An individual clad in black sat with his back to the window in the center most chair, long silver hair framing a handsome face. It was neither too feminine nor masculine in its shape, though it was clearly the face of a male, emerald eyes that seemed to possess a slight glow pouring over a few sheets in his hands, a slight frown on his face. Seemed that crime was on the rise again in Yomazu, as he had warned the Daimyo it would many years before. Well, you could lead a horse to water, as they said. A black gloved hand pushed back the black trench coat from on his black shinobi pants right leg, allowing it to dangle over the carpeted floor, the tip of it tapping his high black boots twice before coming to a stop. There were no weapons at all on his person, the black leather trench coat open to reveal a black shirt beneath, although it was more akin to a black tank top. Ceramic plates rested on the shoulders, although it was clear they were not functional armor, but more ceremonial. The symbol for Yukigakure no Sato was nowhere to be seen on his person, although many in the Shinobi world knew of the man and where he hailed from, the Sandaime Yukikage, the very Marrow of Yuki. An’ei Sekitan.

A soft knock sounded at the door, drawing the man away from the important documents before him, his eyes rising to the door before a melodic and deep voice spoke to allow entry to whom was outside. A man entered with a large porcelain tray, small porcelain sake cups without liquid in a ring around several small decanters filled with a clear liquid that smelled of snowberries. A special type of sake that could only be found in the mountains of Yuki no Kuni, home of Sekitan himself. “YukiKage-sama,” the man began in a slightly subservient tone, bowing as he got halfway across the room to the table, dressed as one of the hired help that worked within the Hishigata Luxury Inn, a blue vest with black slacks and dress shoes, “here is the sake you requested, the berries imported from the mountains and made to your specifications. Will that be all Sir?” The YukiKage nodded toward the man, who then moved forward and set the cups in the corresponding places on the table, each on a little saucer of their own. He poured Sekitan a drink and then stepped back to wait out of the way. Quite the professional staff. Not as good as Kaijin, but not bad at all.

Sekitan would take a sip from his drink, placing the papers face down, turning the chair to look out the window out into the streets. There was a lack of shinobi taking up the tasks of cleaning up their homeland, as their cities seemed to be slowly becoming infested with the criminal element. According to the reports, the outer lands were hardly any better. Monsters infested the lands and waters, both human and non, and it would seem even the militia of the Daimyo was powerless to stop it all. A few of the children were making their way through the streets, having been released earlier that day, all of them seemingly street smart and avoiding areas of contention. He watched for a moment and thought of the days when Kara was that young so long ago, although she was a shinobi then, prone to looking for danger instead of avoiding it. “Heh.” Soon Kahimi, Juniper, and Teshina would arrive, although would not be referring to them by their names, as was briefed. The Raikage would also be arriving with her retainers, although he was not informed of who they may be. Regardless, this was a diplomatic meeting first and foremost, which meant that they would be powerful shinobi. That was a good thing, because if they were weak shinobi, it would be quite the insult.

Another sip of the sake while he waited, settling back into his seat and picking up a book that had been on the table. Could be some time yet…

Shortly another visitor would arrive at the inn. This would be none other than, the controversially deserving assistant to the Sandaime: Kahimi Inuzuka. "The Inu". A woman in clear-cut view on the beautiful side of Yomazu; with an appearance that could also be called ambiguous at best. One with a gaze sharper than most edges. Her steps would be fluid, relaxed, but quick. She had a place to be... Her presence alone could go unnoticed if she wanted to. But in this case of the scheduled meeting; she was expected to be dressed for the occasion.

When stepping onto the premises she had a direct path, and knew exactly where she was going. Stepping through the front door would be an ease of movement. Only acknowledging the front desk receptionist during a passing glance as she walked through the front section, and worked her way towards the main hall immediately. Wasting no time in navigating through the halls, so she could reach the stairs that would help her rise up the floors of the establishment. The meeting itself would be held in an office room, which was located on Floor 3 to be exact.

Once there the young woman's heterochromatin eyes scanned the hall she walked through. All that worth of note would be the two Bear ANBU standing guard in front of one of the office doors. Everything else would be normal looking, but she was mainly just covering her bases to be sure she had nothing to worry about. After all, today was a big meeting. Having any kind of nerves now would be pointless, detrimental. So once she was sure that she felt confident in socializing she would move on with it.

With simple strides, Kahimi walked forward once more and then, stopped directly in front of the two tall ANBU that stood guard. Their soul-deprived eye holes in their mask would only stare at her with emotionless patience in return. As she carefully and clearly fondled through her kimono she would calm and softly speak to break the monotonous quiet. Her voice was angelic and reserved in tone.

"Is The Marrow present?" she'd ask.

There would be no initial answer. And so she'd manage to slowly retrieve a simple metal token with a special engraved symbol on one side. Holding in between her thumb and index finger she'd present the coin to the two guards. Making sure they saw it first. Both of their heads simultaneously turned only a few degrees, which was proof enough that they were looking. Once that transpired the left most ANBU would speak up. His voice would be straightforward and blunt sounding at most.

"Yes. He's already anticipating your arrival Inu." He'd confirm.

