Ikkou is a very outgoing kid. He has always had many friends and always talks to others in class. He likes to talk a lot, sometimes too much which can get him in trouble. He likes to have fun and really likes to have a good time with his friends.Appearance:
Ikkou has a little bit of trouble with authority figures. He has no problem talking to kids his age, but when it comes to anybody above him, he gets nervous. This makes it difficult for him to have a mentor or really talk to anyone older than himself.
Ikkou is a short, thin kid with the typical Yamanaka looks. He has blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. His hair is long and he usually has it tied up. His face is very sweet and innocent looking, fooling many opponents.Bloodlimit: N/A
He wears his forehead protector as a belt, similar to many other Yamanakas. He wears a purple vest with purple pants. The pants are capri length and he wears black sandals on his feet. He has white bandages over both of his arms around his elbows. He wears a white long lab coat and has worn it for so long, that it doesn't hinder his movement at all. He also has his ninja equipment in a pounch on his right leg.

This jutsu allows the user to send their mind into a target's body (even an animal's), supplanting the target's mind with their own. Though normally used as a spying jutsu, it can also be used in battle with several major drawbacks. First, the user's spirit travels slowly, making it easy to dodge. If the user misses their target, they are left helpless until their spirit returns to their body, which takes several minutes. Second, even if the technique does work, the user's ability to stay in an enemy's body is determined by how fatigued they are. The user can be forced out if facing a strong enough will (or two wills, in Sakura Haruno's case), are too tired, or if the target is in incredible pain. Finally, any damage the user suffers while possessing another is transferred to their original body. Therefore, if the target dies, so does the user.

Effect: This jutsu causes the victim to instantly feel a sense of trenquility and very calm. As long as the user maintains the handseal, the victim will not feel intimidated at all and will feel as though they are in a state of euphoria. The victim is unable to sense any danger and will believe anyone around to be a friend/ally.
Special: Tiger, Rat, Ox, Boar, Ox, (Yamanaka Hand sign - Box thing)
Drawback: If the seal is broken, the victim will instantly know what is going on. Also, the user may not use any other jutsu while this one is in play. Also, the effectiveness would vary from personality to personality.
Description: The user will form the needed handseals and then face the last hand seal at the victim. The victim will suddenly gain a strange grin on their face and their posture will relax. The user can now persuade the victim to help them out if necessary or to give them information.

Effect: Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky oily syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place.
Special: Ox, Rabbit, Rooster, Boar, Tiger
Drawback: If used too much, the user can become very dehydrated and needs to drink water to wash away the syrup out of their system. Cannot be used more than 5 times in a battle. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but needs to do so before being caught.
Description: The user performs the necessary hand seals and with just a few seconds of preparation, the user spits out a stream of sticky syrup out of their mouth and aims it at the opponents direction of the field. The C rank technique had the ability to spit a mid level stream of syrup towards the opponent or the opponents area causing them to stick where they are for 2 attacks. The B rank technique has the ability to spit out a very rapid hit to the opponent causing them and the area they step on for three attacks. The damage dealt to the opponent by the B-rank attack is like being hit with a Water Dragon Blast Technique. The oil is extremely flammable so stay caution of it's sensitivity to fire.

Effect: A Technique used upon a certain opponent as the opponent begins to see the world around them as if perhaps in a drunken like state. The sense of balance becomes impaired and their body begins to feel as if they were just simply drunk.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: A simple technique that can be diverse if the opponent or the user is suddenly hit to knock sense or to disrupt concentration.
Description: When the technique is performed on the opponent, they would suddenly begin to see blurry. Their vision would be disrupted. Their balance would become disrupted. Their sense of smell would become harden. The capability of functioning properly of all body parts is unable to occur because of the fact that each body part of the opponent will not be capable of working correctly. This technique lasts as long as the user wishes as long as the user is undisturbed or the opponent is undisturbed.
Limit: Must know Glamor Perception, GenJutsu Technique to where anyone is capable of learning.

Effect: Creates an intense feeling of cold all over a target opponent's body.
Special: "Hand Seals"- Ram, Tiger, Rabbit, Horse, Bird
Drawback: This effect is simply an illusion- after it has been dispelled, there are no after-effects.
Description: Gathering chakra using handseals, the user then sends a wave of chakra at the opponent. This wave, once it strikes the opponent, targets the opponent's brain, or specifically the portion of the brain that deals with touch. Once that area has been effected, a slow, cold feeling will begin to cover the opponent's body. This feeling will slow reaction times of opponent's, and the effect only increases as time passes. If the technique has not been dispelled within five turns, then the opponent's speed will become equivalent to that of a sloth.

Ikkou was born into the prestigeous Yamanaka clan in Konoha. Ikkou, like many other Yamanakas, share the traits such as the blond hair and cheerful personality.
Ikkou was able to master his clan jutsus at a young age and was hailed as a prodigy. Many of the elder Yamanaka's hailed him as the next great Yamanaka shinobi, and Ikkou loves hearing it. He does not mind reminding people of this and sometimes gets caught up in this fact.
Ikkou's new goal is to become a member of the ANBU squad. He has grown tired of people telling him that Yamanaka's can't fight, and wants to prove them wrong. Because of this fact, he trained himself in the use of tonfa, but he is still learning. He wants to become an ANBU so that he lives up to all the expectations set for him and to prove everyone wrong about the Yamanaka clan.
