[Kyio's post] 25/30 Soul Training C-Rank

Kyio looked back to see that she was roughly 14 meters away from her current goal. Though the distance was short, she new that progress was always good and this was making her excited to get back up and try again. So with a simple rat handseal she recalled to her body. She took a few breaths after the feeling of her body returns to her. It was nice to feel the wind blow against her face after soaring through the air in her soul form. But she had to keep her concentration on the goal. She eyed that stone that she through and she looked at the spot that she wished to achieve.

Kyio clapped her hand together, and quickly produced the right handseals for the soul ribbon link. Though this time she let the chakra envelope her soul in a cousin. She was hoping that it would be stretchy enough to keep her distance going further. Of course she used more this time, maybe it wont be so bad, and the extra chakra would help the process. She then let her mind calm down a bit and let some chakra build up before attempting the art of valintine. She formed the oval handseal and so to her chakra bent around the seal.

She then Aimed the seal in the direction of her marker. Now she is going to try something different. She projects a cousin of chakra out in front of her. More of a line of chakra, that would hopefully facilitate her soul as it travels. She also let the extra built up chakra that she had, form behind her so that it would at as a thrusting agent to propel her forward. So with a spirited "Hyia!" she let her chakra all flow and the technique do its job.

Kyio flew through the air like a soaring bird, her soul was screaming with delight. She could barely see her marker fly by on the ground. And quickly after she fell with a thud, though she put her arms up, even if it didn't matter, because of course the thought of a face plant again made her cringe. She finally wanted to check her progress once again and looked back to find the marker that she threw earlier...

Jinks' Indescribable Creep

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: A simple technique that creates a creeping sensation along those that is endured by the target.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The user performs a sudden moment of handseals and pushes their chakra forward towards the ones they wish to affect. This technique creates a creeping sensation over the target's body that can cause it to become panicked for a short amount of time of up to four rounds.
Limit: Must know Phantasm Perception of GenJutsu

Draven, next chose an interesting scroll, from his fathers bag of tricks. He figured this mite add a bit of mischief to his already growing bag of his own tricks. He curled a grin as he started reading it. When he peeked up at his father, he noticed that his father was smiling "What?" he said curiously to his father. And with a appreciation for him, his father said "You remind me of me, when I was younger." Heh, Draven thought to himself as he continued grinning as he read over the scroll.

He started to practicing the handseals, trying to memorize each one. It was simple enough, nothing he couldn't learn. And the chakra needed didn't look to difficult. The effect was interesting, he imagined he'd have to send small sparks of chakra off to his opponent to give that irritating creeping feeling. But, who knows, anything could happen and he would have to test it out first.

So he started to gather chakra after he was confident with his memorization of the handseals. He would have to project this chakra mass out toward his father so he let it gather in his hands so that he can push it toward him. He then slowly preformed the handseals so that his chakra can properly be molded through the seals. And finally he finished by pushing the gathered chakra in a sort of cloud to his father.

He then watched. It appeared that his father was starting to feel anxious, though there was a buzzing fly around so he wasn't sure if it was his technique or the fly that was doing it. Also after a short bit, he noticed that his father scratched at his side, again not sure if it was him or not. He did want his chakra to keep pouring toward his father hoping that the effect will take hold. And finally he would have to wait a bit longer to see if the technique will actually do what he read in the scroll.

Draven felt a bit chilly as some wind came whistling by, he could tell his father was annoyed by something but, it really wasn't the effect that he wanted. Maybe a bit less cluttered, with his chakra would work out, besides he would have to attack his fathers nerves with this technique.
So he looked over the scroll once again, too much practice with the handseals and the memorization is always a good thing. Then he started to mold his chakra.

He let his chakra gather up in his arms, so that he can shot it out toward his father. He then preformed the handseals, and let his chakra mold around them, as if communication to his inner flow of energy to bend to his will. Though this time he wanted his chakra to come out as a stream and sort of spray his father with it. This way he can let the chakra do all the creeping instead of trying to impose the feeling through sparks of chakra on his skin. Maybe this way it would feel more like what it described in the scroll, rather then what he thought it would be like.

