Sutomu Keiro [ Storm Channeling. ]
Rank: "B"
Skill: Ninjutsu / Supplementary
Effect: After activating the Shuugoumanako, the user can now extend his own unique chakra through the three elements. Drawback: Adds an additional "D" rank amount of chakra to the technique ; Cannot be used with techniques that require physical contact or require a physical part of the user to initiate [ Like a Katon: Goukakyuu No jutsu or Fuuton: Daitoppa.]

Lan walked through the field of boulders, he had no idea what this place was. Lan eyes the boulders with his eyes as he walked along, his eyes widened as he looked further along his path, this field carried on beyond Lans range of vision, and possible more. With a Sigh Lan slouched against a fock and pushed his hand into his messenger-bag, from within he drew a hip flask that smelt strongly of liquor, without the cap open, opening the cap he took a swig from the flask, swishing the home-brewed whiskey through his teeth and satisfying his taste-buds before swallowing the warm liquid. A warmness encased his insides and made the hair on the back of his arms stand on end as a wave of goose-bumps ran over his body. Lan eyed the field of boulders again before nodding slightly to himself and swing the satchell from his shoulder and dropped it onto the dusty ground. A strong breeze errupted across from the west as Lan ran his hand inside his pocket, Lan felt his hair whip across his face, good sailing conditions, pity there was no water. Lan stared into the wind beneath the brim of his hat, his eyes open to show the whole of his iris, this eery stare was followed by the dying down of the wind. Of course knew he had no control over the wind, but asking mother nature a favour never helped. The thought of having to repay mother nature built up a lump in his throat.
Taking a gulp, Lan removed an old, moth beaton black book, a strange red symbol imprinted on the cover, the symbol was not strange to the bearer of the book, it was his clan symbol. Lan flicked through the pages of the book, many pages covered in scribbles and crossing outs, finally Lan came across a page that was written to an understandable degree of neatness, the pages was dog-eared at the top and the paper was made of a fine yellowing rice paper. Lan scrolled through the jutsu quickly, his eyes flowing from word to word easiy, after a while of reading and re-reading the jutsu Lan folded the corner of the page and folded the book away into the innards of his cloak. The jutsu he had chosen? It was a high ranked jutsu called Sutomu Keiro. Lan muttered a few words under his breath and in an instant his pupils pulsated quickly, his irises shifted meakly into a colour so close to his previous eye colour that it was likely un-noticed, lines like waves ran across the iris to solidify across his iris' as small white lightning bolts and the whites of his eyes flexed into a softer white that even though surrounding the iris like a cloud would, oddly enough the site of these eyes gave many people motion sickness.
Lan re-adjusted his coat as he relaxed his focus through his eyes and retreated back into his mind were he scrolled through a mental note made earlier, the mental not included all the jutsus he knew so far, his eyes rolled up and down out of habit, but he did not notice this, being too pre-occupied by his thoughts. Lan slowly stopped moving his slowly, his eyes staring straight ahead of himself, a boulder isolated itself there, large cracks in the earth drifted through the field of boulders as the massive chunks of rock split the surface. Lan eyed the earth uneasily, he was not used to be being bound to the cruel earth, maybe he would get back to his own element Dreams of the curling waves and the sea breeze across his face, ripe with the oceans spray. Re-opening his eyes Lans face was laced with determination. But wait, Lan swore that jutsu needed a water source, cursing a bit Lan grabbed his satchell and swinging it over his shoulder, he straightened his back and began to strut his awkward walk, hips wobbling from left to right, his cheeks coloured slightly at this, as this was how women walked.
It was not long before Lans jaw dropped, his un-shaven beard tickling his chest and his heart began to beat faster. He looked from side to side suspiciously and approached the large puddle, or small ponk if you will of water. Grass grew thickly around the pool and a large oak stood humbly next to the water. The oak was a vast contrast to the boulders and whats more suprising, is how he didnt see it until he strode into the shade of the skeleton branches. Lan decided this was as best as any to stay for a longer period than just a few minutes. Taking off his satchell Lan strode through the autumn leaves. Taking off his coat Lan re-read the jutsu a little as he put his coat down in a pile of leaves and tucking his little black book into his belt strap he began to walk away from the water. Once again his eyes changed in a murmer of a discreet word, a sense of the water behind occured as he activated his eyes and turned to the water. He counted a good number of steps seperated him and the water, it was obviously beyond his limit at created a water clone though.
Eying the path he had walked from the waters edge, he began to form handseals, they were just the regular handseals that formed a water clone, but wait, lan did not stop there still lan molded chakra as he performed more handseals he said the named handseals, the way he said it was masked under his heavy breathing, his hand movements therefor moving synchronised with the rising and falling of his chest.
[OX]
Lans hands moved into the ox handseal, his gloved hands almost catching each other out, but clashing together in a chakra breeding embrace. "Ox" he murmered beneath his falling breath, a leafy wind stealing it from even his ears.
[Dog]
The second additional handseal was formed but then the buckles on Lans gloves caught and his gloves restrained his hands, Lan let out a gargled roar that swamped his ears and no doubt anyone around would hear, Lan did not care, he had failed the additional handseals.
