Hopefully I picked a neutral zone, the area is a lake surrounding by a light forest, the water goes about 50 feet deep and the sun is around four hours from setting

Circumstance

We've been sent to kill one another at all cost, there doesn't need to be a reason, we were given orders and must fulfill them.

We both start out on the water twenty feet away from another.

Koga stood his ANBU mask with the symbol of the Cat squadron upon it, his hair didn’t move, there was barely a breeze, this day, this time; he’d finish off his opponent as he was ordered to. His silver eyes peered though the little holes in the mask which had a special shade net like material which allowed eye sight for the person behind it, though allowed no others to see his/her eyes, the stone insignia on the forehead of the mask, and his purple/blue/blackish hair would be seen at the seams of the mask. His short stature made him seem as if he were a small child, which he was until he spoke “We do not need words, let our strength in battle do the talking…” he said, the voice would come in a child’s voice, though a man’s way of speaking.

Reaching into his pouch he held three senbon, the glare could clearly be seen from the soon to be setting sun. He held these senbon in his right hand as he raised it slowly to his neck, they’d space between Koga’s index finger and the finger between the pinky and middle finger, and the final between that and the pinky finger. He’d take a stance known as the ‘senbon taikou’ his eyes studied his opponent closely as he waited for a reaction.

Emanuel would look at the anbu standing in front of him as he would take a small sigh, he didnt want to look or sound cocky, but it was just how he was when he was trying to get somewere and someone was in his way. well i guess i could just take this time to try and fight someone, it could get me back into shape after all this time Emanuel thought to himself before he would push his hands together and would hum for a second before he would pull out one of his kunais from his pouch and would start sliding it through his teeth as if he was cleaning it before he would focus his chakra on balancing on the water, then he would take off after the anbu and would throw the kunai at the Anbu which would be attach with a explosive tag.

It wasnt much of a plan at the moment but he already knew what he was going to be doing right after, althought he knew he couldnt garantee that everything would go perfect he still knew that he didnt know anything about the Anbu and the anbu didnt know anything about him. So the moment their would just both be even till things got more serious. i mean what could one man do with senbons, only a gennin could fall for such stupidness Emanuel thought to himself still with his cocky attitude., athough it was rude it was true, but some people could actually make something of it, for now all he could really do was watch and see, but he knew he had to make sure not to make a mistake.

Koga’s took his right foot stepping back upon the water about a foot, a small patter would be heard at the connection of his foot to the water, his eyes narrowed as the sound of a humming noise could be heard from his mouth Sound jutsu? he thought for the worst, he was dealing with a shinobi after all. He’d tighten his hold on his senbon as he saw his opponent reaching into his pouch. He could see the red outlining of a piece of paper attached to the kunai. He’d watch closely as the kunai flew towards him, the explosive tag gracefully flowing through the wind, ¼ the distance in reaching him Koga found a perfect shot, taking his three senbon he threw them quickly aiming at critical points of the explosive tag, un-attaching it to the explosive tag to the kunai, it’d fall into the water as Koga leaped backwards around fifteen feet.

The explosive tag would sit upon the water, slowly sinking into the water and the kunai landing somewhere in the water behind Koga most likely making it ¼ of the way into the lake. Koga would watch momentarily, as his arms lowered to his pouch, his opponent would make his way towards Koga’s position, Koga would continue constantly leaping backwards keeping a distance of around 10-15 feet as he grasped three senbon in each hand, he followed his opponent’s movements closely. Taking his hand from his pouch he’d take the stance as he’d leap backwards, he’d aim 1 senbon at his neck, his hand, his thigh, right below his kneecap, his bicep, his pressure point/ gland right above is manhood, and the last one at his left eye.

He’d time it perfectly aiming just before he’d push off the ground to run, he’d be incapable of moving left or right, or even jump. After throwing the senbon with the aid of his training, chakra, and few other skills he picked up. He leaped forward at an angle in which would land him 10 feet behind his opponent’s current position, pulling out a kunai he’d prepare himself for an assault of the person’s back.

Koushou Senbon Sogekihei (Advanced Senbon Sharpshooter)

Effect: After mastering this technique the user can now throw the Senbon from long distances for extreme damage. From such long range normally one senbon is unable to do so much damage but with this technique one can hit exact marks and do major damage with a single throw.

Description: Throwing a single senbon from insane distances the user can hit major arteries and vital organs with a single throw doing devastating amounts of damage. (Harsh Damage)

Emanuel would watch the boy carefully as he would start his counter, it would seem that the boy had great timing just like any other Anbu had which was something he knew he would have to watch out fro. Emanuel would close his hands together as he would begain to focus his chakra into his eyes before it would turn red leaving three tomoe dots on the side and one in the middle. after doing so hen would stop in his place watching the boy come at him as he would watch the boy send off six needles, and at the moment he was pretty much almost screwed, but the fact that he had the sharingan would very well be useful sence Anbu was all about killing quick and going home.