With that information given the woman known to some as Kahimi, would only silently put the coin away before giving a nod of thanks. Then with a gentle touch would open up the door to Office Room #1.

The Inu of Yukigakure walked with a practiced graze. Only letting the door open wide enough so she could squeeze herself through the gap. Gently turning to close the door in the process, and once done she'd turn to face and greet the Sandaime who was looking out of the window from his office chair. Her hands would be held together in front of her as she stood in place in the middle of the room on the other side of the rounded table.

"Hello, Lord Third. Sorry that I am a little late. I had taken a few extra precautions in the planning." she'd say calmly. Although a trained ear could hear the reluctance in her soft formal tone. She had been practicing that routine a lot. Just as much as she has put painstaking work into the ceremonial attire for this meeting. So talking like she this, was a little...much.

Kahimi would be dressed in a white short floral kimono, comprised of silken fabric materials. The dress itself would be fastened tightly on her by a matching sash ribbon, around the abdomen region. Allowing plenty of freedom of movement for her legs and hips. Not exactly the most traditionally ceremonial attire, but certainly one catering towards presenting her figure and presence in a very welcoming yet formal way.

The woman herself had skin that was more on the pale end. And with hair as incredibly long, & with silvery-white hues as hers, she could be confused for a Yuki-Onna roaming the streets by paranoid locals. However; in an attempt to circumvent this, the woman had her hair done in a very formal and feminine style of the ponytail. Sporting red laced ribbons in her hair on both sides of her head. Freshly painted hand and toe nails. A distinct lack of jewelry, and a slight coating of gloss so accentuate her lips. A rare pampering, but a necessary one. At least this time.

Everything is done with the purpose of reluctantly leaving her young facial features much more exposed, alongside the three claw curved stripes on her left cheek.

In other terms: She is trying to look less scary.

Tenshina cleared the perimeter before heading in to the Inn.It had only taken a hour or so but nothing truly caught her eye. On such short noticed she received quite the letter from the ANBU  requesting her summons. The mission would be good for her despite dealing with the tall mutant from before.  Regardless she would build some reputation with the Kage and possibly get her name out there for better or for worse. None the less she was given a opportunity to go to places like this .  She was grateful shivering at the thought of being trapped in her parent's mansion for so long.

Nodding towards the receptionist Tenshina continued onward towards the meeting area with ease. Even with her Yuki headband wrapped around her neck her choice of dress was something else. A all black dress with a a slit opening at the side of her hips. This created a front and back flap running down to her just below her knee caps. The top of the dress consisted of a short collar embroidered with yellow down the ends and base of the collar. a thick red string wrapped around her waist.

Short arm sleeves with yellow embroidery at the cuffs to match the neck. Underneath she wore an all maroon body suit for contrast and black shinobi sandals. She carried nothing else on her form. As she pushed past the last few steps she blew her blonde bangs from over her right eye.  Even tugging at her bun in back making sure it was still neat.Turning she glanced both sides of the hall before being greated by the sight of the ANBU. Only confirming she was in the right place as she readied herself mentally. Everyone should just be arriving she figured.

She calmly stepped to the two ANBU before giving a slight bow. "Greetings, Halo has arrived." If allowed past the two guards she makes her way inside greeted by two familiar faces. Standing front and center near the door she gave a small bow again. "Halo reporting in. I would also like to confirm nothing out of the ordinary in the near proximity." Viligance and mindfulness were key for today's affairs.

[Hoarfrost Imp]

Yuki was rather nice today. Sun and low breezes as far as she had encountered. So when Juniper entered into the facility to pensive faces at the notice of blue skin it was understandable why she was particularly sour about that tranquility being shattered. "Come for meeting. Kage escort--- er, accompany..ment?"

She was late for that part but she could still attend. With just send senbon with exploding tags wrapped around them and 1 full slot of large marbles she just had her Hyuuga cloak, boots of striding, thief's gloves and her witts about her. That was all she needed.

No sweep of the perimeter. No one was going to be stupid enough to try and sabotage such a place with this many high ranking officials floating around.

[An'ei Sekitan]

Sekitan heard the voice of Kahimi from behind him as he took another sip of his sake, his gaze tearing away from the window slowly as he spun the chair to face her, the cup departing from his lips as he came to a stop. Silver haired, eyes light, a strange demeanor that kept her emotions stoic for the most part. It was no wonder so many believe them to be related in some way, even Father and Daughter at times, yet there was no relation between them that he was aware of. “Impressive. You’ve gotten better, Inu,” he stated, unable to hide a small amount of amusement from his voice, “I remember a time when you might have rather committed seppuku than show reverence.” A short deep chuckle, the moment of levity cut short as another entered, and his icy emerald eyes beheld another woman. With her around they’ll think me a lecher for certain… Where Kahimi showed a bit more class, though still showy, Tenshina seemed to have come from her second job down at the leisure house.

