Effect: A small tag around the ten centimeters big, which upon triggering causes a small explosion and flames to come from it.

Description: These small tags can be put on objects, tied to kunai or be used in a thousand other ways. Once these tags have the user’s chakra put into them, they can be activated by a simple hand seal. Once activated, an explosion with a diameter of roughly three meters in diameter will be triggered. The delay of the explosion is all up to the user, though it cannot exceed the ten seconds.

Effect: Just like a smoke grenade, these bombs can be used to hinder one’s vision. But rather than a good amount of smoke, this releases a blinding flash.

Drawback: Is unable to retrieve after usages
Description: These small balls can, when triggered, give out a blinding flash, bright enough to light up the area up to fifty meters away from the actual explosion. If one looks in the explosion, they will not be able to see for six seconds, and their vision will be somewhat blurry for another six seconds. Even with one’s eyes closed but towards the bomb, it blurs their vision slightly for six seconds.

Description: A four-stared throwing star with a small hole in the middle. Simply used for throwing at enemies, and are used by almost every shinobi. Due to their small size, its rather easy to throw a bunch of them at a target and cause quite an amount of damage.

Handle-Less Kunai (4)

Effect: A smaller version of the kunai. It has lost it's use in close combat, but is far more accurate than the normal kunai.

Drawback: Due to the removed handle, it's extremely hard to properly use this kunai to cut.
Description: Rather than the basic kunai, this handle-less kunai is used for throwing and has nothing but a small ring to hold on to. Due to the fact that the handle is removed and the weight has been shifted a little, this kunai will have more force to it and thus pierce deeper into objects.

Description: Any weapon that is considered as a knife is a blade thin and small, where the blade reaches up to one shaku, or approximatly one foot in length all together. A Knife can be any type of form if desired from a Bowie knife, a Bayonet, a Balisong, a Combat Knife, a Dagger, a Dirk, a Kard, a Kris, a Trench knife, or anything else that is within this range.
Limit: Can be bought inside any type of shops if desired.

Description: Types of weapons that are large staffs, or spear like weapons. These weapons range in the length of over five feet to even eight feet in length. These weapons are plentiful and diverse when it comes to mid range. These weapons range from the Bo, th Eku, the Ji, the Lathi, the Pudao, the Halberd, the Monk's spade, the Nagamaki, Naginata, the Quarterstaff, Spear, Taiaha, the Kanabo, the Yari. Different weapons with different styles of blades or staff creations.

Seisoku is a fierce, young man. From a young age he has played along the gently rolling hills, traveled the fields, and the other areas of the Sound Country. This outgoing personality has also caused him to be a fun seeker, a party-goer, and so on. Seisoku tends to be seen as a goofball and indeed is one.
The wild personality is only matched by his relative short temper and seriousness in combat. An effective close-medium range fighter, Seisoku seeks to bring down his opponent as quickly as possible. The short temper also has raised conflicts through him being in a bad mood one day and something wrong happening. Luckily, temper is offset by a high moral standard and leaving Seisoku to be the kind of guy that almost never lets a man down. Also noted is this also causes him to help someone in need, at least from Sound Village or Sound Country in general.

He wears his village headband on his right bicep and has the village symbol tattoed on his left. His new Bo Staff, crafted of high quality, polished wood, is strapped to his back. On his waist, a black leather belt with various weapons strapped to it. Seisoku wears black baggy pants with shin guards and shuriken strapped to his right thigh. Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.

Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks.

Douyou Kobushi (Shaking Fist)

Effect: Punching out with their palm, the attacker quivers the palm before hitting in order to do more damage

Description: Upon striking the opponent, one makes their fist vibrate slightly before impact to do more damage than a regular punch could do. This punch’s secret is in the vibration causing the internal organs to be vibrated/shocked. They bump around due to the movement and damage is caused.

Effect: Spinning kick made to send an opponent off their feet.

Drawback: If dodged, user is open for an attack.
Description: With a burst of agility and speed, the user of this move quickly performs a low spinning kick at their opponent’s feet. If successful this will knock an opponent down and leave them open for some of Goken’s more powerful attacks.

Konokha Senpu (Konoha Hurricane)

Effect: Spinning quickly at an upward angle, the user kicks their opponent in the jaw sending them HIGH into the air and open for another attack.

Drawback: Leaves the user open if they miss
Description: With a powerful spin kick at the opponent’s jaw, the user sends their opponent high into the air. This is a more effective way of sending opponents flying than Dynamic Entry.

Early Childhood:
Seisoku Boufuu was born within the Sound Village, and like most boys, learned from an early age how to do Ninjutsu. From the ripe young age of 5, the boy was already learning the elementary basics of Ninjutsu. Seisoku was particularly capable in Lightning, unexpected within Sound. Taijutsu was another thing of note that he could use for close-combat later in life. His outgoing and goofy nature often got him into trouble, even at a young age.
At 8 years of age Seisoku was now oftentimes practicing Ninjutsu along the fields, or goofing off with friends around those same fields and the rolling hills. Around this time only one of his friends headed off for the Academy, pressured by the parents. Seisoku and company regularly showed off anything they could do to each other when they met. Small shrieks, little dust tornadoes, and so forth was commonplace. Wind was also something that Seisoku regularly practiced now.
At Age 12, Seisoku saw several more friends march off to the Academy to being training. The pre-teen opted out, preferring a more free lifestyle. This lead to the remaining boys to "homeschool" themselves, then meet up and practice together and teach the others. The biggest event of this time was Seisoku creating a miniature tornado that destroyed several wooden boxes and posts, before being dispelled. It wouldn't be for another 4 years before Seisoku would join the Academy.
Teenage Years and Academy:
Seisoku was the last one of all his friends left outside the Academy. At age 15 the remaining boys were forced into there by there parents usually. Even Seisoku's foster parents pressured him into joining by next year. After Academy school let out, the kids would gather and show off what they learned, such as using Body Flicker to flash past Seisoku. This made him slightly jealous, giving him the determination to join when he turned 16.
At 16, Seisoku immediately signed up for the Academy, and his years of practice showed. Proving over and over he was more than capable, Seisoku outmatched all his peers. Even though he was a year back, when the kids gathered, he easily kept up with them on new techniques. The final exam was reasonably tough, but Seisoku passed, earning his rank as Genin. Rushing home with his headband, Seisoku showed to his parents that he had finally achieved the first step of being a ninja.
Even 2 years later, Seisoku still tries his hardest, constantly practicing at what he knows best: fighting. His ultimate goal: To become Sannin and try to make the world a better place to live.
