As the continued on with their squabbles I would begin to walk away. I had some business to take care of real quick. The land of Fire was calling me for some reason. I would be back very soon, though.

With an abrupt motion, a quick jumping axe kick would be done however the height of the jump would not exceed a meter and with the green flames surrounding my heel, I would slam it downward to unleash a torrent of flame engulfing an area of forty by forty meters. Oh no, what would this male possibly do....?

Huge, thick fire balls rained down from the heavens, as I watched them hit the monstrous demon. One by one they graced the surface of this crimson beast as if the angels themselves have come down from above. I watch as the beast itself roared as I smiled. It was no ordinary fire, but a series of combination moves that ensued the downfall of the Dark made flesh. I continued the hand seal, making sure that this was indeed the end. Gale winds sliced through the confines of his skin, as the fire that scorched hotter than the sun itself blazed through the body. What seemed to be an eternal being of darkness leaving this beast’s body would come straight for me as I unleashed a defensive fire blast that blazed like a strong light, screaming away the darkness. The beast would then fall down on the ground, as I watch the beast fall, oh, so far from grace.

Simple words would be uttered upon the Elder making such a swift move. Apt, and refined, I would simply move at the same time he did, but I did not move backwards, or forwards—yet. I remembered the training of the Enten-Kobushi, and as such, I adhered to its rules. When facing an Elder, it is quite respectful to let him or her perform the move first. But as such, I was not in the temple, nor was I in the presence of some powerful “deity” that could tell me what to do. There were no laws whatsoever, or so it seemed to govern my natural actions and thus, I would do what I wanted to do. First off, he was a master of Taijutsu, that any man, him being blind or not, could clearly see that. The Airontoku blood boiled within me as the flames were unleashed from the Elder. I proceeded to use Deadly Blow once more, my hand curled up and aimed straight for the ground…

A loud crack could be heard if one was within range, as the heat from my body would radiate forth. Matching the flames of the Elder, I smiled as the fire would then be caught in the crack. From there, I would utilize a simple shushin or two to get towards him. Granted that the massive punch that could have caused an earthquake hopefully distracted him, I used that mere moment to travel at a speed close to light. Once more another Deadly Blow released from my right fist, shimmering through the air as it screamed at it. The punch that could knock out an ordinary man out cold would aim straight for his chest, but the Elder was no ordinary man, that I could tell you. The audience gave off a hushed silence as it awaited with anticipation the result of this heft battle.

Should the attack not work, I would have prepared another move that was curling within my body. The chakra was mixed with an unknown element of mine would be prepared as a defensive maneuver against this shrewd master of a style that was a long time past. It flowed within my veins, screaming to get out as I would try, in some way, to utilize the move of which I had practiced within the confines of my mind—thrice times the one I had just done. Let us entertain both the earthly audience and the ‘so-called’ gods.

Description: When using taijutsu, members of the Airontoku are able to radiate heat as an extension of their attack, often tricking opponents. Whenever a punch, or kick or sword thrust etc, is used, heat is then thrusted from their body or weapon extension (primary only, not secondary), striking the opponent if within range even if the physical attack does not hit. The wave of heat which comes from such attacks drains the user of a D rank worth of chakra each time used, hitting for D rank damage. With C rank traveling 1/2 a meter in front of the attack performed near instantly after the attack is made, the wave will jet outward, scorching anything in its path with blinding heats of high temperatures. The wave of heat is near invisible, and has no physical form or indication of creation. Rank A however will travel a distance of 2 meters, draining a B rank, and striking for B rank damage, while B rank will travel a distance of 1 meter, draining a C rank and striking for C rank damage.
Limit: Must be of the Airontoku, Each respective rank requires the same or higher rank in Temperature Control.

Clever clever this male was however his heated movements would not ultimately make my actions all for nothing. In the same time frame that he managed to create a visible crack within the earth, my heel would strike within this said crevice, ultimately halting the spread of flame towards him. However, my appropriate Boxer's Mentality began to ring within my head, giving me insight upon the incoming attack. As the male utilized instantaneous movement to sever the distance between us, I too would shunshin out of harm's way, following an erratic pattern with usage of the Dash skill but would ultimately appear ten meters to his left, appearing back into existence within my ready stance. It seemed this male wanted a fight, so be it.

