Watching the chaos (Open/Mizukage)

"What in the world is going on here?!" Was what would be heard coming from Tsuraiki's mouth. From what he had heard, another Mizukage had died, and now it was with yet another. But now people were scrambling to leave, and Raiki wasnt sure if the village was going to explode or what. He was looking all over for the new Mizukage, and he knew that it would be troublesome. But he had to find it. He didnt even get to finish his training from before. His Golden Oriale was on his shoulder while his family was already gone. They had already evacuated. But Raiki knew that the Mizukage would need a bit of help, so he grabbed Orion and left to search for her. "Mizukage, Where are you?!" He would yell out, still running through the ghost town of a village.

She was walking down a road that would help her to arrive at the village gates. This part was mostly residential, one family had a pond within their backyard. The raccoon that was held in tow was restrained easily but Hina didn't want to be holding onto the creature for much longer. Upon approaching closer to the gate, she heard a voice call out for the Mizukage. "Who could be calling for me ---"

It didn't take much to add two and two together. Clearly there must be some genin who were out on missions abroad. She could only imagine the confusion and chaos that they must feel. "I'm over here!" She called out as she made her way around the corner. Her white haori and rice hat were obvious Mizukage attire. She wasn't sure if she'd ever wear the full attire on a regular basis. It wasn't exactly fashionable or hip from a young persons' perspective.

Not that any of that mattered, considering the state of the village, it was only accessible to authorized personnel. It was with her best interest that she get to this person as quickly as she could and help them back to the base.

Seeing the Mizukage come toward him, Raiki stopped running around and walked up to her, Bowing because she was the mizukage. "My name is Tsuraiki Masamune-Tsubasa." He said still in a bow. Once he had said his name, he would stand up straight. "Can you explain what has happened here? This place is nearly completely deserted. My parents have already gone off, but I came throughout the village to find out what was going on and why the place was deserted." He said.

Looking around, the town seemed more a ghost town then the lively town it used to be. He stood there in the mist, and looked at his bird sitting on his shoulder. His bird looked slightly scared. "Calm down Orion. Youll be with your mom eventually." He said to it in a calming voice. Then he looked back at the Mizukage and said "I almost forgot, what happened to the past Mizukage? And congratulations on becoming the new Mizukage."

With her suspicions confirmed, she released the little guy in her arms. He scurried through the gate and in no time his trail was disguised by the mist. "So another genin has returned home, I really need to look at Rokudaime's mission logs when I return." She reminded herself before she nodded. "It seems you've been away for awhile Tsuraiki-kun. In your absence, Rokudaime Mizukage Maki-sama died during the chuunin exams. We're sad to see his passing. I myself never had the oppertunity to speak to Rokudaime-sama for I was away when Godaime-sama was ruling."

She then looked to the bird of prey resting on his shoulders. He had called the bird Orion. Perhaps it had something to do with the second clan name that he refferred himself as. In any event, he required information concerning the village. "As a result of loosing Godaime-sama and Rokudaime-sama, the village felt that a change was needed. I'll be honest with you Tsuraiki-kun; as the next generation...they felt that you and I as well as our peers were not capable of protecting the village. We've been relocated to a hidden location within the capital, the Meikei Water base."

Turning momentarily as if looking out into the distance, she signalled to let everyone know she was talking with the genin. "At the current moment, Kirigakure is offlimits to unauthorized personnel. I've been tasked with the decision of finding a new home for us or rebuilding the old village to ensure our citizens safety. Though I won't get you involved in my problems, I still need to go around the village to complete some paper work. I'll have a jounin lead you to our new home so that you can meet with your parents."

With a slight feint of hand, a jounin nearby appeared in a spur of mist. He was knelt down at her right side, awaiting her orders.
"Is there anything else you wanted to ask me?"

Making sure his gourd was on tight, Tsuraiki heard all the information before speaking again. "Well, as you probably guessed, I am from two clans. The Masamune clan allows me the control of the iron sand. As well as the Tsubasa clan, which allows me flight, though I havent really trained in this. I know where the hideout is since I took my family there first, then came back. If you need any help with this evacuation, I would be glad to assist you in anyway I can." He said. If she would ask for some help, then he would assist. If not, then he would head on out to the hideout to meet up with his parents and get some more training done in the Tsubasa clan techniques.

Assuming a thoughtful pose for a moment, she then nodded. "Actually yes, upon returning to the base can you scope out our new home for any area that's suitable for training?" With another thoughtful look she checked around the village once more. Then her eyes gazed upon the jounin once more. "Please assist Tsuraiki-kun back, we must not have the location of the base be found at all cost." With that she tried her best to smile but it was quite faint. "I'll see you back at the base in my office then, I just need to finish an assignmnt here."

Upon the reply of the young boy, she herself would disappear into a thick mist, heading towards the school grounds.

Hearing the words come from the Mizukage's mouth, and the jounin coming over to lead Tsuraiki to the base, Raiki bowed once again before the jounin told him to hide the bird. Raiki realized that the golden feathers would be an easy thing to spot, so he held him in his arm underneath his black trenchcoat. Then the Jounin grabbed onto him and they seemingly disappeared, only to reappear at the base that they should be at. The jounin disappeared, leaving Tsuraiki there to head on it and see his family.
