Shop plants or animals - support

Support Issue: Basic Rules
The Issue: Hello,

I believe I have heard that one can find animals/plants in shops, but that it uses the same % chance to find there as in the wild.

I have however been unable to find such a rule, so do I remember correctly or am I just mistaken?

Adding to this question whether it's true or not; what do we do about the animals/plants with no cost listed?

The answer is supposed to be yes you can find them but it's supposed to be 50% less effective. However I also cannot find these rules so as of now we should not be letting people just up and buy them in stores until something is written in concrete. I'll put this on a list of changes to make and try to make this change as soon as possible.

For the question about no cost. That's harder to define. I am fine with GMs using them on people if need be but unless it has a cost it cannot be used by players.