It would seem that the Elder decided to repeat what I did: instead of coming head-on with an attack of his own, he moved away. I smiled as I set myself to perform several hand seals at once. One great dragon expelled out of my mouth as I quickly sent it forth to his direction. The massive fire dragon split into three head, one going for the direct hit on the Elder. The second going for the dodging move he was bound to move, and the third—the third was the killing blow of which I amuse myself in the basking of his death. Again, there was no laws to protect this little fool, and once I had killed this Elder, I could prove myself above those foolish Elders of the Enten-Kobushi Temple. However, I was not demented, I knew and recognized the power of an Elder, and so I would not, by any means, stop there. A Deadly Blow impacted the Elder [attempt] in an effort of my speed protruding forth, closing the distance in mere moments.

One by one, my arms launched and re-launched themselves in what seemed to be several Deadly Blows coming at once. I quickened my speed punch, and since by now, I was dangerously close to the Elder, it should no doubt hit him. But that was just estimation. Moving at the speed of a Taijutsu Specialist, I utilized one more Shushin to the right of his side. After reaching the appropriate distance would hand seals go by and by, giving birth to zodiacs, as a new technique arose in a fashion of flame orb. The flame orb was in my hands, and as it rotated round and round, like a great tornado of swirling fire, I aimed it at the ground, should the master of the style of a long time past come straight for me in a speed-like fashion, he would have a hard time dodging my movements. But would I stop there? Heh, not even close…

Recharged and reenergized, my lithe frame lumbered forth in a Brawler-like fashion. Utilizing few more Deadly Blows, each punch released power like never power. I was serious about when I said I was to kill this Elder, and thus, I must prove myself to the audience, and the gods above. I pondered, subconsciously, about the power of a Brawler, and though I did not favor such a close-range combat, the idea that a single punch could stun a man was promising indeed. If the punches did not yet kill the Elder, the punches should, by now have killed him, or have him paralyze for life should I leave him like this. However, I was no small fry; I was indeed going to destroy this man. Punches projected forth from the strength of my arms, my chakra the fuel behind those Deadly Blows. I smiled inside at how fast all this has gone by, the fastidious attempts that was perhaps, too fast for even the Elder himself.

I laughed inside at how surprised the Elder must be with my sudden assassination.

The male would continue his heinous assault as he’d go through handseals, taking up an absurd amount of time. I would not simply stand there idle and grant his chakra collection passage to the deadly jutsu he was conjuring so whilst he was performing these said handseals, my form had already summoned forth the power needed and with a meager stomp of my foot, the area ahead of me would be immersed in flame yet again, adhering to dimensions that were forty by forty meters. The male would find himself ultimately scorched by these unruly green flames yet if that process did not kill him, my hand would lash forward three times in rapid succession, each spitting out a column of flame that would converge upon the point where he was last seen, of course, ten meters ahead of me. My eyes lowered callously as I watched this play out, this male would pay the price for testing my patience.

Damn!

That one word was like a screeching halt inside my mind as the siren’s call blazed loudly through the air. Its sound seemingly constant and filling up all the mighty void of sense within my vibrant being as I found myself in within the range of those deadly verdant flames. Those flames were too powerful for my liking, too strong for even an Airontoku like me to withstand. But it seemed that that Elder would not stop there, taking an extra step to launch a column of flame towards me. Looking at the Elder, the flames scorched my body as my lips curled up into a thin smile. Watching the blood oozed out of my body, I slowly took out a thin piece of paper as I spoke, my voice hoarse, “Good... match… but… do me a… favor… will you…?” Using the puddle of blood that formed around me, I wrote onto the paper, swiftly and quickly as I felt the last breaths of life leaving my body. I held the paper for the Elder to take as I fell to the ground, speaking in but mere whisper, “Take… my… body… back… to Rain…”

Eyes closed, a smile would be visible as the sky began to cry. Rain poured down on the area as it soaked the blood into Gaia. Gale Winds blew ferociously for a moment before turning into a Zephyr. I was foolish to let my overconfidence get the best of me.

My reincarnation will not show any mercy.
