Personality:
Inuzuka, Raikou is a very friendly person who has been in tune with animals of all sorts right when he was born. He and his animal companion Aya have been togeather from the time they were both just pups. He loves nature and has a seceret place in the Hidden Mist forest where he and Aya usually goes to for a relaxing evening, just listening to nature and sometimes training with one another or playing games. Even though he is now a genin at nine years old, he still maintains a youthful side that reflects his age. However, he knows when to use it and when it should be put away for another time.Appearance:
Being a nine year old, he is very curious about everything, he always wants to know 'why' even to the point of it being annoying at times, however, his questions aren't meant to be annoying, they are just to try to understand everything that is going on. He and Aya aren't very strong compaired to an adult, however, they can equal any other genin in power and know how to maneuver their ways through trees and swampy areas that seem to spread through the Land of Waves. They are also the prime warriors for such a place, being able to fight even when they can't see their opponent, Raikou has learned to trust Aya's superiour smelling capabilities and fight with her as his eyes, however, still not being able to talk with one another does have its moments of irritation and misunderstandings.
Even though Aya is still a puppy, her senses as a girl have kicked in and she is protective of Raikou. She is by far the strongest and fastest of the two, however, she can't perform jutsu on her own. Aya likes people even though she is weary of them and would never argue a good ol' stomach rub! Even though she is 8 years old, she doesn't age as fast as normal dogs, a jutsu had been placed on her so her life span would be relavent to a human's making her Raikou's life-long companion.
Well, first off, to describe Raikou. He is a short boy with messy brown hair and feral blue eyes. He has a wild feel about him that can only be described as untamed, like he might turn around and go wolf on you! However, the picture says it all as far as how he acts, but people say they can just imagine what he'll grow up to look like. he usually wears a long sleeve black shirt and grey jean like pants, only more durable. If people watched, they would see that he never wears any shoes, that's because he doesn't need to, he'd rather be able to feel the earth under his feet and the surfaces change. Through not wearing any shoes, his feet have become callised to the point where he no longer really feels if he steps on a stone, it's like he grew his own pair of shoes!Bloodlimit: none
Aya, like you probably guessed, is a female dog. Raikou doesn't know the difference, however, his parents told him she was a girl. She has a brown coat and black paws, the fur that is under her is lighter than the fur on top (as shown in the picture) however, she is smaller than the perportions in the picture, when both are standing, she only comes up to his knees.

Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.

Effect: An animal companion hones their sense of smell to such levels that they may track an opponent.

Drawback: Certain animals cannot progress to the higher levels of this technique do to their lack of acute scent abilities. Animals with unremarkable scent abilities, such as the bird, can only learn up to the B ranked version of this technique.
Description: The user of this technique gathers their natural scent abilities, using them to track an opponent. The animal catches the scent of the tracked object or person, and from there follows the scent trail. With the D ranked version, the user can only track a scent ten days old. This technique may be used to track humans, objects, or even herbs. However, when tracking an herb or poison, the user can only track an herb or poison of the same rank of as their current level of this technique. The user can only track an herb they have encountered in the past. The user must have encountered either a poison itself or the components making it up in the past in order to track it. This technique increases the user’s chance of finding an herb by five percent. This amount increases by a further five percent at each rank, so an D rank user has their chance of finding an herb increased by five percent. The user can track an opponent over various terrains, including grassland, hard earth, and undisturbed snow and sand, and still water. When tracking another human being, the user has a thirty percent chance of catching a scent while in the same region, or a ten percent chance while in an adjacent region. A user must have at least one post between each post asking for a scent roll. This percentage increases by ten at each rank, so the D ranked version of the technique allows the user a thirty and ten percent chance, respectively. Once a scent is successfully caught, and the user is in the same region as the tracked victim, the user has a twenty percent chance of finding them. Effect: A modified version of a transformation technique, this jutsu allows a user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the jutsu can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This jutsu is often followed by the Double Piercing Fang.

