Plan to Train:-
[Enters]
The mist was thick as always, and those that passed by needed to be within a few meters just to be noticed. He was.....lurking, looking for the perfect target, the prey he would feed upon. Not in the animal sense, more for his training for he was tired of testing his jutsu out upon himself. He walked the streets till he came across a nearby bench, cool and moist with the mist, but he didn't care because he was so used to it. He sat down and watched the ghosts walk through the village, some having conversations that were interesting, while others walked in silence. One did catch his ear, and this one spoke of things....quite irritating to Tatsu. He would continue to listen and then follow him and his friend.
Female Mizukage? It was strange, for he didn't hear of this, and he should have been one of the first ones to know. Female Mizukage was different, but it was nothing that should be ridiculed. She was given that position for a reason, and for that, she deserves respect of the up most priority. To top this off, his words worried him, and he would not allow anything to happen that shouldn't. He grumbled something under his breath and then stood up from his bench as he watched the target from a distance. He placed his hands together and focused on him with the best focus he could conger up. He then began the string of handseals for his Eternal Paradise Technique. They were swift and quick, almost so that very few would realize that he had even done anything.
He had taken a few deep breaths getting mentally ready for what he was about to do, yet his drive to teach this punk a lesson helped as well. The crowd began to gather as they reached the market and passed through. The chakra from his body left him and shot forward into the mind of his "opponent." He smirked as he felt the link, and soon he watched the man closely. He began to scratch himself as a look of confusion crept upon his face. He seemed to be irritated for a good second, and then afterwards he continued, obviously separating from his walking partner. They had made their way back into the silence of the mist and soon Tatsu vanished from the streets. The man now walking alone knew not of what he was to encounter, but he would soon find out that he was indeed being followed.
The Man's Perception:-
Damn this cold weather, why does it have to be so damn cold down here. I should have listened to my brother when he decided to leave this god forsaken place. Now we have some woman as kage....things are really fuc- What the hell was that? I could have swarn I felt like a large spit ball or something hit my head. Thats strange....hmm, I'm getting quite sleepy, I should really get home though. Dammit, what the hell is that?! I swear I feel like some one is through balls at me. My hand, it seems to be bleeding. Damn, what the hell, how come I don't feel a scratch on me? I think someone is playing some sort of trick, or maybe someone is trying to kill me. Damn, I need to get the hell out of here....what the hell, how come I keep feeling these damn rocks hitting me, from where-
Back to Tatsu:-
To spare you the loud pain the man suffered, we should continue with this story. Tatsu did not kill the man for that would be a crime, and he had no evidence of any wrong doing he may be planning, but he would be damned before he let him go. Basically, the man had been hit with over forty rocks within a few seconds, and though he did not feel it in the beginning, he did afterwards and the pain had accumulated. Tatsu was not one to stone a person he just met, in fact he felt that it was quite barbaric, but he refused for a man like this to get away with a possible crime. The man now lie on the ground in fetil position with his hand covering his head. He was quite pathetic, and so he gave him a break and waited for him to lift himself up and take the pain like a "man," since a woman isn't allowed the same from his point of view.....

Plan to Train:-
Demonic Illusion: Eternal Paradise (Magen: Gokuraku Kagirinai)
Rank: "A"
Skill: Genjutsu; Offensive
Effect: The target of this Genjutsu will not feel pain while under it's effects.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The target will not 'recoil' from pain while under it's effects and thus is harder to slow down. Lasts ten turns.
Description: Once the technique is cast, the user must look directly at the target. The target will receive a faint tingling sensation. After that, the target will not feel any pain from any attack. However, all damage actually taken remains the same. This strips the target of being able to tell how much damage has been done, when to heal, and when to retreat. It will also make it impossible for them to notice an attack that they did not see, and would feel only the other sensations involved (i.e. a brushing against their skin, a light push or radiating heat from a fire jutsu). Because of the nature of this Genjutsu, inflicting pain to one's self will not dispel it.
Limit: Must be a Genjutsu Specialist.
