Name: Zakk /I am Syv and Asani/
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Desired Position: Assistant
Experience:
* Administrator - Global Naruto Role Play: Obviously a Naruto rp, it was also My very first Rp, this was the site that got me into it all. I spent around one year here being every position from member to admin. I made ALOT and I mean ALOT of mistakes running this site and it eventually lead to it's downfall and eventual death. Despite my sadness over it's fall to inactivity, it was these mistakes that helped me learn how to be staff on a role play website and made me into the role player that I am today.
* Administrator - Super Hero City: A fun Rp I personally thought of and created myself. Based around being a superhero or supervillian of some kind, this Rp pushed one's creativity to the limit. It only lasted around six months and was fairly laid back when it comes to being overpowered, but, this site helped me become creative and think outside the box, it's also fairly cool to be a superhero ^-^
*Moderator - Scarlet Academy: A harry potter Rp, I didn't particularly enjoy the Rp, but it was a low point in my life and sadness and teen angst kinda ran rampant on the site. Definitely not my proudest moment being staff on here, but it was something that still holds a chapter in my Rp staff career, as I became much more familiar with social Rp'ing over battle web sites.
* Admin - Avatar Nation: This was a short lived Avatar the Last Airbender Rp that me and a couple of my friends put together while being incredibly bored with Naruto and Bleach Role plays. Nothing really spectacular happened here aside form having alot of fun with my close friends. Much smaller then I'm generally used to, the site had around 50 something people, 60 tops.
* Admin - Neo Gundam Arena: A gundam website that followed Avatar Nation. It was my attempt at creating a website that had the perfect blend of social and battle Rp. All in all it was a failed Rp site, mostly due to member inactivity and people constantly trying to be the main character in a role play, never a good thing. I liked creating and running the site and I still love the concept of it and despite it's fall it was still worth it.
Outside of all of these sites, I have been every type of staff on many other sites whose names have been lost to the abyss that is my mind. I've learned how to appropriately use the powers I'm given or powers I give myself *when creating a site* and realize the ripple effect of trying to take advantage of the responsibilities you hold. It's like spider mans uncle says "With great power, comes great responsibility."
RolePlay Experience:
* Rp'ing with Ayame gaining the hand mouths
* Syv Style Cage Fighting
* Learning jutsu with Asani
* Attempting to shake Gaz down
* Attempting to escape the leaf Asylum with Joudan

lol just kidding, I hope hope you don't take this application the wrong way. I am very serious about applying for this position and while I can't say I understand what it's like to be one of thirteen assistants on a site of nearly three thousand members, I can say I understand the pressure it is to be staff on any site. The pressure of having people depend on you, to make decisions that affect more then just yourself and that will be attacked no matter what you do. The thankless kind of job, that doesn't pay, that doesn't come with any perks other then the satisfaction of knowing your helping maintain something that makes people happy.
That's what I think it is about, making sure the people are happy, as well as yourself. I don't mean to approve everything that comes by and I don't mean to let rules slide. I mean to make sure your doing everything in you power to protect this site that we've all invested a piece of ourselves into. As staff we're help to a higher standard, a protective standard and a trusting standard. That's what I want to be apart of, apart of those that defend this site and what it stands for, fun.
I've put three and a half years of my laugh into role playing online and I'll probably put at least another three and a half years into it. It's what makes me happy and if your here it must be what makes you happy too. Whether I'm accepted as staff or not, I'll continue to aid staff in helping those who have no idea what there doing, who need guidance or who just simply have a question of what to do. I know the rules of this site inside and out and I regardless of the decision in this thread, I'll continue putting them to use the best I can, to ensure the fun of others on this website.
