Name: The Siren Terror: Act 1

Plot: Males between the ages of 16 and 25 have begun mysteriously disappearing nightly from every major Ninja Village. Leaf, Sand, Mist, Grass, Stone, Sound, Snow, Cloud, Rain and Waterfall have all been similarly impacted by the disappearances of the generation of shinobi and villagers. Each Kage is asked to dispatch search parties to gather information of the location of their missing men. But the dispatched search teams are not to exceed three shinobi, with a maximum of three teams from each village. The village press has also caught wind of this and has begun calling the kidnapper "The Sultry Siren". According to witnesses a mysterious song seems to follow "siren" sightings, although very few have seen the siren in person, many have said that they have seen his minions, oddly dressed short people with multi-colored masks fringed by spikes. These minions have been seen ransacking village newspaper and television headquarters and leaving threatening messages in red paint. If these "lackeys" are encountered, the Shinobi or villagers are allowed to act accordingly, simply capturing them or even able to kill them if they wish. But they should know that repercussions will be taken if they kill the followers of the siren. Search parties are to follow clues and evidence they find to attempt to rescue their village's men, if they do not act or simply decide not to act, repercussions be dire. A Minimum of 1 team with or without a Chuunin must stay behind and defend the village from the minions.
Location: In every Ninja Village and their country. (Leaf, Sand, Mist, Grass, Stone, Sound, Snow, Cloud, Rain and Waterfall.)
Rules: If you choose to kill "The Sultry Siren's" minions, the repercussions may be dire. A dice roll will be given for the chance to find a clue to the men's whereabouts, if you don't get the roll, it will take another 2 posts from each team-member to find another one. Chances of finding a clue will go higher if you did not find one the first time, lower if you do find a clue. Participants are given a dice roll to see if they are able to loot the Minion's items. Death is Enabled. Each and every team must have at least one Kunoichi.

Appearance:Picture Small and childlike, wear multicolored similar masks, each minion keeps their ocarina attached to their belt along with small pouches of each of their secondary weapons. Each one wears a simple tattered Tunic with simple pants. They wear pointed hats with large fringes off the hat's rim of long rectangular protrusions.

Effect: Allows the user to attach a specific handseal formation onto a specific note so that they user may play or sing the note in order to gain the effect of performing the handseal.
Special: Singing or playing a note on an instrument.
Drawback: The user is required to sing or hold the instrument's note for a certain amount of time before the effect of the handseal formation can be considered performed. These must be learned each time for each individual Release. This means that if a user wishes to learn this for the Fire Release, they must have the Fire Release and learn this for the Fire Release. If a user has the Figment Perception the user must learn this for the Figment Perception, and have the Fighment Perception. Must be learned for every type of instrument. This makes it where a user can not go into a Guitar, and automatically be capable of doing the same with a Flute.
Description: By first learning how to mold chakra with the use of handseals, a shinobi who focuses upon sound-based techniques can train themselves to achieve this same effect by playing or singing a note for a specific amount of time. Each note has its own handseal significance, and the user must learn how to attach significance to each note before the note can be used in place of handseals. At "C" Rank, the user must hold the note for the length of performing three normal handseals before a note handseal is considered formed. At "B" rank, the user must hold the note for for the length of performing two normal handseals before a note handseal is considered formed. At "A" rank, the user is capable of performing a staccato rhythm, barely holding the note for the length of one normal handseal before having the note handseal formation considered complete. This means that each note consists of a Handseal.
Limit: Must have the Sound Release. Must have the corresponding Release, or Perception in order to learn.

Effect: Allows the user to attach handseal significance to a certain note, so that they are capable of using it with Kaichou.
Special: Must be using Kaichou.
Drawback: Each note must be mastered before it can be used in place of a handseal. User must learn this for every Release, or Perception the user knows Kaichou [Melody] for. Must be learned for every type of instrument. This makes it where a user can not go into a Guitar, and automatically be capable of doing the same with a Flute.

Effect: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. In the manga, Orochimaru uses this to merge with a tree just before his battle with his former student, Anko Mitarashi. He, however, does not give it a name.