He then let his chakra loose onto his father. With the handseals completed he was semi confident that it should work again. He let the chakra form at his fathers feet, and keep pouring more onto that spot. He hoped that the chakra would creep up his fathers body giving that irritating feeling. And finally he watched his father for results...

Draven was rummaging through the bag of scrolls when something hard hit him in the head. The pain forced him to close his eyes, rub his head, and try to look up. He barely see two figures standing next to him. He could hear his father chuckle, then say "Well enough of that, we have a visitor." As his father said this, he could see the other image. It was a women roughly 5'7" with long red hair tied in a knot, a Judo uniform that flowed to the ground and huge, well she was beautiful. As Draven was ogling her, he felt another thwack to the head, not sure from where but the lady had her katana drawn without him seeing it.

"Ow what was that for?" Draven said. All he heard was his father chuckling, apparently this was funny to him "This is Akane Makoto, she comes from Yukigakure, and she is a Protegera Tatsujin, and finally I have hired her to teach you." His father said, as his head was throbbing. As Draven was once again rubbing his head, Akane reached down and grabbed his hand roughly and moved it to the thing that hit him in the head earlier. It was a wooden katana "That is your new best friend, my Little Aho Youji. And this you will never take off." She was refering to the yellow armband that she affixed to his arm. "Now stand up, have your knees bent and hold the katana at your side." Akane demanded.

Effect: Allows the user to use Protegera Sheathed and Unsheathing Techniques.

Description: The user unstraps their katana from their side, holding it in the same position were it would hang, but free from the body. The main hand is placed upon the hilt of the katana, and the secondary hand halfway down the sheath. The legs are slightly bowed.
Limit: Must learn from a Protegera Tatsujin or higher.

So, not to impose any more unwanted pain on him, he stood up normally with his feet together, and bent his legs. He then held his wooden katana to his hip. "Wrong wrong wrong!!" Akane said, and with that, she pushed his feet apart to about shoulder with her sheathed katana, and then roughly took his other hand, and positioned it on the hilt of his katana. She then picked up the glass of water that was next to him that he drank out of before and placed it on his head. "Now you will stay in this position for a while till your muscle memorize this precisely." She said to him with a scowl that was worse then his mothers when she was angry at him.

She and his father then went off to the house, though he could barely see were the were at. He thinks they were by the corner of the house talking about something. This didn't seem that tough, in fact it was easy. Though he was getting rather bored. A few moments past before he noticed that same fly that was bothering his father came buzzing by, a bead of sweat ran down his forehead as it was flying close to his face. Now the challenge had begun as it landed on his nose. He tried to wiggle it off, but that only made it buzz around in a circle and land back on his nose. This was going to be rough he thought to himself.

A few more moments past, though he wasn't sure how long. It could have been a few hours or a few minutes. At this point he could not tell, because of that cursed fly buzzing around him. He almost lost his concentration as the glass on top of his head wavered. He could tell though that his father and Akane were still talking amongst one another. From the bits and pieces that he could hear was that they were haggling over some price. But every time he tried to listen in, he could feel his legs quiver. So he could only concentrate on keeping this position. Time slowly passed by as he stood there, his forehead was drenched with sweat and the fly felt like it was buzzing in his head as it passed by. This was excrutiating. Eventualy though he seen his father and Akane coming toward him. He thought finally he mite be able to rest.

Description: The user lifts his sheathed blade, catching the strike on the sheath in the area between his main and secondary hand.
Limit: Must learn from a Protegera Tatsujin or higher. Must know Protegera Shi-Shu Stance.

