Maki walked through the water country as he wandered aimlessly. The calm of his island home... felt better than being on the mainland, surrounded by foreign countries. Maki stopped in a clearing as he sat under a tree. He whipped out a scroll and began to read. He looked through techniques and seen an easy one. "Tiny wind drill" he muttered to himself. he looked over the scroll and closed it. "Tiger, rat, ram dragon." He repeated as he made the handsigns in order.
He went through the handsigns several times to remember them. He repeated them under his breath as he made the handsigns. He felt that he had them down as he sighed and limbered up, ready to attempt this technique. "Tiger, rat, ram, dragon as he focused his chakra. He punched out his right hand as the air in front pushed out from his hand. The air spun tightly at a point in front of his hand. It was like a small tornado pointed forward.
Maki's hand quivered from the wind spiraling around it at a point. The wind dissipated as it stopped spinning. "Whoa" Maki said aloud to the wind drill. Maki repeated the handsigns again and focused his chakra in a punch. The wind that was pushed out began to spin again as Maki's hand shook from the high speed wind around his hand.
Maki looked at his hand as the wind stopped. "Heh heh heh." Maki liked this attack. It seemed weak but effective for its range. Maki needed something to attack with this attack. A young tree stuck out from the others in the clearing. Maki walked up to it and began his handsigns.
"Tiger, rat, ram, dragon." Maki repeated for his own memory. He punched out at the tree not making contact with it. the air pushed out spun quickly digging into the tree's bark. Bits splintered from it as the drill dug into it. The wind dispersed leaving a circular mark in the tree. White smoke lofted from the tree as the it had been almost ignited by the spiraling wind.
Maki looked at the damage which drilled three inches into the wood at its deepest point. The hole was eight inches in diameter. "I'm going to fell this tree using this attack." Maki made the handsigns as he focused his chakra and punched out. Maki punched out in line with the first attack but at another angle.
The air spun as it made contact with the tree's surface. It drilled another hole about the same size and depth as the first. Maki moved around the tree onto the other side of the first hit. Maki made the handsign and punched out as he continued working on the young tree. The tree shook wildly as Maki made a third hole into the tree's bark.
Another hole was made as the tree began to lean forward where Maki had been drilling this entire time, but it did not fall. Maki went around to the backside of the tree where he had not drilled into. "This will surely knock this tree down."
Maki made the handsigns as he focused his chakra and punched out. The wind spun as it started to dig into the bark and deep into the tree. The sound of the bark snapping started to increase as maki made it to the opposite side of the first drill hole. The tree wavered and fell slamming against the ground.