“Nothing out of the ordinary is slightly…displeasing,” another sip of sake, “I expected them , at least, to be punctual.” It was quite clear he meant his words for them and for those from Kumogakure. His gaze shifted left and right of Halo for a moment, clearly searching for something, and then it focused on the two of them once again still standing in the middle of the room. A slight narrowing of the eyes was the only indicator that he was becoming annoyed, however he knew that the Blue Devil was around somewhere. Additionally, the small girl had her own way of doing things and it was no true bother that she was not currently inside the room. One of the AnBu from outside poked his head into the door to speak from behind the lifeless mask of a Bear, “Blue Devil is here.” A nod toward the AnBu and he was back out of the room. Previously, he had asked the AnBu to inform him when she would arrive, simply because he was sure she would have the most trouble entering. While the staff was not a fan, they were informed to let her pass as well, along with direct her to where the meeting would be taking place.

“Now that everyone is here, relatively speaking, allow me to familiarize you with a small amount of history just in case,” he set the glass of Snowberry Sake down deliberately before he began again, “Some time ago, Kumogakure had been allied with Konohagakure. Perhaps fifteen to twenty years passed now when I was young and much more reckless. I struck a devastating blow to Konohagakure, killing one of their Kage, destroying their tower, and damaging much of the city and killing many of their Shinobi. Kumogakure attempted to retaliate against us, so I struck them down as well, killing their Kage at the time and striking down many of their Shinobi.” Sekitan would tap his chin once then, as if looking for the words, or perhaps a pause to allow that information to sink into those in the room. “I am unsure how much of their own history they remember but keep your eyes open for even the slightest aggression. This would make a perfect opportunity to retaliate against me for past transgressions and they will have some of their most powerful Shinobi with them. Just food for thought.”

He reached down and grabbed his glass once more, lifting it toward his lips, but then stopping halfway. Emerald eyes looked at both women, then he spoke to them once more. “Oh. You both may sit if you wish, enjoy some Sake if you like.” With that said, he finished lifting the glass to his lips and took another sip. Perfectly made Sake from Snowberries that he carefully cultivated was always the best in his own opinion, possessing a winter-green flavor much like spearmint, but with a better kick and very smooth chilled or heated. This was truly one of life’s greatest pleasures. Soon the Kage from Kumogakure would arrive and this meeting would begin.

With a made up mind, and a mission to carry out failure was not to be tolerated. This meeting had the potential to be just as beneficial as it could be a disaster. Thus the white/silvery haired Inuzuka would fight all instincts to loosen herself, in favor of maintaining a good face. Whatever she needed to fulfill her task. So refusing to let her mind wander too far off the objective was key.

When the Sandaime Yukikage turned around in this seat, she would maintain direct and straightforward eye contact with him. Waiting to hear his words before speaking. An extremely rare amount of people would ever get to see Kahimi this formally suppressed. Let alone any form of social submission. But in this case, she had set aside any ego or ridiculous personal moral code. Leaving the most important role for an ally that she feels will succeed in handling the task the most efficiently.

Which considering all of that. She would mildly roll her eyes and humbly brush off the Yukikage's coy comments on her usual subversion. Her lips subtly curling into a sheepishly embarrassed smile, before she'd respond in a formally playful tone.

"Consider it dedication Lord Third. Plenty would pay to see me like this I'm sure." she'd remark in return.

It was just then that another asset to the meeting had arrived. The one designated as "Halo" to be exact. The passionate blonde was certainly going to be appreciated for coming by. Kahimi found herself admiring the resolved to take on challenges and potential risky dangers. A trait that she values is, those that wear the Yukigakure banner proudly. She'd give Teshina a glance of acknowledgment before turning her gaze elsewhere. If paying enough attention, Teshina could find that Kahimi's normally deathly cold and emotionless stare was far more vibrant and almost welcoming instead. Whether or not that was because of a change in mood or not would be up for debate.

Regardless the Inuzuka would be keeping tabs on the time. Doing so to manage her desire to keep track of particular details. Taking mental notes that the young blue kunoichi from the mainland had arrived as well. A factor that wasn't entirely certain to exist. With that aside, she'd gladly listen to the brief history lesson Lord Third would share with her and Halo. The details sparking a bit of curiosity in her mind. Eventually prompting her to speak her thoughts in a calm and yet darkly inquisitive manner.

"This meeting holds unsure ground for both sides. A lot will be explored during it. So I have little doubt that your past aggressions towards both countries could come back to relevancy if they deem it personal enough.

Which...would be a real sour turn of events if this dolled up office suddenly turns into a bar brawl over some long dead leadership~..." she'd say followed by soft amused giggle.

With her thoughts vocalized, she'd move on to waiting for things to progress onward. Having the other associates around, enabled Kahimi to allow herself to take pleasure in the sense of security. But not too much of it as to be overconfidently so. Considering this meeting involves shinobi and nothing more it would be expected that Cloud would also have things they are setting in place during their time here. Where those cards stand will come to light in due time.

For now...

She'd silently take Lord Third up on his offer and walk around the table with practiced grace. Soon, grabbing a hold of the seat directly next to him on his right side. And once properly seated she would cross one leg over the other, and keep to herself as she indulged in giving the sake a little taste. Being careful to not smear her lipstick on the edge of the cup. And while the tasteful drink cycled through her system she would quietly think about the possible outcomes of this meeting. Allowing herself to gain a bit of excitement to take part in seeing where it all goes...