Draven finally could rest, Akane told him that it was enough and that "It will have to do..." As if he was still in the academy. Though he didn't show what was on his mind, another lump to the head would suck only add insult to injury at this point. "Ok my little Aho Youji now try hitting me from the front, and if your smart you will slowly do this to see my actions." Akane demanded. Of course not wanting to make her angry, he did just that but he made sure to keep his actions slow. Akane, simply raised her sheath along with her katana from her hip to block the attack. "Now you better be ready or this will hurt."

Draven wasn't willing to argue with that, so he dropped down into his stance, even though his knees were aching. Akane then raised her sheathed katana above her head and struck down. Thwack, the katana hit him right in the head, but he did attempt to raise his wooden katana to block. Obviously with yet another lump on his head, he had failed. "Ow ow ow ow ow!" he managed to squeeze out through the pain as he rubbed his head. "Get ready for another little Aho youji." She said as she readied once again.

Draven wasted no time in dropping his katana to his hip and being ready himself. The pain on his head reminded him to keep alert, even as difficult as it may seem to him. This time when Akane dropped her katana, he was able to catch it as he brought his katana up. But she used a lot of power and this made him stagger back. Akane just laughed at this "Weak... Try again and hurry." She said as she quickly raised her katana. She wasn't giving him any time to rest as he had to get back into position or risk another lump. Thwack, her katana came down, and again this time he could catch it. He didn't stagger this time, but he did fall back since the lack of proper positioning while trying to block.

Akane looked like she was enjoying this as she raised her katana yet again "Try again." She demanded with a cruel smile. Draven had to hurry to his feet and into position. She barely gave him enough time to orientate himself before her katana fell. Crack, her katana came down on his as he barely protected his front side. This time his stance was firm and he did not stagger or fall back. He cracked a smile as she raised her katana once more. he was ready this time for another crack at him.

Theys two continued doing this for what felt like a what seemed like an hour or so. The repetition was killing him, from his arms to his feet, every muscle was in pain. all you could here is thwack, thwack, thwack. And every once in a while there was an "OW!" followed by "Again!" There was no rest with this woman. I guess he figured though that was a good way of training even though it hurt. It was at least teaching his muscles to memorize the position through repetition and pain, as horrible as this may seem. A sense of appreciation fell over him as he got into a sort of rhythm.

Description: The user slides the sheathed katana up against their side, holding it in a position similar to the katana’s positioning if it had been attached to their belt, catching the strike on the sheath.
Limit: Must learn from a Protegera Tatsujin or higher. Must know Protegera Shi-Shu Stance.

"Ok enough of that, now like before attack me but swing your katana to the side and try to hit me here." Akane said as she patted her side indicating where she wanted Draven to strike. So he swung his katana with a horizontal strike. This time Akane simply pushed down on the hilt bring the sheath up and blocking the attack. "Now try the other side." She said to him. So he did just that and this time She did the same accept she brought the sheath around her to catch his katana. "Now get ready." She said not giving him a chance to gather what he seen.

Akane swung her sheathed katana toward Draven's side. He only had milliseconds to try and block. He failed, and with a familiar sharp pain that struck at his side, he staggered back. As he was getting back into position, she was already swinging. But this time she struck at his other side. There was almost no time to react and he was struck again "Ow, that's not fair." Draven said in protest. And, quickly Akane said "Combat's not fair so hurry up and block or keep taking it in the side."

Draven started to get angry. though this only pushed him to try and act faster. He finally after a few more hits to the side followed by a few grunts from him. He blocked a strick with the simple pushing down on the hilt. He even caught the other side when Akane swung on him. Eventually he found a rhythem just the same as the front block. But, she went faster with her stricks, and with a few more beatings from her sheath, he had to compensate for the speed.

It was not easy going, he even felt that the stance training was much easier then this. But with this type of style he knew that it could mean life and death weather he would block it efficiently enough. His speed with the style was slowly but surely increasing, and his focus to anticipate an attack from the side was getting better. But Akane always found a way to change it up and hit him. His sides felt raw and he bet they were beat red.