Emanuel watch the anbu as he would jump back sending six senbons at him, each of them seeming to aim at different spots. Emanuel would take in a large deep break focusing his chakra before he would pull out his kunai and would knock three of the senbons that were coming mostly from the left side.knocking the one that was coming for his neck, his hand, and the one going for his left eyes, knocking each of them down one by one, but jump shifting to the side to dodge the other three coming at him. not waisting anytime he would find his opponent in the air leaping a preetty short distance although he couldnt read it much sence he had something else going in mind.

This will be the perfect time to launch this attack, right were i want him Emanuel thought to himself still holding in his breath as he would identify the boy with his sharingan, and in no time he would release his break letting out a strong wind that was bound to low the boy off balance into the air and farther away from him with no control no matter how good he was, the technique was call the great breakthrough. simply because of the fact that he was in the air, and we all know theirs not much you can do their especially in strong currents like the one he would be in. if that was to go well as plan, which it was bound to do so Emanuelwould focus his chakra into the wind element as all six of his lances would rise from off it harnest and would begain to surround him as he would grabb one of the six lances.

Yes he knew he could have done some damage while the boy was in the air, but he really just wanted the boy to back up some, even though the Anbu was still a threat he was positive that he was even more of a threat, so for now he would just stand their waiting for his opponent to come after him so he could plan another attack.

As the attack was clearly dodged Koga noticed a change in the person’s eyes What is that? Could it be a blood limit?! he asked himself as he’d expel a large amount of wind from his mouth, bracing himself quickly he used the air and instead of shooting backwards he’d propel himself upward, now being thirty feet in the air, he’d see his opponent below. Forming two hand seals swiftly they’d most likely freeze his opponent in the place he stood.

Koga would form four more hand seals in the air finishing them swiftly he’d thrust his arm downward at his opponent having reverse effects, instead of shooting his opponent upward it’d send him downward. As the black dragon roared it’d crash downward sending his opponent into the lake, landing upon the water he knew his opponent would be underwater, landing on the water, a short shock wave would occur as his feet connected with the surface as the water thirty meters around himself froze, giving him plenty of time[sixteen spread out along the ice to be exact, meaning where ever his opponent may go he’d find a clone almost as if Koga was everywhere], forming hand seals he’d form a mist over the ice area as well as creating clones to confuse his enemy(and without knowing it he would disable the use of the sharingan) and finally he’d submerge into the ice and his body motionless for 12 seconds. Although these moves would take up a lot of chakra, it’d only take his chakra down to 60% he was a B-rank, a Ninjutsu specialist, and his bloodline made his water/ice jutsu consume less chakra.

Effect: Gathering chakra to the users limbs the user gains extremely strong amounts of air underneath them allowing them to float in the air in a sort of flight. When the user is in the air, it resembles walking on water. Alltitude can be altered by jumping. However this is not flight as the user can only move up or down however the user can fall and glide.

Drawback: Uses up a fair amount of chakra. Dangerous to use in storms. The jutsu makes the user feel weightless which can be nauseating.
Description: The user gathers their chakra to there limbs envoking air to swell around there legs and arms, mainly there feet as they begin to feel weightless. With a large jump they soar into the air and wherever they stop at is where they remain as they float, normally one leg down and one leg curled up in front of them. They can jump again and again to gain higher altitude. To go down, the user merely dives or in better terms makes there feet higher then there head. Although one cannot fly you can straighten your body with your feet slightly higher then your head so the user falls but glides as they do which can gain a few miles before reaching the ground.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.

Demonic Ice Floor

Effect: The user uses there ability to control water and solidifies the water beneath them into a solid ice floor. The user then melts into it and has the ability to transport through the ice instaniously but at the cost of emense chakra. The user can emerge upward from the ice at any point in time and strike the opponent. The ice is not truly ice cause it does not melt under fire and can take any blow that the ground could. It has a radius fo 10 meters.
Special: A special hand seal that is the same as the crystal ice mirrors.
Drawback:After use the user must be paralized for two turns at least. And mabey bed rest for a week
Description: The user makes the hand sign then the water in the nearby area begins to come across the ground and solidify. The user then begins to sink slowly into the ground.

If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. So you'd be strucked knocked deep into the water, cold, I place ice 30 meters in the lake, placing mist over the ice and mist clones, and sumerged myself into the ice.

So basically you'd have to swim all the way to the outside of the ice, wet, cold, and w/e.... make your way onto the slippery ice to only discover I'm everywhere(finguritively spealking) because my clones are spread evenly through the ice.))
