Tucked away towards the back of the Grass village is a building. This is the Sage HQ and is where all wishing to become an apprentice Sage will go to be tested for placement. It is a building made for the three head Sages to live, and also a place for them and their apprentices to train and visit. More of the latter occurs here, as it is also a fully functioning house, and training only occurs here when there is little else to do.
Upon the entry of the Sage HQ, one would feel the cool air conditioning of the bottom floor. Each of the 3 sages have their own floor, when you enter you will be on the floor none other than that belonging to the sage Sachi. Sachi's floor is styled in the fashion of a dojo, where he himself sharpens his taijutsu skills. The room is longer than it is wide, constructed completely of wood and bamboo. There are scrolls on the back center wall and behind this small wall is a door, accessible by walking behind the right or left of this wall. This is also where his trials can be held, usually harsh taijutsu combat tests. The wooden framed windows are not of glass but of paper, and due to this it must constantly be repaired.
Through the back door is a hallway with two doors, one leading to where applying apprentices report to sign up, where a Sage records them and puts their name on the ladder with the other apprentices. The other leads to the chambers of Sachi himself. Each sage has a special key to their room. When running their chakra through it, they insert it into the hole and unlock the door. This will only work for the sage, if another somehow obtains the key it will not work, the only exception being if the sage passes it on to his chosen apprentice.
After going up a spiral staircase you would be met by another door, leading into a white room with a big glass window. As you peered through the window, a soundproof, metal tiled room would be seen. A recorder and video camera are seen. This room would hold Vedi's torture trials and practices, and it is where the apprentices may learn under their master.
The room itself has many environmental features. It can be flooded, it can be set to imitate a storm, a fiery lava terrain, harsh wind, sheer cold, anything. It was made for the techniques of a Ninjutsu master. Usually apprentices wishing to learn Ninjutsu would report to Vedi. With this environmental room many different trials can be held, each only having 3 tests. Then, a door to the right of the white room leads to a hallway, one door to Vedi's room and the other to apprentice signup.
The top floor, which is also the smallest, belongs to the sage Ryu, led to you by another spiral staircase. There is a green theme. At first, you will be met by a comforting lobby with one door to the left and one to the right. Ryu's bedroom is through the door on the left again with the green. Through the bedroom is a door leading to the balcony on the front of the building, a bench is placed there for Ryu’s relaxation. Is a workshop type room, where Ryu's trials can be held, though small. This is also where she makes her puppets. Various tools and constructions are littered throughout the room as Ryu's creations. Different tools here are used for different trials… or so you would think. As you walk into the room the air conditioning would fade, and with the sharps and blunts all around you your palms begin to sweat. What could be your trial...?
Last but not least is the basement level and the apprentice lounge. The basement floor is where the true house-like features are found. There is a kitchen with a door leading to the apprentice lounge, and a dining room and den there too. The main used area in the basement is the apprentice lounge. With some comfy chairs and nice air conditioning, the stress from the trials would fade away, and finally you could have some fun with your fellow apprentices. There is a television and a small water dispenser, which dispenses its water cold. Finally, time for some relaxation...

Rules of Sage-ing
1.) There are three and only three high Sages at any given point in time. This means three. No more, no less. Begging for more high Sages will result in a ban from future attempts at becoming an apprentice. Sage apprentices can me infinite in number, however, and must be taken in under one of the three Sages. The apprentice may choose their Sage to apprentice, but the Sage is entitled to a choice of acceptance or denial. An apprentice will undergo small trials and tests before an acceptance will be given, assuming they meet the previous requirements for being a Sage (at the moment, there are none).

1- Observe, record, and analyze Ryusaki, and write a short report on your observations. Do all of this without revealing yourself to the sage.
2- Sing a beautiful song. The song must be in a foreign language and be good enough to make the sage decide to pass you. In other words, you better hope you're good because there's no guarentee you're passing this one.
Bonus- After singing a wonderful song, you'll be faced with the option of doing a bonus challenge. If you pass this challenge, you will be given a high five and a cookie. However, if you turn down the challenge ( or fail it somehow ) you will be forced to either hit on Ryusaki at least 10 time, or let Sachi hit on you for an hour.
The challenge itself is simply making forty children under the age of seven cry. Not too difficult, but you can see why some might not want to do this. But is avoiding making 40 children cry worth being forced to hit on Ryusaki for an hour? That's for you to decide.
3- Endurance test of the elements. This is the "real" test, the final test at that. It's a series of test, each more difficult than the last. The first test is to simply be on fire as long as you can (without permanently injuring yourself of course. Vedi will determine if you pass or not. The next test is to stand in 100 MPH wind. Simple, but pretty damn difficult.
The next test is to drink a gallon of milk WITHOUT HURLING! f**k**g AWESOME! Well, you can hurl, and hurling might actually add to your pass-y-ness, but yeah. It's just a test to mess with your head before the final test. In this final test, you'll have to stay in a simulated winter environment for 24 hours with no food or water (only snow), not being allowed to sleep, and having to fight a f**k**g POLAR BEAR TO THE DEATH AFTER THAT! HOLY f**k**g SHIT DICKS!
4- Yup, all of that was for nothing in a sense. There are no guarantees that you'll be passed. You probably will, but if you're a HUGE ass and still managed to pass the first three "tests", you'll have to do something really cool like juggle chainsaws to get passed.

2.) Sage apprentices may be required to complete tasks for the Sages. These tasks will not be questioned or denied, unless stated that the action is optional. Even then, they may not be questioned. Doing so will result in a possible demotion, and a requirement to re-apply for sage-ship.
3.) It is somewhat required for one to understand that which is: Sage Speak. It is sometimes used in posts, and needs to be understood. More-so, it is used in Sage-chats, which both Sages and apprentices may attend with permission.
4.) There is no uniform for Sages, though the Sage logo is usually visible on the Sage’s attire somewhere. Sage Logo HERE(added later).
5.) Sages are not an organization. Do not go around talking about the Sages as an organization, as they are not one. They are a group that is organized. So there.