Draven was getting exhausted. The physical aspect of this Taijutsu was starting to pay its toll. He was drenched in sweat. But if he did not keep up his pace then he would feel the pain. That was driving him to keep pushing down on the hilt of his katana to block every strike he could. Another hour had past before he realized it. That and the fact that he was separated from his sister was also exhausting him. It was making him anxious and it was progressively harder to keep his focus, but he continued...

Embodied Separation
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S", "S + C"
Type: NinJutsu
Effect: This is the start of all techniques for the techniques within the Futakongo Bloodlimit. Since all children born within the Futakongo bloodlimit are born somewhat like Siamese twins, this enables the two twins the capability to be separate, to be apart and attack as two. The larger the rank the user gets into this technique the longer the brothers/sisters can be separated before dire consequences are made.
Special: ---
Drawback: Depending on which rank, if the brothers/sisters stay separated longer then it is stated, the brothers/sisters will never be capable of joining together ever again. When separated the two bodies only have half chakra each instead of one large amount of chakra as if they were whole.
Description: This technique with all brothers/sisters when together are born as if they were back and forth, this means that there are two heads but one body. This technique allows the users to separate their chakra, to push forth using their ability of their body molecules to where the users gain the ability of separating apart. When first learned, the D Rank, it enables the brothers/sisers the capability of being separated for up to 4 hours. C Rank enables them to be separated for 8 hours. B Rank enables them to be separated for 12 Hours. A Rank enables them to be separated for 16 Hours. S Rank enables them to be separated for 20 Hours. "S + C" worth of training enables them to be separated for 24 Hours.
Limit: Must be part of the Futakongo bloodlimit.

Kyio lay's down in the grass, the training was exhausting. She looked over at her brother and noticed he has been training with a wooden katana along with some one else. but she didn't care, it has been a few hours, since she was separated from her brother. She knows that, her brother Draven, is probably just as anxious. As some leaves come rustling by she feels that the time apart is probably a good thing, since in battle you never know what could happen.

Kyio sits there and contemplates a few things, one being, if she could subside this anxiety a bit then she could probably be more focused. Being fraternal twins and having this unique condition that they have, it is a necessity to be together for most of the day. But this has to change and if she could extend this time apart then they would be a stronger force, and it is a good way to continue their training efforts without having to come to together every so often.

Time slowly ticks by as she relaxes. She is now focusing on the task at hand. Though it seems lazy, she still have to focus on staying calm and ignoring the itch to meld with her brother. It feels nice though to relax after such intense training. In fact she focus's on this calm, it relives her a bit of this twin stress syndrome that she has. While she sits there contemplating and focusing on her calmness, she watches her brother getting beat by this woman who is trying to teach him.

Kyio grimaces every time he is hit by the sheathed katana that the woman is holding. She imagines that it would hurt her too if she was with her brother right now. "Poor Draven." she says to herself having some sympathy for him. But interestingly enough, he is blocking a good amount of the punishment being dealt to him. She continues to watch the two spar each other. Eventually she realizes that half an hour has past. She even found that the twin anxiety that she has, had passed. But still that itch was always there, to go back were she could truly get some rest.

[Draven's post] 5/30 Embodied Separation C-Rank [Both]

"Ok rest for a bit, I guess you deserve it little Aho." Akane said to Draven after her last swipe of her katana. Finally he thought, and he fell back into the grass. He closed his eyes, and took a deep breath. He could feel the wind pick up, it was nice, and refreshing. He was so exhausted, and sore all over. As he lay there he started to realize that he didn't feel any tension from being separated from Kyio.

He finally opened his eyes, the sun was bright. He felt an itch though, something like not feeling whole or something was missing. This of course was this tension that always builds when he is away from his sister too long. Being fraternal twins is tough some times, especially with their condition, and being away from each other. He figured it had been 2 and a half hours since they separated.

