Ryuugan Activation
Rank: C.
Skill: Ninjutsu.
Effect: Activates the Ryuugan. Makes the users senses more sensitive. If someone for example is reading a letter 15 meters away, you'll read it with ease. The vision range widens from 180 degrees to 210. You will also be able to use the Kazeraikou clans Eastern attacks. Jutsus based on lightning will be amplified, and the user can control very strong lightning ninjutsus with lower risks than those who don't have Ryuugan. Wind jutsus might be easier to perform, depending how good you are to control chakra. Genjutsu and ninjutsu specialists should be able to do that.
Special: Dragon. Have to know lightning release and how to read.
Drawback: Takes a little chakra.
Description: The user are now able to control small winds (change their direction, fly on them if they have an umbrella or a fan, make them weaker/stronger) and anything electric (but can't control things/others jutsus with high power. Jounins can maximum control C-rank lightning jutsus. That means that they can weaken the jutsu a teeny little bit, change direction a bit or slow it down so they can avoid it).
Limit: Kazeraikou clans Ryuugan.

"Oh come on dad. I just got out of the Academy and your working me hard already?" Kizer protested against his father.

"Shut that lazy mouth of yours and listen. I want you to calm your mind and expand it. Think about the Math and Novels. Anything that educates you. 15 meters away, I have set up a post that if you are able to read it, you will find out what we are having for dinner tonight. You wont be able to leave this spot either. Make me proud Kizer." His father said, sitting down to watch his son attempt their blood lines Ryuugan.

With a sigh, Kizer began to close his eyes and take a deep breath. His mind was emptied and then re-filled with Math facts, books, novels, art, everything of the sort. He felt an electric force building up inside of him, but it wasn't strong enough to actually unleash the ability. So he continued to think about such things, but it was harder then it looked.

The harsh sun beat down upon him, relentlessly watching over him it seemed. It was like it was pushing him into success. The longer he took, the hotter it would get. A sweat formed from his brow, and as time progressed, it was accompanied with even more drops. If this was positive or negative reenforcement however, was unclear.

He started to feel a stronger charge build up in his body, He decided to give it a shot now. Why not? He opened his eyes to show his eyes have, for the most part, changed color.
"Lets see....white rice and....ugh, damn it. I can't see the rest yet. Its too straining right now." He said, closing his eyes, and starting from the top.

His father came up to him again, this time, holding two bags with rocks in them.
"hold these. Its filled to the top. Don't drop a rock, but don't lose concentration."
"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" but before Kizer could say anything else, the load was placed in his hands. It was much harder then is looked. After a while, they would get heavy and he would lose concentration thinking about the damn rocks.

He was sweating more now, but because of those rocks. As time past by it became really hard to read that sign. He wondered if it was even possible for him right now to do such a thing. Each time he got close but then had to stop because of the weight of the rocks. A few people pass him by once in a while looking at him like he is crazy. He certainly felt that way.

He then looked at the sign again, once attempting to activate the Ryuugan.
"...White Rice, and Takoyaki..." Kizer smiled, finally reading the sign. Then he remembered.
"DAMN IT DAD! I HATE TAKOYAKI!"
"Deal. We haven't had octopus in a long while. Now do it again".

Kizer sighed, repeating this as best as he could, still with the rocks.

Kizer finally dropped the rocks, panting after so long. his father walked up and put a hand on his shoulder, and handed him a book of language arts and reading skills.
"what the..." Kizer spoke in confusion.
"To train the Ryuugan, you must train your mind in the arts. Language arts is a good start. Get reading, and study it well."
Kizer sighed and opened up the book. at least this was a break from the rocks. He read several chapters, and even re-read them, as is father demanded. He had to memorize this crap too? Constantly reading through it, he began to become a faster reader.

He had read through half the book before he had to switch books. This one was about art. He had to read about realism, surrealism, famous artist, and the likes. He began to understand the different styles of arts, and how fighting was considered an art as well. Even if he did not realise it now, he was become more educated, and fast.

It was then time to switch to math. This took him the longest to understand. This also left his mind numb compared to everything else. He always hated this subject. He finished two chapters of it before he grew sick of it and wanted to hear no more of it.

"get up" His father said to him. "The Ryuugan also makes you good with the wind. I want you to try to manipulate the wind."