Where some sort of common ground will be created. Or if tension, personal gain, and vengeful urges will take over...

Tenshina threw up a in defense hand while glancing to see a old acquaintance. before walking to the chair 3 seats to the left  of the old man.It was better not be so clumped up just in case."I rather abstain while on the job. I'm not on that level yet."  She slid the chair back from the edge of the table some and promptly sat down. Her posture squared and back straight making herself comfortable. She kept her hands overlapped in her lap looking to the young blue girl." It's good to see you Blue devil. I must thank you for our last sparring session I've been able to fix a lot since then." She would say with a soft smile. Right after she scooted a tad bit closer.

She had no initial worries about the entirety of the meeting. However a good shinobi should stay on their toes. Tenshina would keep her surroundings in the back of her mind at all times. Mainly being there for security it would let her job be easier to preform. She had hoped there would no action today. Positive thoughts and soon would follow positive outcomes. Only because the kage was here she wasn't itchy to try her new jutsu. Not to mention she didn't bother bringing her air treks.

[Ryutatsu "Sakurai Sword"]

Ryutatsu was a solidly built young adult though his hair remained white, he grew slightly darker with a tan. With the markings of the non-existent Kyuodo clan, he stood out for several reasons. The first was the pair of swords he carried on his back over one shoulder. Each blade was crafted to perfection and held special meaning to him for sentimental reasons. The first was Nightin Gale, a blade crafted of exquisite beauty by the Loki Dye now married to his cousin. It's Copper Plated Sheath depicted scenes of Flowers and Storms. There was no sword like it in the world as far as he had come across. The other was the Abyssal Shard, a Dark Crystal Sword that he took off his first challenging battle to the death.

The pearly white Mithral armor was nearly a full set of chain mail that fitted to him like a glove. With it he wore an odd gauntlet, one he crafted himself. It's odd for the two surprises it holds for those that think he was just about the swords on his back. Though it wasn't his only surprise. He wore a Tactical Vest that spoke of his rank as Chunnin. In it carried three pouches of seeds, three pouches of iron sand, and a pouch with a bunch of Quartz. He also carried in his pockets a Plenty stone and a Skull of healing. A Tengu Drinking Jug hung from his hip.

Ryutatsu had been armed to the teeth with two slots of Bo and three slots of Hira Shuriken, a slot of steel marbles, a pair on knives and a pair of Kunai. Spread through his battle cloak was also several grenades. One was a Samum and nine were Stormstone. On his thigh was a leg harness which carried his pistol crossbow and magazines. He carried four magazines of Northern Wind and Four of Dancing Star Explosive tipped specially made for him. Also hidden among his pouches and pockets was a half bottle of agility boost.

His X-ray goggles sat on the crest of his forehead rarely used. His actual shinobi plate hung around his neck right next to the strap for his wireless radio. A slot of circular LED lights, a pair of Obfuscating Eye, a slot of flint, a pen flashlight, and eight tracers made up some of his gadgets that sat in his waist pack. To top it off his clothing was all specially made to be fire retardant.

He stayed outside a moment when the others would enter performing a quick scan of the area around to make sure his charge was safe. But do to the sensitive political nature of everything he stuck close enough behind his Kage as to keep her in sight at all times and to make sure nothing would sneak up on them. He had very little trust for anyone that wasn't cloud.

[Marii K. Kazeraikou]

[Enter Marii]

'Whoa' thought the female when they entered the impressive inn. The building itself was in pristine condition. 'Those who restored it did a first class job. I wonder if the inside is the same' wondered Marii. She entered the building with her guards moments later.

Her chakra fueled eyes widened in shock. The young woman became even more aware of the interior thanks to her bloodlimit. Despite the simplistic design, the quality was top notch. 'I guess it's time to get changed' decided the Raikage. She undid the old henge as well as her ryuugan.

The female sighed in relief while her eyes returned to ice blue. "I'm going to change into a kimono by using a henge. There's no way I can meet the Yukikage dressed like this" told the brunette. She did a couple of handseals, and her outfit changed immediately. The young woman glanced into the nearest window.

She wore a kurotomesode with a bright blue obi. Her hair was tied up in a ballerina knot. Marii laid her hip pouch between her obi and kurotomesode. The hip pouch contained 6 kunais, 15 hira shurikens, 2 smoke grenades, 2 hikari bombs, a multi-tool, 2 thermal capsules, 2 speedy healing herbs, 11 exploding tags, 40 senbons, a pair of goggles with camera and a continental map of Periander.

Her field pack contained 6 kunais, a military ration pill, a gas mask with filter B, 2 dokas, a six inch flashlights, 3 voice-recording marbles, a wireless radio, a motion sensor with handheld surveillance monitor, a lensatic compass, a rebar splint, a torsion wrench, a half-diamond pick, a hook pick, a ball pick, a rake pick, a glass cutter and 5 exploding pouches. The kunai pouch with two kunais was strapped to her left thigh.

