Maki had just settled in the the mist village. He moved into an apartment inside the Hidden Village. The many Futakongos in the world and Rice Field Village helped with funding. With one of the donations was a letter. Maki read the letter aloud. "Your other side, Baki has no talent in Ninjutsu like you but has a high talent for taijutsu. Here's a trainer that live in the Mist village from a style taught worldwide." Baki stepped out of Maki and turned to look at the letter. He pushed Maki, snatching the letter. "Master Juusei Fukanai Sansutomu... we're going to find him.. right." Baki looked down at Maki who was getting up. "You don't know this village so come back here." Maki focused and Baki was drawn back into him. They left headind ouot into the village
Maki walked out into the village reading the address of the Local Three Storms Dojo. Maki found the place... Baki's head peeked at the Dojo. "Ahh.. I feel at home here. I can feel the fighting spirit of many here." They walked into the door as several students were sparring in a large arena. Maki walked past them hoping to find the master of the dojo. A man was walking around supervising the sparring. The back of his gi had "Sansutomu" written on it. Maki approached the man. "Are you Juusei Fukanai Sansutomu?" "yes, I am... are you looking to join my dojo. "Well, not me... but him."Baki stepped out from Maki turning to look Juusei in the eyes.
Baki without a thought, attacked Juusei. Baki launched rapid punches from all directions at Juusei. Juusei quickly got into a stance and avoided his attacks. He kneed Baki in his stomach. Baki fell to his knees facing Juusei. The students stopped sparring to see what was going on. Baki looked up with a fear in his eyes. Juusei walked past baki and addressed the students. "Pupils, please meet our new student Baki Futakongo." Baki pounded the ground in disgust that he was embarrassed by the Master.
Juusei turned back. "You are a lone white cloud in comparison to my wild storm. You have no formal training. You will obey me and learn the basics. One day you will maybe be able to strike with your own thunder." Baki stood up his head down."Baki!" He looked up and said "Yes" Maki was surprised by Baki's sudden obedience.
"Clear your mind, Baki. the basis is the Issukuntou Stance." Baki 's arms loosened up and he relaxed. "Follow" Juusei began to get into a stance and Baki followed. "The techniques allowed by this stance allow for you to move like water. Raging, surging, strong attacks on an opponent." Juusei walked over to his seat as he grabbed a kendo stick. He walked back to Baki who was holding the stance but wary of Juusei.
Juusei walked around Baki carefully studying his stance. Juusei spun his kendo stick around. Juusei swung trying to fake out Baki. He flinched. Juusei came down with the stick on Baki hitting him in his shoulder. "Ahh" baki said through clenched teeth. "Eyes front!" Juusei barked at Baki.
Juusei continued to critique Baki's stance. Striking him in his legs, arms, and ribs. Juusei even turned his attention to a student who was watching him. After a few hits, Baki was trembling. He was in the stance perfectly. "Students!" The other student hustled to the front. They all knelt in front of Juusei. Maki knelt next to Baki who hadn't moved from his stance. Maki nudged him and he snapped to reality and knelt also.
Juusei addressed the students. We have a new student here and he has earned the title of Jakuhaimono and will be presented with a Gi of our Dojo. Baki Futakongo step forward. Baki stod up and walked to Juusei. He was still looking down. Juusei patted him on the head and Baki looked up at Juusei. Juusei handed him a gi. Baki bowed at him as the student applauded him.