Kizer got up and after mumbling something about how this better be worth it. He activated the Ryuugan to the best of his ability and started to move his hands with the wind, getting a feel of their movements. He made pushing movements, as if forcing the wind to move forward.

He began attempting to move the wind north, south, east and west. He also had it form a ball for a little while before it broke apart. He continued this training for as long as he could, before growing far too tired. He rested a bit under the shade of a building, having something to drink. His father came to him with a message.
"They say they have assigned you a partner. They will keep us posted as to when you two are to meet, but right now whats important is that you finish your training."

His father picked up a medicine ball, with the weight of 10 pounds. Kizer was to push the ball back as it came to him using the wind. His father then activated his Ryuugan. He threw the ball into the air and pushed it with a massive force of wind. Kizer pushed the wind along with both his hands, to generate enough force to push it back at his father. He then saw the ball was to be spiked at him, he forced the wind to move upwards as to prevent the ball from getting closer.

After a while, Kizer became able to make the ball curve and add more spin to it, as well as speed. The ball came to his direction again, and he had the wind stop in mid air. He then moved his other hand to force the ball to start spinning the opposite way, and launched it back at his father. After a while of this, the new objective was to keep the ball in the middle. In other wards, match his fathers power. To make this more fair, his father only used one arm.

At first, Kizer struggled, but he eventually was able to keep it in the middle. This was a test of endurance. After a while of this, they were able to curve the line a bit, as well as make the distance longer, or shorter if need be.

Kizer then stood alone in the center of the training area. His next objective was to be able to channel the charge to different areas in his body. He stood firmly on the patch of sand underneath him, Closing his eyes. He reopened his eye lids to show the Ryuugan. He felt the electric power flowing in his chest. He tried to flow it into his fists, as that would be quite effective in fighting. he felt the roar of the electricity flowing in his hands and arms. It was a power he fell in love with quickly.

He then channeled it to his feet. They grounded him more into the sand, as if he wouldn't be able to be moved. He began channeling it between body parts quickly, attempting to learn to do it by second nature. As it returned to his hands, he remembered his special weapons. He applied his brace knuckles on. Because of their material, they began to conduct electricity at a dangerously high amount. He began throwing punches, getting a feel for this electric power.

He figured that he could probably form this power as a projectile too. formed small bolts no bigger then a paint-ball and fired them onto the ground. It was about this time he felt a sharp pain in his head. He canceled the Ryuugan and sat down quick.
"Using certain moves will effect your mind, giving you a head ache huh? Gotta remember that..."

After sitting just a bit to fix up his head ache, Kizer's father then walked up to him, his Ryuugan on.
"We are going to have a Spar Kizer. I want to see what you learned today."
Kizer looked at his father and quickly turned his Ryuugan on as well. He wasn't about to miss a chance to beat up on his old man.
"Alright. Have it your way dad."

Kizer's hands started to shiver with the element's power. His slammed his fist against the ground to have some sand fly up and create a veil that his father could not see through. He lunged at his from above the veil, coming from above to land a punch upon his old man. It was a shame he knew that was coming, side stepping and kicking Kizer's side. At least it seemed to have been Kizer. the one kicked puffed into smoke shortly after. From behind, one could hear the cackling of an electric charged fist. It drove into his father's back, knocking him forward.
"Can't keep up in your old age, pop?"
His father got up with a look that was a mix of happiness, as well as anger.
"I am proud of that hit, but you shouldn't be hitting your father so damn hard."

It was then his father fired a number of kunai at Kizer, but Kizer knew exactly what his dad wanted him to do with them. Generating a force with the wind, he drove the kunai into the sand before they could hit their target. That was when Kizer noticed another flying towards him. He used the wind to knock back the kunai, but thats when he realized this one was being guided by the wind his father was generating. He matched his father's wind speed, intending to keep it in the middle, a power struggle to test his endurance.

"lets kick it up a notch Kizer."
Kizer's father added another hand, thus, more power. Slowly, but surly, he was over powering Kizer. He had to curve the Kuni's direction to deflect it.
"Its gonna take a little more then that dad."