She approached the receptionist with a smile. "Good afternoon. We are here to meet the Yukikage. I believe the meeting was at the third floor" told the female. Her voice was polite without being condescending.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 50 minutes per class level. User may freely designate the specifics of his new form. This can be height, weight, hair texture and color, skin tone, etc. In this new form, the user keeps their armour points, saves, allegiance and special abilities. The new abilities are adjusted accordingly as per the new size category if any change occured. It does not gain any of their new form's abilities other than its natural weapons and cannot change their voice. In this new form, the user can use all their abilities. The can not use a limb or body part that they previously did not have in their original form though. The user can create equipment, natural weapons or simply make it so that their new form carries the same equipment as they do. However, they cannot create something overly complicated or that uses chakra. This applies to mastercrafted objects, advanced weaponry, exploding tags, summoning scrolls, etc. Any part of the body or piece of equipment that is separated from the whole reverts to its true form. The user cannot use any technique of any type unless their form allows them to. The user still capable of speech even if their new form would not usually be. Even in their new form, the user retains their own creature type. They do not gain any immunities they would with another. The new form cannot be smaller than tiny. The user gains a + 25 bonus to disguise checks per class level (maximum + 75) if the user uses the technique to disguise into another creature. The new form will not provide warmth if they are not clothed. The user can also use transformation to transform into an object of their size category or smaller. The object can't be smaller than tiny. The user cannot transform into advanced weaponry or mastercrafted weapons. Neither can they replicate the effects of an object crafted. The user may use transformation to transform their clones. The range of the technique in this case is 7 meters + 6 meters per class level. The jutsu affects any clones at the user's discretion within that range. When a transformed creature is hit while maintaining a transformation, it must succeed a will save check (10 + 1/2 damage dealt). If the check fails, the technique abruptly ends. A creature that interacts with or intently observes the transformed creature may make an observation check to recognize it as transformed. The creature will not be able to determine what the true form of the creature or the user is. Creatures that can see chakra or see through chakra can make an observation check to notice chakra moving in an odd pattern around the user. This allows the creature to make a chakra lore check (difficult difficulty) to identify the pattern as a result of transformation.

Effect: A technique in which if the user has his sights set on a target ready to attack, the senses of the throwing specialist is so in tuned with his surroundings the user is unable to be flanked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the “C” Rank version they must be “C” Class, if they wish to learn the “B” Rank version they must be “B” Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the throwing specialist is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is “C” Class or higher.

Getting the access to be able to attend the meeting with the others had been relatively simple, and the security measures he had been before arriving here were impressive. As they approached the Hishigata INN, he could feel tension in his chest. The last time he had been in this village was when he was very young, where faded memories of his mother resided. He glanced a flashback of a building here, a street there, faces that would no doubt be old, grizzled and grey to the degree he would never recognise them. Yet the Hashigata INN gave him a sense of familiarity. A place of great importance, of gathering.

He could see that Marii was impressed with the building as much as he was. Within a moment, she released her Henge to return to her normal self. "I'm going to change into a kimono by using a henge. There's no way I can meet the Yukikage dressed like this" she said, and quickly performed her movements to replace her outfit into something more appropriate for her position for a meeting like this.

'I suppose I should make an effort myself.' He set down his pack briefly, opening a very straight segment of his pack and pulling out his recently restitched burgandy gi and haori. He plced the majority of his more hidden weapons into the bag as he expertly removed his travel garb, swithcing his own attire and folding the hat away.

Hi burgandy Gi tunic had darker hide pads along where vembraces and a tyable wrist/hand guard could be locked in place, with padded shoulders. On the back of the Gi was an intricate gold-thread emblem of the Kazeraikou family symbol with silver-threaded rain drops, at the bottom of which bore the symbolygy of the Sandaime Amekage. The leggings were similarly of burgandy with dark hide pads along where greaves would normally be worn.

His haori was of a lighter dawn-red colour, on which bore the unique family seal on the left breast similar to what was on the back of his Gi, and with a much smaller emblem of his own family seal with the symbology of the Sandaime Amekage very subtly sewn behind it on the right breast, the back bare of armorial design. The shoulders, vambrace and waistline were in a dark navy blue decorated fine needle-like silver raid drops and golden lightning bursts.

He retired the baldric and his family swords to the pack as well, only carrying Souzen's Redemption at his side. He tied the crimson red belt around his haori, collected his back, and followed the other two into the Hashigata INN. He quickly caught up with the pair as Marii spoke to the receptionist "Good afternoon. We are here to meet the Yukikage. I believe the meeting was at the third floor".

When entering through the front door, the three visitors from Cloud Village will first find themselves in the Entrance Hall. The height of the corridor would be about ten feet in total, with chandeliers, framed portraits, and murals decorating its lengthy interior. From the front doors to the other end would be a simple ten meter distance. Nobody would be located in this hallway, giving the disguised Raikage plenty of time to remodel themselves using the Henge jutsu.

