Kuri Buki
Rank: E-S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user creates an ice weapon of any shape or size, depending on the amount of chakra the user has, from a body of water. The weapon's liquid-like structure is an excellent medium for sound and can use sound at a much larger capacity than just with your bare hands.
Special: -dragon- -rat- -dog-
Drawback: -Requires sufficient water per rank-
Description: The user summons up water from a near by body of water, the size of a fist; the water can then be shaped into a weapon of any shape, and any size depending on the amount of chakra the user has. Once the shape and size of water is determined, it is hardened into a dense ice, as if it was an actual weapon.
Limit: Bloodlimit of Haku
• E: minimal chakra: kunai sized weapons that are somewhat brittle
Estimated water needed: cubic foot
Side note: All weapons are as light as the original body of water minus the chakra needed to use the technique, so the weapon more-or-less always weighs that of a kunai.

E Rank - [??/05]
After his long absence of training due to his over examining and studying of almost everything known about what "jutsu" is, Kyosuke was more than ready to behind learning more techniques. Hopefully, the information that he had learned from reading tons of scrolls and books would most likely get him through a LOT of troublesome training and thinking. Since he was already smart to begin with, he had predicted that learning low level techniques would be a good start towards his goal of becoming the strongest. He has yet to know the real reason why he has this lust to obtain power, in which he can only wait and see what the outcome of having the power will be. Walking into the forest of which would be called his training grounds, he had left footsteps behind from where he had left his house in his trip. Arriving at the forest, haven't seen it in obviously two years, nothing seemed to look the same. As he remembered all of the tough times of training here, he walked towards a familiar tree of which he had used as a somewhat of a dummy to train all aspect of fighting on(Nin/Tai), he smirked to notice that his mothers utensils that he had used in place of a kunai all covered in snow and one actually still stick on the eye of the target sign he carved.
A simple facial expression change on his face blocked out all care for whatever he was fantasizing about and reminded him about the real reason why he had came here. Twirling the short hair that grew to the side of his face with his right index finger, he began to think of what technique he should start learning. Remembering the last technique he remembered training, he would begin to work on some techniques that was in his bloodlimit category. Having a simple technique in mind to begin learning, he widened his stance and took several deep breaths while his eyes were closed. His fists were clenched tightly to prevent his hands from getting cold since it was still snowing, as if it would ever stop, he opened his eyes to begin the training. Seeing how nature had supplied Kyosuke with snow and ice, the only thing needed was a source of water, which was no problem for Kyosuke to obtain since his bloodlimit allowed him to create water out of thin air. With this ability, this would make training on both water and ice techniques extremely easy, and seeing how the technique that he was going to learn was an E rank, this wouldn’t take more than ten minutes to learn.
Sprinting back to his house to get a shovel, he returned to start digging a hole 7 feet by 13 feet in the ground. After doing so, Kyosuke tapped in to his bloodlimit and began concentration on chakra throughout his body, causing a light blue aura to leak around him, in which Kyosuke executed his Suiton Soushi (Water Creation) technique to fill the hole with water. With his newly made water source created, it was time to perform the E rank of the Kuri Buki. Performing the needed handseals, Kyosuke attempted his first creation of a simple senbon. Holding the last handseal needed for this technique to work properly, he began concentration his chakra on that handseal he placed his right hand it the water while both of his hands were still glowing blue from chakra. Posing his hand as if he was holding on a kunai, he then focused on actually making a kunai out of ice with the water’s assistance. Slowly taking his time on making it, the process was finally complete as he pulled out what he planned on being a kunai, but it turned out to be just an ordinary block of ice. Seeing how he needed to better learn on molding the kunai, he then tossed the block of ice some meters behind him and reached over to his pouch, he pulled out a kunai that he could use to better visualize what he will be making. On his second attempt, he managed on creating the handle perfectly, but the actual blade was very brittle as when he pulled it out of the water, just a poke at it and it crumbled. After about two more tried, Kyosuke managed to master on making kunai’s, shurikens, senbons, even hard ice stones. Kyosuke was very disappointed on the amount of time wasted on a weak E ranked, but with more training, more powerful and destructive techniques can be learned, and the young boy was for some reason extremely motivated in learning.