Effect: A Shinobi, or a warrior is capable of gaining the capability of that of the animal kind when it comes to the sudden sense of smell. The scent of smell is quite different as the user must be with the animal kind in question for a period amount of time before this is capable of occurring. The user concentrates their chakra along the tips of their nose, along the hair follicles of their nose to where the smell becomes quite acute. The smell becomes strong depending on the animal companion that they have. If they have a Canine, they are capable of smelling a drop of blood within five quarts of water.

Drawback: The user is only capable of going into this depending on what type of animal helper they have. If the animal companion has a strong sense of smell, then that means that foul odors occur, their sense of smell reacts to a sudden action to where they may become incapacitated.

The sense of hearing is quite different as the user must be with the animal kind in question for a period amount of time before this is capable of occurring. The user must concentrate along their inner ears by using their chakra. By doing so their hearing becomes more, defined, but not close to that of an animal. Just think of it where the user is capable of hearing better. There is no other way to explain this however other then their hearing is more defined, they can not use this to see however.

Drawback: The user is only capable of going into this depending on what type of animal helper they have. Depending on the animal companion the sense of hearing may become unbearable depending on the type of creature it is. Also hearing that is that of a bat, or any other animal that enables a user the capability of helping them see through hearing does not occur within the user.

Usually a prank children use on each other like a game of tag, but with sparks for a small kick.

Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes.

Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign breifly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks.

Effect: Spinning quickly at an upward angle, the user kicks their opponent in the jaw sending them HIGH into the air and open for another attack.

Description: With a powerful spin kick at the opponent’s jaw, the user sends their opponent high into the air. This is a more effective way of sending opponents flying than Dynamic Entry.

Effect: Depending on the Ranking of the technique the user becomes faster, as well as slightly stronger then that of what they were as a human being. Depending on the Technique that the user knows the faster they are capable of going, the stronger they are, but the largest problem is that the more they stay within the technique the more severe the effects become. When the user learns the "D" Rank version of the technique the user is capable of attacking once more then usual within battle because of their speed. When the user is D Class the user is capable of sustaining this form for an amount of five rounds. If they use their speed then that is when the amount of rounds must be placed in. If the user does not use the speed, then the amount of techniques does not take place in.

Drawback: Takes an amount of time for the user the capability of learning. This type of technique also makes the user tire quite easily. Depending on the rank is dependent on how much the user must rest after using the full strength of the speed style of the Four Legs Technique. For every round the user stays in this technique after the amount of rounds, the user's muscles begins to tear, for they can not stay in that form for very long. For every round they are in with the D Rank version the percentage of muscle tissue breaking is five percent and increases five percent each round. The moment their muscle tissue breaks they will be incapacitated, and will need medical treatment. Each time using this technique they must take a break of ten rounds for D Rank Version, or within a time skip version where an amount of rest was created.
Description: The way this works is simple, the user's spine becomes more agile, and more curve like to accommodate the sudden sensation of walking and running on all fours. Their arms slowly extends forth a few inches to allow them to move along the ground easier. Their teeth extends into fang like creations as their nails grow into claws. As they do this, their muscle mass becomes more lean, as if contracting against one another in which gives them the agility and strength. Chakra can somewhat be seen as it oozes out of their body in a small way showing the strength and strain within this technique.
Limit: Must be part of the Inuzuka Clan in order to learn this technique.
Jūjin Bunshin Rendan, 獣人分身連弾 (Beast Man Clone Combo)

Effect: A technique where the user utilizes the Jūjin Bunshin 獣人分身 (Beast Human Clone) to their advantage to where the user performs multiple combo like hits upon the opponent in one furry motion creating devastating damage upon the very opponent.

Drawback: This may only work if both the animal companion as well as the user is capable of performing. If one is incapacitated then the other is unable to user the technique alone.
Description: A strong like technique that uses the basis of the Jūjin Bunshin 獣人分身 (Beast Human Clone) technique to where the user and their animal companion pushes forth. The animal companion will slash at the opponent along with the user as the animal companion will suddenly pounce upon the opponent. As this occurs the user then will quickly slam the opponent into the air as both the animal companion as well as the user will quickly dash up into the air in a cross slashing form to where the opponent falls down towards the ground enduring an amount of slashes and furry attacks that the user as well as the animal companion provides towards the opponent.
Limit: Must be part of the Inuzuka Clan in order to learn this technique.
Tsuuga (Piercing Fang)

Effect: The user spins at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can be done with a partner, making it more effective, this however would be the form of the Double Piercing Fang technique.