Upon entering the Reception area, an INN Employee would stand up from their seat behind the desk, and bow towards the three. A young man to be exact, no older than fifteen or so, with short dark blue hair. "Welcome! We've been happily expecting you. Appointment for 4:30 right?" He'd say with an almost elated tone of voice. Then as he paused to take a breath. His hazel-colored eyes quickly but smoothly panned from face to face from left to right among the three. His perception taking in their appearances, and by the time he stopped on the young man with white hair, and he'd turn his glance down towards his desk. A small smile on his face as he would continue.

"They'll be waiting for already, so feel free to be on your way. Best of luck with your meeting." He'd say with a slight wave before pointing in the direction of where to head next.

From there the boy, would stay at his post and watch them as they moved on by unless they addressed him for anything. Which if they didn't then they would be free to move along throughout the INN towards their desired destination. During the short venture, they would get a makeshift tour of the buildings many sectors. Such as the main lobby, a swift peek into the dining hall/bar, and so on. Going all the way up through the floors up until they would reach the third floor. And here is where the peace and quiet could really be felt. The only other person out in view being the two Bear ANBU Operatives guarding Office #1's door.

However once the three had introduced themselves, the guards would give way. One of which calmly knocking first with the back of his knuckles to announce the arrival of the guests from Cloud. "They're here...". With that the door would be opened. And inside the Cloud Trio will found the Yukikage and their select few colleagues.

[Marii K. Kazeraikou]

"Welcome! We've been happily expecting you. Appointment for 4:30 right?" asked the teenager. "Yes" replied the female. His hazel eyes looked at the foreign trio in front of him.

"They'll be waiting for already, so feel free to be on your way. Best of luck with your meeting." said the male with a slight wave. Next, he pointed in the direction of where to head next. "Thank you" replied Marii in a polite voice. She gave him a bow before she walked towards the assigned room.

The young woman let out quiet whistle when she saw the other rooms. All of them were in the same style as the lobby. 'I wonder who did the interior here. They must be very skilled' thought the Raikage. She would let her guards take the position before they climbed the staircase.

The third floor was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Furthermore, there was only an ANBU bear guard there. The female stopped when she was 15 feet in front of him. "Hello. We are the visitors from Kumogakure" informed the brunette in a quiet voice.

The man knocked at the door. "They're here..." informed the ANBU. The young woman gave him a polite smile once they were in the green. "Fingers crossed gentlemen" muttered Marii before they walked in. She felt a little shaky when they entered the room.

'Better let them enter first' decided the female. She let Kininata and Ryutatsu enter first. The Raikage would enter right after her guards. Just who or what would await inside that room? What would the outcome of this meeting be?

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 50 minutes per class level. User may freely designate the specifics of his new form. This can be height, weight, hair texture and color, skin tone, etc. In this new form, the user keeps their armour points, saves, allegiance and special abilities. The new abilities are adjusted accordingly as per the new size category if any change occured. It does not gain any of their new form's abilities other than its natural weapons and cannot change their voice. In this new form, the user can use all their abilities. The can not use a limb or body part that they previously did not have in their original form though. The user can create equipment, natural weapons or simply make it so that their new form carries the same equipment as they do. However, they cannot create something overly complicated or that uses chakra. This applies to mastercrafted objects, advanced weaponry, exploding tags, summoning scrolls, etc. Any part of the body or piece of equipment that is separated from the whole reverts to its true form. The user cannot use any technique of any type unless their form allows them to. The user still capable of speech even if their new form would not usually be. Even in their new form, the user retains their own creature type. They do not gain any immunities they would with another. The new form cannot be smaller than tiny. The user gains a + 25 bonus to disguise checks per class level (maximum + 75) if the user uses the technique to disguise into another creature. The new form will not provide warmth if they are not clothed. The user can also use transformation to transform into an object of their size category or smaller. The object can't be smaller than tiny. The user cannot transform into advanced weaponry or mastercrafted weapons. Neither can they replicate the effects of an object crafted. The user may use transformation to transform their clones. The range of the technique in this case is 7 meters + 6 meters per class level. The reception and the raikage spoke to confirm their appointment for the meeting, all the while Kininata glanced around the room slowly, looking for signs of hidden security, escape routes, environmental features that could be taken advantage of if the situation changed to something more dire. He didn't expect it too, given the company they were about to be a part of, but his old instincts wouldn't let up. There was danger in this place...

The raikage started to head towards the direction of the meeting room, and he could see that she was as impressed with the decor and style as much as he was. He had been looking for a similar aesthetic for his family home during the designing phsae, hough he hadn't quite visually realised his idea when the construction was nearing its completion. He could see part of what he wanted to do in the workings of this establishment, and would take some note of it for when next he looked at refurbishment as the kids grew older.

Finally, the trio reached the room for the meeting. The AnBu guard confirmed their arrival, and the Raikage waited for her guards to step forwards first as was expected for security. Kininata took his steps forwards into the room.

The first figure that drew his eyes was the person clad in black, his visible features not betraying if they were man or woman, at least at first. However, the sheer sensation of strength and confidence implied this was an extremely capable person - and then the face triggered a memory from an old report he read. The Sandaime Yukikage, An'ei Sekitan. Looks like all of the old veterans are coming out for this meeting it seems he mused to himself as his jade-green eyes continued to scan the room.

