Having finally made it to the land of Water, Zuri was content to do a bit of training. Although he did not have enough energy to train any highly complex techniques, some simple basic techniques should be fine. He knew a few different kinds of elemental techniques but there was only one that he had knowledge of that he knew no real techniques for, the wind element.
Remembering back to scrolls he had read before leaving for his training a few days ago back in stone he recalled a simple wind technique called Fuuton Kaze no Senbon that produced small needles of wind in the hand that can be used for combat. His first step would be to focus some chakra, even being a basic technique he had yet to do any kind of wind manipulation in the form of an actual technique.
Holding out his hand, he closed his eyes and focused his chakra through his body and into the palm where it gathered up and mixed with air forming small needle like objects between his fingers, had he not been the one performing the technique he would only have noticed them at first glance. Even though he had formed the needles he knew from previous experience that it didn’t mean he had successfully performed the technique, he raised his hand to threw the needles forward with a slight flick of his wrist.
The needles soared through the air, Zuri squinted to keep track of them which was made no easier by the mist in the air. He could tell as they went they were losing their form getting smaller and smaller with each passing moment until they had completely dispersed before ever hitting the nearest tree. He had expected such a thing to happen as it was only his first attempt, all he had left to do was try again.
Bringing up his hand to about chest level he refocused his chakra to his palm and slowly mixed it together with the air around his hand until he had reformed the translucent needles between his fingers. Wasting no time he threw the needles at the same tree but once again they slowly lost form and fell apart before ever reaching the tree.
