Amnesia- As it says in the history, she has no memories of her old self, yet she still is affected by those memories. At times she'll have deja vu, with out a clue of why, and will sometimes, even though she renamed herself 'Redi', will respond to her name from before the amnesia, Kaiki, without realizing that she did. Even worse, sometimes her personallity will shift from he good nature to Kaiki's mean, selfish, usually for a few minutes, although it can last till she realizes how she is acting.Appearance:
Bipolar- At seemingly random times, she will have a mood swing into the manic side of bipolar, becoming more talkative then she already is, very hyper, and feels overall happy. After a little bit of time, she shifts into one of two things, either a few minutes of depression, were, she becomes very sad, weak, extremely tired, and sometimes thinks of suicide, luckly unable to ever go through with it, the second and worse of the two, her manic symptoms change, losing the overall good feel, and gaining paranoia and hallucinations of Kaiki, her old self, trying to get her to commit suicide or harm herself, Out of impulse, while hallucinating she tries everything she can to get rid of Kaiki, usually ending in harming herself or others in the process. After the bipolar effects, she usually seems to be herself again, depending on the damage that she can do both physical and mentally with her hallucinations. She never has memories of the hallucinations, they stay as repressed memories in her subconscience.
Overly Helpful- She is one of those people that just love to help others, wether they want to be helped or not. She usually starts with just telling them what they could do better, or how they could be doing it better, but somehow ends up trying to do it for them if they don't improve fast. If they don't let her try to do it for them, she'll usually feel really bad for not being able to help.
Overall Nice- talking with her, it isn't hard to see her as a very nice person, always trying to make sure she doesn't offend. If she does, she will apologise almost non-stop till she is forgiven, or at least she thinks she is. If she happens to be impolite or mean for a short period of time(and realizes it), she tends to become mad at herself, yet looks a little sad as she is apologising for her actions.
After Timeskip: She hasn't changed much here, but she has been getting help with the hallucinations, being able to remember them. Also, she just tries to ignore them, even though she sometimes gives in and harms herself.
Body- Starting at her head, Redi has straight, golden blonde hair that goes down to shoulder, depending on how she cuts it after she's done with the Hair Extention jutsu. Her eyes are a light blue that seem to brighten when she is in a good mood and dule when sad. Her build looks in shape, overall good muscle tone, and decent breast size.Bloodlimit: -
Clothes- To start, she proudly wares her ninja headband around her neck, moving to a bottom layer, she wares a tight black single suit, covering from the knees to the collar bone, and to the wrists, looping from the wrists around the thumb. For the outer layer, she wares a bright red samurai breastplate with matching samurai shoulder guards and hakama pants. Ending the outfit is black ninja sandals.
After Timeskip: Not much has changed in her appearance, her hair is usually kept around halfway down her back now, and her clothes were slightly adjusted for the couple inches she grew.

Description: The user performs the required handseals, running chakra along their scalp and all the way through their hair. This allows the hair to push from the scalp and outwards, creating a massive growth of the user's hair. The hair itself will continue to grow for as long as the user maintains the Ram handseal. It takes one turn to grow about five feet of hair.

Drawback: Can be easily dodged.
Description: The user holds the Ram handseal if currently performing the Hair Extension technique or performs the Hair Extension technique. The user then directs their hair en masse towards the opponent, where the hair will attempt to wrap itself around the opponent and bind them. The user may add additional pressure and attempt to crush the opponent, but it is normally very difficult to perform such a feat.

Effect: A technique in which the user screams forth in a brilliant fashion to where the oponents around in an area is unable to hear while making their bodies numb creating the feel of non movement for other types of attacks that may occur.

Drawback: The user takes hit by the exact type of technique. Read Descriptions in order to gain a better understanding.
Description: This technique has three seperate tiers for both the opponent and the user. Depending on the very range of the attack and where the opponent is what matters for this type of technique. The user's difficulty class is what seperates the magnitude of the attack as well. The technique has a range of twenty meters for the basic D Class Ninja. When the user opens up their mouth they concentrate on the very vocal chords of their throat and push forth in all directions a massive scream capable of great damage is thrown out. For every difficulty class the range increases by five meters with a maximum of fourty meters for S Class. For any opponent that is within one third of distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for three posts, feels nautious for two posts, and can mot move for one post. For any opponent that is within two thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for two posts, feels nautious for one post. For any opponent that is within three thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for one post. No matter what Class the user is in the user is unable to hear for three posts.

Drawback: It is easy to exceed your chakra level when creating large amounts of chakra- the amount of water needed will automatically be created when you cast a water jutsu when you are not aroud a water source. Therefore, if you cast a technique and you do not have enough chakra to cast both the technique and create the amount of water necessary,
Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing water techniques, the Water Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of water. They use this to such an effect that they can create water out of nothing. This is automatic when casting a water jutsu and there is no water source.
Limit: Must have 500 training points into techniques that focus only on Suiton no Jutsu. Once you have obtained 500 training points in Suiton techniques, they gain this technique automatically.
Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds)

Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flamible components.

Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Abura: Bakuhatsu (Oil Substance Explosion)

Effect: Creates a baseball sized semi hardened orb of Oil made from minerals and water in the body infused with chakra. The orb explodes on impact. The C ranked has a 3 foot radius and a 3 second delay, B ranked has a 6 foot radius and a 2 second delay, while the A ranked has a 12 foot radius and a 1 second delay.

Description: Holding one hand out the user performs a few handseals as a glob of oil substance begins to form in the user’s hand after the glob is thrown it detonates and explodes on impact.

Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with and holding the Tiger handseal. From the water rapidly rise five regular-sized wolves made of condensed, chakra-hardened water. These wolves rush towards an opponent, or multiple opponents, based on the user’s whim, and aim to attack. If they are attacking on a water source, then when they are hit, they regenerate themselves. If not, then once hit, they act like a Mizu Bunshin and are dispelled. If at any time the user breaks hold of the Tiger seal, then the wolves will dissolve into a puddle of water.

Description: Once activated water that is falling, thrown, or created by the user in some way is instantly turned into a condensed sebon needle. Chakra compressed within the senbon pushes the water outward explosively when touched. If, the sebon is touched in any way it will explode on its contact. The damage from explosion is mild but if used in great quantity then the damage to the target is more severe.

Drawback: After returning to surface the user must rest half of the time used underwater. As example, if the user has stayed under for 20 minutes, he’ll have to rest 10 minutes before the jutsu can be used again.
Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.
Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mist Clone Skill)

Description: A technique which creates clones with the properties of mist. Although the clones are unable to inflict damage on an opponent, any physical attacks attempted on them pass right through. Depending on the user's class level is dependent on how well and how much the user is capable of performing at one given time. If the user is "D" Class they are capable of performing four Clones at once. If the user is "C" Class they are capable of performing eight clones at once. If the user is "B" Class they are capable of performing sixteen clones at once. If the user is "A" Class they are capable of performing thirty two clones at once. If the user is "S" Class they are capable of performing sixty four clones at once. If the user is to be considered a non NinJutsu specialist the number is reduced by two for every class level that the user becomes, and if the user is a NinJutsu Master the number increases by two for every class level they become.

Description: User focuses her chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system invovled with her Ochiru Ame no Jutsu. The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the "Missiles" can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a "missile" strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra.

Drawback: A very direct attack, bursts on contact with target (or object if it doesn't hit the target). Causes fires to breakout, thus is a very dangerous technique to be used in any situation as it can burn the user alive.
Description: The user shoots a long line of condenced fire at the opponent(Like a flaming spitwad). Upon hitting the opponent the line bounces off and lands on the ground in multiple random spots. It then catches whats around it on fire. The fire that is made as a result is what is dangerous about it, not the inital shot itself.
Limit: Must have fire realease.

Redi was born under the name 'Kaiki' in the Village Hidden in the Rain to a pair of young chuunins that had fell in love. Having a small home yet a good amount of Ryo, they spoiled Kaiki with all they could, givng her a great childhood, but it was without discipline in Kaiki's life. By the age of five, she had become very selfish and mean when she didn't get her way. It would be the downfall of the family as she got older.
At the age of nine, Kaiki's parents started to run out of money to get what she wanted, so they started to borrow Ryo to buy things. Although they were able to pay back the loans at first, the bills generated by the loans would start to become more then they could handle. At eleven, they got their first death threats, yet were unable to tell Kaiki either no or that they were getting death threats. Those threats were made a reality on Kaiki's twelfth birthday.
Before Kaiki opened her first present on her twelfth birthday, a local group of mercenaries broke down the front door to their home, and preceded to attack and try to kill Kaiki's parents. Even though they put up a good fight, they weren't able to kill through all the mercenaries, and were killed in front of Kaiki. Feeling they weren't done, the then turned to Kaiki to 'finish the job'. they beat her bad enough that she woke up a week later in a hospital, with no memory of her old self.
During her stay at the hospital, not knowing her real name, or being visited by anyone who would know, she named herself Redi after a nurse that watched over her during the week she wasn't awake. Following a deja vu, Redi was able to find her old home, ruined and void of everything of worth. Not getting her memory back with the site, she just keep living in a sort of optimistic way, even when she became bipolar.
To try to find her way in the world, Redi joined the ninja academy in Rain, to at least help her learn to fight. Being in the academy till she was fifteen, she turned out to be a slacker on training. Barely making out of the academy, Redi is still trying to find out her past, and keep up her new life as a ninja.
Timeskip period
After a few months of being a ninja, Redi injured herself to the point of hospitalization, taking two weeks to recover. While there, a doctor noticed her bipolar condition, and witnessed one of her hallucinations, and decided to help Redi. Over a few months of therapy while still being a ninja, he got better, and learn to try to ignore Kaiki. Stopping the therapy sessions, Redi trained well and got her house in shape. Recently, things have been normal for her, just another day in the life of a ninja.