The next figure he noted was the woman who's appearance clearly identified her as the Yukikage Kahimi Inuzuka. The coldness in her eyes reminded him of his own state of mind when he focused himself into his less favorable self; the trademark pale white skin that nearly matched her hair; the marks on her face.

The third figure that caught his attention was an unknown to him - and therefore, the assumed more dangerous. Garbed in black with gold and crimson decor, hair to match the golden decor, she carried confidence in her posture.

He glanced more directly to each person within the room, giving them a curt, respectful bow. He glanced back to the Raikage, nodded to confirm it was safe to enter, and then moved carefully to stand beside a chair that would be appropriate for the Raikage to take their place for the meeting. He wouldn't sit himself, however. His hands were crossed, but after the earlier warm up he was poised to reaction at his best if anything untowards were to take place.

[An'ei Sekitan]

So they finally arrive. Sekitan would set down his glass of Snowberry Sake, his right leg angled and the booted ankle placed over his left knee, leaning back nonchalantly in his chair as he took in the forms of those who arrived. The deadliest was perhaps the wolf of a boy with silver hair at such a young age, skin tanned from exposure, and several blades about his person. Only one style that Sekitan knew of which required so many, Santoryu, and that would be rather amusing. Other things marked the boy as a warrior, such as armor and trinkets, and he made sure to store that information away. The next was quite the surprise, as he had been sure that boy had died, and yet here he was before him. He would take stock of the Raikage herself as well, as it was rare to see Ame-nin guarding Kumo-nin. Now why would that be with such a powerful youth already guarding her?

“What a surprise to see you, Sandaime Amekage. Quite the surprise indeed and quite the eye you have there as well,” he would smile toward Kininata and Marii, although it would never touch his frozen emerald eyes, eyes that seemed to hold a slight glow of their own; although they would have a tough time knowing that. [Acting: 500]. “I had thought for certain you had perished. You were but a boy back then, but it seems you are a man now from that…discerning gaze of yours.” Another sip of his sake, enjoying the taste of it on his tongue, and the warmth it provided as it burned down his throat. Kininata was the Kage after my cousin's husband vanished, taking on the mantle after that mysterious time. Odd that so many forgot what happened not so long ago. His eyes narrowed at Kininata slightly, but there would be a time for that.

Finally, Sekitan stood to a full height of six feet and six inches, his black duster nearly sweeping the ground, black gloved hands at his sides, and the room began to feel colder as those emerald eyes lighted on the Raikage. As he walked, breath became visible in the air and a sheen would appear on the porcelain nearest him, as a very thin layer of ice began to form. “Kazeraikou Marii, Godaime Raikage now and here before me.” She was gangly and petite, small in stature but long of limb, and nothing quite stood out about her besides her eyes. Piercing blue eyes. The last name told him what he needed to know about her blood, as she was not the first he had ever dealt with. Memories began to surface in his mind however, of a time when Kumogakure no Sato had dared to threaten him, to attempt to stand up for Konohagakure no Sato after what they had done. Even now they come to the village, attempting to garner peace, but neglect the chaos of the past and their grievances that were not forgotten; at least not by him.

Cold rage rested in his gut, freezing his blood, and his body ached to release bone and bring about death. But even as he blinked, he reigned in that rage, instead a smile forming on his lips yet again as he tucked the rage away for later. She dares to come to Yukigakure no Sato, to stand before me, after Kumogakure no Sato had threatened us! She forgets so easily what I did to Konohagakure no Sato and the death I brought. She stands before the reaper this day and yet I must stay my hand. Deplorable, but it is my duty. Tch! Almost immediately the cold would subside and the temperature would return to the pleasant level it had been only moments before, Sekitan towering over Marii from only two meters away, although none could sense any intent to harm coming from his person. His stance was relaxed as he spoke to her, offering her and her alone a nod. “We are pleased to have you, Marii. Please, help yourselves to some Saki to warm the body from the journey across Yuki no Kuni and if you require other refreshments, do not hesitate to ask. The staff here is some of the best you could find in any land near or far. Please,” he would gesture with a sweep of his hand toward the table, a charming smile on his borderline beautiful face, “have a seat and let us begin negotiations, shall we?”

Sekitan would take his own seat as well, making a quarter turn and heading back around the table. He had made sure to move in such a way that he could glare at Kahimi, his jaw clenched and then unclenched as he found his seat again, allowing the rage to subside. He would deliberately take his glass from in front of him and have a drink, showing that there were no signs of poison. His cup had been filled during his initial chat with Marii herself. "So what is it exactly that you want from us? We have only had...minimal...contact in the past and no trade agreements or otherwise. My curiosity is piqued."

Litigation and politics. The deadliest combination known to mankind put the wild child to sleep almost completely and between all the trite fun talk that'd been scattered around she was aware enough to know when to cut her lazy indolent leaning and snap to attention. What was the plan again? Who was the kage? Kahimi wasn't the meeting organizer, right?

