who previously thought they knew the maximum range of the attack. Every time this attack is used, however, the regular size of the tentacle is reduced by ½ a foot, which will decrease the maximum range of this attack by two feet.

Effect: Allows the user to split the tentacle when it moves to attack its target, increasing its maximum length and allowing a single attack to damage multiple areas.

Drawback: Only one divide is possible per attack. It takes additional time for the tentacle to return after a split.
Description: The user attacks with the Shokushu. When moving towards the target, the user then extends their right hand’s index and pinky fingers, which will then cause the attack to split into two different strings (think a twizzler). The split tentacle has an additional range of six feet, while the initial one continues with its maximum range of six feet. Therefore, it is better to use this ability near the end of your tentacle’s strike, so as to surprise an opponent who thinks to have dodged the attack completely. However, a large drawback exists with using this attack, and that is that it takes a whole turn for the tentacle to come back to the user (and thus a turn again before the user can attack with it) after using this ability.

Earth Release techniques have the ability to change the strength and composition of the earth from being as hard as metal to as soft as clay, as well as manipulating their density, making them heavier or lighter. This includes allowing the user to travel through ground and rock in various ways which can be essential for both transportation and for setting up attacks or creating defenses or for offense. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will. Description: This technique does not count against the user's Release Training Points. Wood Release is a nature transformation combination release of Earth and Water. At its simplest, Wood Release allows the user to create wood essentially converting their chakra into a source of life before, at its greatest, becoming mighty trees of various size and shape. The vegetation can sprout from the user's body, or grow from the surroundings. Wooden constructs can also be created, ranging in complexity from cages to complete houses. It is not necessary that the created wood take any identifiable form, allowing users to focus on its inherent pliability to ensnare targets or its durability for brute force attacks. Wood Release can produce very detailed, ornate constructs. Some Wood Techniques come in 4 Density of Vegetation Effects, which interfere with ranged attacks, or impose penalties on movement. Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. User creates a tree of equal size to them. User then shapes the tree into them, making a clone out of wood. This version looks and carries equipment similar to the user except it being made of wood. The user may create 2 clones +1 per Class Level. While the replications are not capable of sentient thought, they share a bond of sort that allows the user to communicate orders to their clones; the bond is only one way, though, and the clones cannot send orders, thoughts or images to the user. As such, the clones follow the user's instructions to the letter. A Wood Replication is its own person and if caught in a GenJutsu, only the replica will be affected, and not the user and/or the whole group of clone. The clones have 2 Armour Points per Class Level of the user, saves equal to that of the user -2. It may not have more than 2 movements per round. It does not benefit from any Temporary bonuses the user may currently have. A Wood Replication has a Bludgeoning Resistance 15 and takes 1/2 as much piercing damage. A Wood Replication may not stray further than 1 mile from the user, although it if is not within 30 meters of the source it was created from, it suffers a -5 penalty skill checks. It cannot use any techniques at all, and carries the very same equipment as the user except chakra-dependent items such as exploding tags. Poison and mastercraft bonuses are not carried over to the clone's equipment. Lastly, it cannot normally perform any activities requiring particular attention, such as sensing chakra, setting off an exploding tag or carrying a serious conversation. Once the clone reaches 0 Armour Points, strays too far from another clone or the user or the duration expires, it disappears in a puff of smoke. While the user can freely replace any clones lost by using this technique more than once, the user cannot control a number greater of clone than the specified maximum. The user can also choose to dissipate a single clone (or more) of their choice rather than the whole group. The user also cannot control any other sort of clone while using this technique.