Both ran at each other, hoping to get a strong lunge attack in. As both their hands hit each other, the electric energy could only be described as a viper, attempting to get a bite of the enemy. Cracking sounds from the roar of thunder could be heard for miles. I knocked both of them back, landing them on their feet. Kizer then created two clones, all to charge his father from different directions. His dad was wiser then that however, from his index finger, he fired a shot at each Kizer. Two of them puffed into smoke, while the other jumped and tried for an aerial strike.

His father quickly side stepped, and Kizer hit the sand full force. Around him, from the shear force of his electric strike, the sand around him spiked up, as if to cover him from any attacks. Not that it proved useful, His father's hand grabbed his left arm and threw him out of the "shield" of sand. Its true he landed on his feet, but his arm felt a little numb. Although he could still use it, it didn't have the same impact as it normally would. Another charge came Kizer's way. He blocked with one hand, but his defense would shatter quick at this rate. using his numb hand, he had the wind blow his father back.

Feeling it mostly in his legs, his father fell back, and Kizer ran up to take this chance. He grabbed his father's right arm and returned the favor.
"Are you as tough without your good arm dad?"
It was about that time a strong gust of wind pushed Kizer onto his back; but it was with one arm...could it be his father was holding back before?
"You should expect more from your old man Kizer. Lets take a quick break for our power to return to us."
Kizer nodded and took this chance to catch a breather. It was obvious over powering his father was a useless attempt. Chances are outsmarting him wont exactly work out well. Kizer's biggest chance is if age catches up wit him and he loses endurance.
"Thats enough time. Your lazy enough as it is."
"Shut up old man. I have been working my ass off these past few days."
"I'll believe that when you beat me in a fight Kizer."
"...Fine, have it your way. I am not pulling any punches."
Of course he wasn't going to pull any punches; he wasn't pulling any now either. Maybe if he father thought he had more, and played a more offensive game, that could give Kizer the upper hand.

His father created 4 clones to charge him with. they kept changing formation, so it was hard to tell the real one from his father. Kizer once again punched the floor to have sand erupt from the ground, then used the wind to blow it into the face of father/s. This would stop the real one, since it would get in his face, the clones wouldn't notice however. He then dodged the clones and struck his father in the gut, and continued for a while.

Being knocked back, his father fired small electric bolts from his finger tips. Kizer was able to dodge all but one, hitting his leg. He felt that leg go limp and he knew this was bad. Dodging was more then a problem now. He felt a sharp pain in his chest, a gag escaped his lips as he flew back. Landing roughly on his back. Kizer slowly got up.
"damn it...that really hurts."
"Your a ninja now Kizer. You need to learn to take your licks and get up quick."
"DON'T YOU LECTURE ME!"
"Your not ready to fight your old man just yet. You have good strategic value, but your movements are too sloppy right now. Brush up on the arts one more time.

He dropped several books in front of Kizer. He slowly opened a book and began to read it, despite the fact he was sick of this training. He began to read the pages, memorizing what they had to say and becoming a faster and more educated reader. He became even more inclined in the arts of music, painting, drawing, and fighting. He then moved on to the Math book. He read about advanced mathematics, not that he could understand well although. Its true that the more educated a person was in these subjects, the stronger the Ryuugan was, but why did it have to be math?

He got up from the books and although his body was sore from the fight with his father, he began to manipulate the wind again, trying to become more efficient at it, making his movements smother and faster. Left, right, left, right, right, left, left, left, right. He continued to switch the wind's flow. He then had it curve and pull it into shapes and such. He had practiced with the medicine ball alone. Trying to keep it up in the air, and moving. He changed speeds and hight.

As he let the ball drop, he began to transfer the electric energy to different parts in his body, hoping to become faster at that too. It was then he tried activating and deactivating the Ryuugan. He began watching people from afar, become more at ease with his blood limit. He felt he had finally gotten the Ryuugan under control. He moved the Medicine ball with one hand, while the other held his electric energy, and of course, his eyes continued to watch the people.

Raiton - Raikyuu (Lightning Ball)

Effect: Creates a ball of lightning used to where the technique is capable of being hurled towards the person.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: The user is unable to move while using this technique.
Description: The user does an amount of handseals as they quickly concentrate on the chakra along the palm of their hands. The technique is used to where they create a small ball of lightning to where the user is capable of hurling it towards the opponent. This technique is weak however and is only capable of paralyzing an oponent for approximatly one round no matter how strong the opponent may be.
Limit: Lightning Release

Feeling he had a good grasp of the Ryuugan now, he figured he should try to take it to his advantage.
"I'll start off with something easy."
focusing his electric power into the palm of his hands, he attempted to make a ball of lightning. After a few attempts, he had a perfectly round orb about the size of a base ball. He quickly fired it at a few near by targets. The orb whiped across the field of sand into the target.