Sekitan did the talking so she played the part, leaping up onto the table like a stray animal and sitting there perched, head cocked, looking over the three's company with wild eyes of blue. How terribly curious the three of them were too. She didn't want to embarrass the village speaking out of turn and giving away her questionable origins but she as loyal to a fault and that had to count for something.

They seemed like pleasant company but the air tastes sharp with tension. Like salted water or licking a live battery... not that she had or anything. Since Sekitan had spoken she hung on those words, tried to make the best sense of them and then focused on Marii to see her reaction. How diplomatic could things go, truly?

The very moment the door opened up to reveal the other party, the Inuzuka's eyes curiously honed in on whatever she could see. The mismatched hues of her irises, practically beamed the light reflecting off of them with a burning desire for information. Her cold and unwaveringly sharp gaze carved out every detail it could capture. Every millisecond of their first impressions were going to be recorded. And so from what she could see.

Three people in particular were present in total. Assumedly fleshies to be exact. One woman, and two men. All of which significantly varying in height from each other. Between the three of them, one seemed to confidently and proudly displaying the lethal side of themselves. The younger & taller male with white hair.

He had what looked like bladed weapons on him and an intensity that was different than the others. Probably expecting something less favorable to emerge from this meeting which is understandable. Which for a second made Kahimi wonder if he was paid help, but that would be silly. Moving on from him...

The woman looked to be much less eminently battle ready. Like the other man she seemed to want to take up a politically appropriate role instead. Her simple, but fashionable appearance was visually comforting to see. Which was assumed to be the intention. Similar to what Kahimi and Teshina have done. And with the other man dressed in a similar manner. She couldn't help, but smirk at the synergy. They looked cute together... All traditionally dressed up and such.

However because of this, she wouldn't hesitate to expect a surprising level of strength to come from the two brunettes if things did get less than friendly. Although even if that ends up being the case, she saw no reason to really care as it will be a matter of survival by that point. All of that served to be the only information she could be bothered to collect. The quick analysis would have only taken a short amount of seconds in total before she could focus on other things. 

Using both hands, Kahimi gently raised her small cup to partake in a sip of her sake. Using the movement as cover, before instinctually sniffing the air in a subtle manner. Aiming to capture a general sense of their scents if possible. Mainly just hoping the results will be pleasant as some living creatures tend to not carry the best aromas...

Beyond this, Kahimi was not in a rush to introduce herself. Especially not with "Marrow" or "Halo" capable of handling it for her. So from the start she'd remain silently present. Staying seated next to Lord Third unless asked to do otherwise. Letting him do his own thing with the new scenario at hand now that everyone was here.

With her current positioning, Kahimi could comfortably remain in her seat. Taking the time to read adjust to the new atmosphere of the room now that their guests had arrived. She'd set the cup of alcohol back down on the provided coasters as this happens. Her eyes no longer focused on them at the moment. At least not until her ears perked up to the details Lord Third so graciously revealed.

Sandaime Amekage?... Thought perished long ago? she'd muse in her own thoughts, as her eyes relocated to his face.

Now, she began wondering what the man's response would be. Although aside from that it also raised a good question as to why an Amekage of any kind was here during business between only Cloud and Snow. Rain and Snow fell out some time ago, similar to Mist. And she knows who the sneaky Amekage was during that period. That notion...raises even more questions assuming he is not the current Amekage in office as well. It would be upsetting if this meeting turns out to have an unsanctioned third party. Especially from a currently unwelcomed nation...

The pondering woman had to hold in the sinister giggle threatening to escape as she thought about it. Her blood now warmer from the fierce sensations that rushed through her to do so. Pushing the gnawing curiosity aside momentarily so she could maintain formal composure. But still... Kahimi knew Sekitan would provide insight during this meeting, but this soon? The possibility for amusement and fresh opportunities was exciting. Frankly, the temptation to see how deep the history goes would have made Kahimi nibble on her lip in anticipation; if she wasn't concerned about smudging her lipstick.

Besides...she couldn't be distracted with Sekitan's damn aura chilling the room's interior. By now she was used to it. But she also knew better than to ignore it as well. Knowing the consequences of ignoring Sekitan's inner rage when it begins to surface. Because of this, her small amused smile would fade. Instead, Kahimi closely watched his demeanor with a cryptically serious gaze while the man "greeted" the one named Marii. Hoping he wasn't going to insinuate anything this early, the young Inuzuka wouldn't overanalyze his demeanor and tone. And when the coldness subsided and over-aggression didn't come, she'd allow herself to fall back into comfort completely.

I certainly won't be bored this time. she'd jokingly say to herself in her thoughts. Taking the pause from Sekitan's finished welcoming to mentally prepare herself now that everything was getting ready to truly begin.

On his way back to his seat, Kahimi would easily catch the glare that he'd allow crack through. And in return, she'd give him a soft reassuring smile that he was doing a good job being less grumpy. Which was more or less a subtle backhanded tease than actual friendly comfort. Personal antics aside. As his technical subordinate, she wouldn't poke at him too hard for now.

Even playing her part in at least politely pouring more fresh Snowberry Sake for him, before getting prepared to take notes for the meeting. And with Juniper now awake from her little nap things were surely ready to pick up quickly.
