Souryuu Tensakai (Double Dragon Scattering Destruction)
Rank: A
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: A technique used to hurl a rain of secondary weapons at the opponent.
Special: -
Drawback: -
Description: The user takes their main weapon scroll and rolls it upwards, high in the air above the opponent. When the technique is activated, the symbols on the scrolls will activate simultaneously and hurl the weapons sealed in the scroll fast and with a power able to dig a crater to stone, to a wide area, making it hard for the opponents to escape from the deadly attack. Souryuu Tensakai can’t be countered with normal Fuuton attacks.
For a B-Ranked scroll, the area of the attack is about 125 meters,
For an A-Ranked scroll 250 meters,
and for S-Ranked scroll 500 meters.
Limit:
• Weapon Specialist
• B-, A- or S-ranked scroll.

I'll doubt it will even help in a dense forest as this jungle xP

Sand Mastery defense would protect you from it. Secondary Weapons are easy to counter with simple Ninjutsu defenses, even if you have hundreds of kunai or whatever.

Well, actually that particular jutsu is immune to wind repulsion and each weapon can pierce and created craters in stone, so you might need a bit more than that to defend against it.

Kama, that's the 'S' rank range, and even then, those ranges seem way off/broken...

Technically it is always an A rank jutsu, it is the scroll that is S rank, it just stores more weapons than A rank and thus has a much greater range.
