I know that I currently don't do much around here in terms of staff things. However, I can promise that I will be attentive to my duties as an assistant as well as diligent with the job. I think it has been shown that I know the rules of the site, and I also know most of the restrictions that deal with other things such as bloodlimits, clans, etc. off the top of my head. Basically, with the responsibilities and obligations of staff, I can be much more diligent and willing in my work and I promise that accepting me will not be regretted. If I should be denied, fair enough. Please, though, at least present me with some questions before making your decision. Thank you.

The only real issue I see is activity. I know you know your stuff but it's taken you five months to make one hundred posts and your links don't even prove to be all that recent, except for the first one... I dunno... This is not an acceptance or a denial. Just want to see what you have to say in response.

I know my activity hasn't been great post-wise, but I actually log on every day and just waltz around the site. I know it seems iffy but truly I'm here everyday and activity won't be an issue in the future. I'm even currently filled with muse to RP, which had been hard to find as of late. But now, I feel that I can keep up the activity and actually participate more amongst the site both as a roleplayer and as a staff member.

I honestly don't know. I'm gonna have to say 1/2 due to the activity. I'm constantly reminded of things like Waterfall as an example. You know your stuff yes, but the action with that is what lacks.

I know that my activity post-wise hasn't been that great. I admit that with Waterfall, I did not live up to the expectations I had previously stated. However, all I'm asking for is a chance. I really am more active than I appear to be. I come onto the site, literally, every single day. I always check around the site, and part of my more recent "inactivity" for staff-like posts is to blame for my current time difference with the rest of the site, where most things were already cleared up. I can, however, live up to staff expectations if required. All I'd like is a chance. I've already begun to start posting in such areas as character submissions and support, even if it's only a little. I'm improving my activity as much as I can when possible.

Not questioning his ability in knowledge. Hell he knows more then some. The concern is not if he knows his stuff, the concern is his activity. I'm not accepting, nor denying....yet.

If he falls inactive you can always simply demote him right? Its not like he comes on for one day and then leaves for a week, hes consistently active - that and he'll be a good addition to staff. Plus, I can easily think of the names of a few people on staff who are far less active than Iizuka.

But yeah, thats my opinion so I'll let you staff members do your job.

I wasn’t going to decline nor accept but Naga makes a good point. Some of our current staff aren’t that active and he knows his stuff. So if he simply goes inactive, demote him. 2 | 3, consider it like a trial period.