Draven wanted a glass of water, but the one that was near him spilled when he completed his stance training. But no matter, it just felt good to lay there and relax. He looked over to his sister, curious of what she was doing. It appeared that she was also catching her breath. So it wasn't so bad being away for so long, in fact he felt he could close his eyes, so he did...

When he opened his eyes he realized he had fallen asleep. He was getting really anxious at this point. He had to check a clock that was hung on the outside of the house. "Whew." he said to himself, because it had only been about 45 minutes since he closed his eyes. He looked around him and noticed his father and Akane sitting down with his mother enjoying some tea. Looked like they were talking about the garden and how beautiful the flowers were. Then he looked back at Kyio to see what she was doing...

[Kyio's post] 10/30 Embodied Separation C-Rank [Both]

Kyio starts to get board. The time slowly ticks away, as she tries to ignore her dependency on her brother. So she gets up and starts to practice her foot work. She throws a few punches and a few kicks. So she starts to think about it a little further, "Well I need to be more focused when I am away from my brother" she thinks to herself. So she shifts from practicing some simple fighting moves to taking out a Kunai.

She then starts to balance it on her finger, with the tip to her palm. It is easy at first but, with the anxiety starting to build again, this task gets progressively worse. Every time she gets the feeling to go rest, the kunai falls. But now she found a way to work on her focus of the issue, a way to try and extend and improve her separation tactic. So she continues trying to balance the kunai. Its a tedious task, and really doesn't do much else besides improving her focus.

After a while she feels she has a handle on balancing the kunai. She then starts to throw it up in the air and catch it gentely on her palm with the point on her palm. Now this was a challenge. The first attempt though left a small pin hole on her palm, that had a dot of blood. This left her with an agonizing feeling of going back to her brother. But she calms her self and tries again. She felt that this mite be an impossible task, but that is exactly what she needed to keep her focus. Over and over she threw the kunai up and every time when she tried to catch it on end, it fell to the ground. There was once though that when she threw it up, and it came back down on her palm, it stayed standing for just a second.

Even though the kunai only stood up for a second, it still felt like progress was being made. It has been about 10 minutes since the last time she thought about going back to Draven. But its also been about three and a half hours since she was there. No matter, she continued to practice her kunai trick, trying to improve her focus and her concentration while being separated from her brother.

[Draven's post] 16/30 Embodied Separation C-Rank [Both]

Draven was getting bored, and even though the nap was nice, he doesn't think that it really distracted him from the fact of being separated. And you can't really take a nap in battle so it would be a failed tactic in a battle anyway. But what he could do is practice his handseals, that mite help him get his mind of the tension of "not being whole" as he likes to put it to himself. So he started to practice some handseals.

Draven started out basically preforming them in the order that he was teached. Kind of like learning his A, B, C's. He preforms the first handseal, then the second and so forth. It was easy though, and his thoughts still wandered, and of course his anxiety built up again. So he thought to increase the challenge. He would do them faster, this was simple enough. But he figured it was good practice to do them faster anyway. He would try saying them in his head as he preformed them to drown out any other thoughts. But it still wasn't enough.

He needed more focus, some how anyway. The handseal practice wasn't enough, even though he was doing them fast, it just didn't keep his mind calm enough. So, he tried doing back flips while he does his handseals. He thought it would be fun, trying to complete a set before he landed. So he bent his knees getting into a position were he can spring backwards. with few simple words "Here goes nothing." jumps and arches his back, he tries to push his hands together and produce as many handseals as he could. Thud, his head hit ground, and his body followed.

Draven heard Akane and his father off to the side laughing. This was a failure, but he could always practice at it. So he got back up and dusted himself off, and really the pain wasn't as bad as the training that he received from Akane. So he got ready again, bent his knees, and with a push he jumped in the air and arched his back. He again tried to clap his hands together and produce some handseals. This time he atleast landed on his knees, but it still hurt, and he could only pull off a few handseals.

(OOC: uh I am having trouble trying to figure out how to train for this, so taking any suggestions, unless of course I am doing ok with it.)
