Complaint:
First things first, I'd like to say that this isn't so much a complaint as it is I don't want to dirty his thread up when it can just get fixed and leave his bio looking nice.Solution:
Beyond that, I'd like to say that I'm slightly annoyed that he didn't even have the courtesy to ask me if he could make a Kyoudo character. It isn't in the restrictions, but at the same time it would've been nice to have some warning that he was making the character. The last time that someone did that I flat-out denied them from having the ability to make it, but I'm nicer these days than I was back then. <.<;;
Now, onto the actual problem:
The cost of the bloodlimit techniques increases every time that you learn the techniques. That means that his TP count for his character at the bottom is incorrect. So, for example, Kyori Keiko, which he has stated that he has learned up to 23 meters, expands outwards in such a manner:
E: 5 TP
E: 6 TP
D: 13 TP
D: 15 TP
D: 17 TP
C: 30 TP (If "20" was the base, if he were learning it at "D" Rank then the cost would be 40, and if he was learning it at B rank then the cost would be 20)
C: 33 TP
C: 36 TP
C: 39 TP
etc.
And so on and so forth. The additional TP cost continuously stacks in upon itself so that as you go higher in rank, it becomes more and more difficult to learn. As it stands, all of the Kyoudo techniques are put there incorrectly and are listed at simply their base price. As you can see, the numbers become drastically different and he wouldn't have even probably close to a quarter of the Kyoudo techniques that he currently has TP alloted towards.
Have him fix up his TP count and remind him that it's common courtesy to ask before you make a character from a custom bloodlimit.