He continued to work on his speed, firing more and faster each time. Next up was his aim. He continued to attempt head shots, once in a while getting close, a few head shots, and some just way off. He began being able to fire them with just one hand as well. His ryuugan also made them stronger then your usual lightening jitsu, making them much more fierce.

(because of my Ryuugan, would they deal damage as well, or paralyze for two turns?)

Kizer continued to fire these shots up at the targets. This wasn't enough though. His enemy would not be standing still. He created a many shadow clones of his self, running all over the place. He began firing at each and every one of them, some of them he missed, others he hit.

One was particularly tricky. It zig-zagged, changed speed and direction, a true target. He continued to dodge the shots, the other clones being hit in its place. When all the others had disappeared, it was that same one left. Shooting randomly at it would not get Kizer anywhere. He waited for the right time, when it started to change direction. Just as the clone did such, he launched two of them, one aiming to the front of the clone, and one to the back. any way the clone jumps away from, he would be hit then.

Of course, the clone was in fact hit. It wasn't good enough however. There needed to be a second batch, this one being able to attack. He made a set of three clones, and the all quickly began to strike as soon as they were created. The first one lunged at Kizer, a fist roaring with electric might. Kizer back flipped in the neck of time thankfully, and while in the air fired the shot to take him out. He turned around to see a few shuruken coming his way. He forced them off their track by generating the wind. when he hit the ground, he fired that one off in the chest.

The last one was once again tricky. He stood still waiting for Kizer to make a move. As Kizer fired the ball, he jumped over it and fired the same move. Rolling out of the way, he fired two more at the clone. It barrel rolled its way to safety however. When it landed on the floor it ran towards Kizer, who had got on his feet. He began to dodge the strikes the clone tried to strike him with. After a while, the clone became very still and poofed. Somewhere in all that chaos Kizer was able to land the blow.

Kizer thought if any time was a good time for a rest, now would be it. He walked over back home, where his father had been waiting and cooked dinner.
"Dad, I am home."
"You just came in the neck of time. The food just got to the table."
It was funny. At the dinner table, you would think they were just a normal family. Talking and joking and discussing; Totally different from before. Kizer looked upon his finished meal and then to his father.
"I would like to do just a bit more training. I'll be home later, alright?"
"Fine, but don't stay out too late. You think your not a kid anymore because you aren't in the academy?"

Kizer didn't respond to his father. He just walked out the door.

Kizer's feet kicked up bit of quite a bit of sand as he walked over towards a training area more suitable for what he was doing. He thought about his training up to this. Was that really the best he could do? No. He was better then that. While at the training grounds, he saw another ninja there. A chuunin. Nodding him a hello, Kizer closed his eyes and began to concentrate. When he opened his eyes, they were of a blue color, the only brown to be seen was in the very center of his eye. Dead center. He began to transfer his chakra into his hands, and the humming sound of electricity could be heard from his body. Finally the ball of azure formed in the palms of his hands he launched it at the target near by using the full force of both hands. Its true he was firing them with one hand earlier, but wouldn't it make more sense to use both on one? It would make it far more powerful, instead of dividing up the impact as well as size.

As it hit the target, it caught the other Ninja's eyes. he walked over to Kizer.
"Your use lightening attacks?"
"urrmmm.....yeah?
"Your using alot of power in one ball. It will make it too slow and ineffective. You wont be doing any damage with that attack. Its used for paralyzing reasons.
It was then the older ninja created the ball of lightening. It seemed small and flimsy, but when he fired it, it flew off like a bat out of hell. the ball zapped the target, it vibrated a bit before becoming still.
"The key is quick and easy. Over charging the attack will just make it slow and less effective."
Kizer nodded, listening to what this other ninja had to say. He then tried it himself. This time, his eyes shifted from blue to the emerald color its final stage was. Kizer took an even shorter time charging up the attack then this ninja, since the ryuugan was made for such things. He fired the ball, and it was smaller and faster, but didn't hold the same impact.