Drawback: The Second version of this technique the user's vision becomes more blurred. Reaction time is slightly smaller then that of the normal Version of the Tsuuga technique. When the user learns the first version of this technique their tunnel vision is that of twenty to thirty miles per hour. When the user learns the second version the tunnel vision becomes even greater as it becomes forty to fifty miles per hour in destructive speed.
Description: The user or the animal companion once using the Shikyaku no Jutsu, Žl‹r‚Ìp, (Four Legs Technique) must under go a certain transformation. The user slightly jumps into the air as they suddenly spin quickly, using this momentum as well as their chakra within their body they drill forward in a fast like motion. As they continue to spin forth each creation that they slam into creates a small like crater by the effect of the drilling effect as well as the claws that are along their very hands. Each time they slam into an object they create a small like creator that is the size of two to three feet for the first time learned. When the user gains the second technique, the second version of this technique creates a small like creator of four to five feet in diameter.

Gatsuuga (Double Piercing Fang)

Effect: The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone. This attack can be done alone, although it is less effective. With this technique the user must take the time to transform the animal companion into the J¨±jin Bunshin ª•ÈË·ÖÉí (Beast Human Clone) form.

Drawback: The Second version of this technique the user's vision becomes more blured, and the first version is more blurred then that of the Tsuuga. Reaction time is slightly smaller then that of the normal Version of the Gatsuuga technique. When the user learns the first version of this technique their tunnel vision is that of sixty to seventy miles per hour. When the user learns the second version the tunnel vision becomes even greater as it becomes eighty to ninety miles per hour in destructive speed.
Description: This technique is similar to that of the Tsuuga, however they must use this technique at the same time, in one spinning fluent motion spinning in even a larger funnel like motion. Reasons why is because by using both chakra of the user as well as the animal companion they both begin to spin forth in even more of a greater, and faster motion to where each creation spins faster and faster, giving each other the feel of drafting, to where wind resistence becomes less and less. When first learned the user as well as the animal companion is capable of damaging in a drilling fashion within a size of five to six feet in size diamater, while the second version enables them to drill forth in a massive size of seven to eight feet in diameter destruction.

Effect: This is a variation of the pericing fang but they perform it underwater at an insane speed, attacking the opponent from underwater.
Special: Must have a running start or some form of forward momentum.
Drawback: This technique can only be used in some kind of large water source; such as a lake, ocean, etc. The user can only stay underwater for as long as they can hold their breath, unless they perform a technique to allow them to stay underwater longer.
Description: The user or the animal companion once using the Shikyaku no Jutsu, ?, (Four Legs Technique) must under go a certain transformation. The user slightly jumps into the air as they suddenly spin quickly, using this momentum and their chakra, they dive into the water at insane speeds. Due to their insane spinning, they travel underwater much faster then normal and are able to dodge attacks, escape, and attack much easier since they are able to move faster. While the user drills forth underwater, a small twister or whirlpool is created behind the user, throwing away and stopping anyone who attempts to follow the user from behind. Using the D-Rank verson, they travel at 20-30 miles per hour. The C-Rank versions allows the user to travel at 40-50 miles per hour.

Hitoshirezu Tsuuga (Hidden Piercing Fang)

Effect: The user burrows into the ground at an insane speed, much like a drill, then they attack there opponent from below.
Special: Must have a running start or some form of forward momentum.
Drawback: This move can only be used in soft earth, if the user is burrowing through the ground and then runs into a cemented floor or something he can seriously injure himself. The user is basically using sheer force and momentum to go through the ground, not chakra like double decapitation. As such, if the user looses his momentum at all he'll be trapped underground.
Description: The user gathers forward momentum then uses a Tsuuga, like normal, but this time he utilizes twice as much chakra to give him a burst of speed and strength, then instead of impacting against the ground and leaving a crater he simply burrows right into it. At that point, the user uses his acute Inuzuka hearing and sense of smell to locate his enemy above and burrows right into him from below. It is a surprise attack. The victim really has no way to tell were the user is unless he's sensitive to seismic vibrations, and the chances of dodging the user when he strikes is small. The best thing to do is to either stand completely still, or get off the ground somehow. Think Tremors. This attack is two attacks long. One attack for the actual execution, the second for the end result. The B-Rank version of this move is different in that the user continues to use chakra to propel himself forward underground, so he can go longer and faster without losing momentum.

