Those Wanting to be Missing Ninja

I heard that some of you are going around telling other Sound Ninjas that Sayuri said its ok to leave. Well, after speaking with Sayuri she feels it is not ok to leave. As do I, and well since Sound is not all that active, and since people like to tell other people "Hey its ok, she said its ok" which is bull....guess what.

If you become Missing Ninja, you as always will HAVE TO put yourself in the Bingo Book. Also, since what is stated up there o.o. I am going to say that somehow Sound got their hands on extra cash for hunting Ninja, so, what you will have to do is, find out the price for your bounty. Then we will add an extra 100K Ryo to your bounty so then ANY village can come after you as an incentive. Hundred K is nice...you can buy Siege weapons, and hey, would be useful when we bring out those vehicles ^_~.

Umm, why would you add 100k Ryo? Just curious, don't really see the reason why, I know for incentive, but then you would have to add 100k Bounty to EVERY missing nin's Bounty. Can't be Biased just because.............

This was created because of Out of Character Reasons. One person goes around giving false information about what he was allowed to, stating that anyone can do it, stating that they may leave and they wont be missing ninja which is not true. Now because we got people telling people ooc stupid shit like that I am letting them know about that it is not true, and that the consequences for that is dire. This will last for so long really.

i never said that he was given permission for him toleave the village i asked him , do you want to go to the mist villagewith me, i told him i have permission to go to the mist, do youwant to come because the sound is so boring, and he said yea, i then asked the mist kage and she said that it was ok forboth of us to go to the mist

She allowed you, not him, does not matter what the Kage of Mist says, because she is not everyone's kage, however getting Emails and PMs of people saying "Hey I heard you are allowing people to leave Sound with no problem is that true," and a person emailing saying "Reply fast or else I will believe him" is just wrong.

I think 100 k sounds like a nice fat reward, and since I'm one of the few who is completely loyal to the sound, you deserters will feel the sting of my needles and the power of my jutsu should you decide to defect and become missing-nin. The sound village is where I belong, and I will see to it no one makes it look bad.

I'm sorry Sayuri for my hand in the misunderstanding at hand. Sorry to you as well Heero. Just to clear the confusion so that Mist doesn't look like a bunch of jerks in this whole situation >> When Sanosuke PMed me I was confused by the circumstances as well. To say Sayuri gave permission to leave Sound, felt odd. So I instructed him since this was OOC that if you want to come to Mist, sure but you'll have to make your way to Mist (cause I couldn't help otherwise). I was sure he understood the risks of coming and the procedures in place. Had I realized there was the misunderstanding that he'd come over to Mist without consequences I would have pointed it out myself. Again, I do apologize concerning the confusion. As for the 100k, do what you need to do I just hope everyone in sound doesn't think Mist is the free escape cause if Sayuri sends out any message to us, you can be sure that you will be taken out.

As for you Mizukage, we never laid any blame on you, and the only thing we ask for is that you not interfere when someone comes for the traitors. Our Kage I am sure will handle what she needs to, and I know that our Otokage will inform you if and when we decide to come for the trash.
