To be claimed dead for the reason I am is simply wrong wrong wrong.[/i] then four feet from each other, evidenced by his use of handseals.
According to examiner 4, I am dead because Jimmu, my partner could not detect an attack headed for his partner. A fair and legitimate defense, but let's consider the fact that we are chained together, without possibly being more then four feet from each other.
Jimmu's character intended to use many jutsu, and with it; many handseals. If he is using many handseals then that means his chain cant be stretched out the full four feet. He needs slack on the chain to have an adequate amount of space with his arms to do handseals. This would mean we are even closer then four feet together.
So where am I going by pointing out how close we are? Simple: He would've been effected by the attack to, in some shape or form, some how, some way. Even if it wasn't nearly as lethal, even if it just barely knicked him, when he is less then four feet from me his warriors mind can in fact sense the oncoming attack.
But would I rely solely on my partner to get me out of such a situation? Hell no, for reasons exactly like this one. Which is why I specifically stated in my postThe Sakurai eye can track trails of chakra from jutsu weeks after the jutsu itself was used. So for a couple of ninja standing right next to each other to do jutsu, the chakra trails firing off of them would be like a great illuminus flair to Ryoushi. But before he could even open his mouth to warn his partner, the master of reflexes had made them levitate high in the sky
This means that if Jimmu's warrior mind failed, then I personally would warn him of an incoming attack. Once again since we're chained together, and standing on the same floating disc, this means his responsibility is movement and dodging. Such a warning of incoming attack weather it come from my mouth or his mind would result in the dodge that rightfully should have occurred.
In summary this death is wrong because;
2. If we are less then four feet from eachother, standing on the same metallic disc of his own creation, then this jutsu will affect him in some way, shape or form. It may not be nearly as lethal, it may not even do any significant damage at all, but if something is aimed that close to him, then his warrior's mind is quite prepared to react.
3. If by freak chance Jimmu's technique failed, then I made it very clear that Ryoushi was prepared to warn him personally. However Jimmu was made aware of the attack, he shouldn't have any reason to not dodge. I want the last post by the examiner 4 poofed away, and I want things reconsidered rationally. It would be really good if I could get a second, third or fourth opinion from the other examiners on this, because honestly I feel my examiner is incapable. If the head examiner would like to put his/her two cents in that would be very appreciated too.
I've already had issues with examiner 4 in PMs regarding this round of the exams, but last time I brought up thoughts (all in the form of constructive criticism, while taking note to remain clean and calm in my PMs) he disagreed with, I was then toldSeveral other uses of profanity occurred, and while not wrong, it obviously goes to show the examiner is quite angered with me personally. One round later, the examiner pronounces me irrationally dead. This leads me to believe the examiner has a bias based on personal anger with me, the "fucking dumbass"You f**k**g Dumbass