Effect: The slash cuts deeply into the chest/stomach area of an enemy, leaving them open to further assault.

Drawback: With the fact that the Inuzuka dives towards the enemy during the jutsu, if avoided, the back is completely exposed and only an extremely skilled Inuzuka can counter.
Description: The two Inuzuka are spaced apart by about 5 feet, they run in a straight line seemingly right at an enemy. At the last moment, the two switch places while slashing at the opponent with their claws, making a nice X style slash across the enemy.

Inuzuka Rendan

Effect: Uppercut slashes the enemy into the air, the attacking ninja jumps and begins to continually push him farther into the air with strong uppercuts slashes to the enemy. The canine partner mimics the jutsu but attacks the back. In the final part of the jutsu, the two ninja form separate Tsuugas into the enemy, drilling the enemy into the ground.

Description: Effective striking with the weapons of the body to the opponent’s vital points is essential for a victorious outcome in a hand-to-hand struggle. A ninja must be able to employ the principles of effective striking if he is to emerge as the survivor in a fight to the death. Strikes should be targeted at the opponent’s vital points and nerve motor points. Strikes to nerve motor points cause temporary mental stunning and muscle motor dysfunction to the affected areas of the body. Mental stunning results when the brain is momentarily disoriented by overstimulation from too much input—for example, a strike to a major nerve. The stunning completely disables an opponent for three to seven seconds and allows the ninja to finish off the opponent, gain total control of the situation, or make his escape. Sometimes, such a strike causes unconsciousness. A successful strike to a nerve motor center also renders the affected body part immovable by causing muscle spasms and dysfunction due to nerve overload.

Description: A strike should be delivered so that the target is hit and the weapon remains on the impact site for at least a tenth of a second. This imparts all of the kinetic energy of the strike into the target area, producing a fluid shock wave that travels into the affected tissue and causes maximum damage. It is imperative that all strikes to vital points and nerve motor points are delivered with this principle in mind. The memory aid is, “Hit and stick!”

Description: Proper mental attitude is of primary importance in the Krav Maga's ability to strike an opponent. In hand-to-hand combat, the Krav Maga must have the attitude that he will defeat the enemy and complete the mission, no matter what. In a fight to the death, the Krav Maga user must have the frame of mind to survive above all else; the prospect of losing cannot enter his mind. Born in the Hidden Mist Village, Raikou and Aya have led exceptionally normal lives. Besides entering school early and graduating to Genin Level ahead of his class, he has led a normal life of one growing up in the Hidden Mist village. He isn't a genious, he can't even tell you what 10 squared is, however, he uses common sense to figure most things out. Common sense and instincts. He and Aya have been togeather since Raikou turned one year old, the same time that Aya was born. Raikou and Aya have never been parted since then, Aya going to the Ninja Academy with Raikou and Raikou going off into the woods with Aya. His parents have always been supportive of them and have had their quarrls with him, however, being jonin of the village, they also have duties to the Land of Waves to perform as well. They occasionally leave him alone with Aya, however, they usually practice taijutsu or ninjutsu during the time they are gone. Sometimes his parents are gone for days, or one or twice weeks. However, Raikou was never alone, Aya was with him to help him and be like a third parent for him. He never really had the chance to make many friends at the academy, seeing as he was younger than them and only spend two years learning the basics there, however, he didn't need to, Aya was the only friend he needed. Will that remain true as he finds himself a Genin writing his own, new story? Will Aya find herself parent to a pup who's ready to become an equal to her?
