Heat Mastery Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to be around and work with very intense heats, helping by preventing burns and singes. Special: User gains automatically when dealing with fire techniques. Drawback: Requires dedication to the path of fire techniques. Description: At this stage in the user’s use of fire jutsu, they have worked with and probably been burned and signed with their own jutsu for a long while. They have a deep understanding on the ways to manipulate fire and take that understanding to a new level. This level of use allows the user to perform and master the use of fire jutsu without worrying about the minor burns and singes that can easily stack up in heavy combat. Limit: Automatically gained once the user has knowledge of 500 TP of Fire Release techniques.
Hanabi no Shinka (Fire Flower of Evolution) Rank: “E” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive, Pre-requisite Effect: Creates a small flower made of flames with six petals that are each six inches long. Special: “Hand Seals”- Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger, extending the left hand away from the body, then using the thumb, index, and middle fingers in a triangle-like formation. Drawback: This ability has no real value beyond using it within a combo attack. Description: This jutsu creates a flower made entirely of flames. The user performs the required hand seals, channeling chakra through the left hand’s thumb, index, and middle fingers. The left hand is then moved away from the body, and the three mentioned fingers form a triangle shape, while the other two fingers close like the user would make a fist. The built chakra then move upwards and out of the hand, sparking to life and creating a flower with six petals that are six inches long each. If the triangle formation is ever broken, then the entire flame disappears. This ability can almost be treated like a fighting style stance. Each use of a Hanabi no Shinka will require a set amount of petals to be used; after the petals have all been used, the ability must be re-performed. Any time that a part of the Hanabi no Shinka has been destroyed, so long as the whole flower is not destroyed, it will slowly regenerate unless it has been used for an attack. Limit: Requires the Fire Release
Hanabi no Shinka: Mi (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed) Rank: “D”, "E", "E", "E", "E", "E" Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Uses one of the petals of the Hanabi no Shinka to create a small orb of fire in the right hand. Special: The forward movement of the index finger of the hand holding the Hanabi no Shinka. Drawback: Uses one of the petals of the Hanabi no Shinka. Description: The Orb ability of the Fire Flower of Evolution is a simple cantrip. Once the user has the Hanabi no Shinka in play, all the user must do is move the index finger of the left hand forward, and one of the petals of the flower will seemingly fade. The user will then open their right hand, revealing an orb of flame that bursts into life. The orb itself is small, with a diameter of about three inches. The orb itself hovers about two inches from the hand. The user at this point can either attack or continue a combo chain. Each time “E” rank training is performed, the shinobi then gains the ability to create one more orb. However, the ratio is always 1:1 for petals: orbs, so creating additional orbs will still require a petal. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka
Hanabi no Shinka: Mi Hoshi (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Star) Rank: “D” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Utilizing an orb created from the Hanabi no Shinka’s Kyuutai ability, Kyuutai Hoshi creates a small burst of flame that erupts from the orb. Special: Throwing the fire orb outwards then forming the half Ram seal. Drawback: The user can be caught within the blast if it is exploded too quickly. Description: The user first creates a fire orb utilizing Hanabi no Shinka: Kyuutai. Then by progressing the attack, the shinobi releases the orb, aiming it towards their target. At any distance from that point, the shinobi may perform the Half-Ram seal (the seal that Deidara uses to explode his clay things), which will cause the orb to explode in a small radius, perhaps a foot in diameter. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Mi
Hanabi no Shinka: Mi Kyoudo (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Intensity) Rank: “D” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Doubles the size of an orb that has yet to be released. May also be used with all other Hanabi no Shinka forms. Special: Almost closing (but not fully) the right hand, channeling chakra into the orb, and then rapidly opening the hand again. Drawback: Can only be used on a singular orb once. To try to do so again will cause the orb to explode, potentially damaging the shinobi. Description: This ability simply doubles the size of an orb created by the Hanabi no Shinka: Mi ability, which in turn doubles the effects of other Hanabi no Shinka abilities that utilize that orb. The danger with this technique, then, becomes learning not to over or underestimate the effects of the orb technique after this point. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Mi
Hanabi no Shinka: Mi Shiruken (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Projectiles) Rank: “D” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Shoots between four and six darts of flame from a Kyuutai orb. Special: ----- Drawback: The projectiles shot forth are small, no larger than a senbon needle. Because of that, they do not do much damage and are easily counter able. Description: The user performs the Kyuutai, creating an orb within their hand. The hand itself is then crunched in slightly, almost like closing a grip on the fire orb. The orb itself will split into between four and six needles, at the user’s choice, which then fire themselves towards the user’s directed location. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Mi
Fire Style: Inferno Technique Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Shoots small gout of flame towards the opponent. Special: Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls. Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends. Limit: Fire Release
Fire Sparrow Rank: D Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates swallows out of fire. Special: handseals Drawback: weak; will fizzle out after one post. Description: The user forms handsigns and begins to heat the air around them in five concentrated spots. If heated high enough, the air will begin to burn in the shape of a sparrow. They will appear in a half of a second once this technique is mastered. Once formed, the user can send them towards their opponent with the point of a finger and a boost of chakra. The projectiles fly in a straight line, allowing for minimal control in direction while in flight. All though made from fire, they cannot do much damage beyond a burn since they lack substance and intensity of other fire jutsu. Limit: Fire release
Passionate Heat Rank: D, C, B, A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates an area of fire underneath the opponent, which will then burn them. Special: Handseals Drawback: If in the radius of the jutsu, the fire will also burn the user. Description: Rank D: Once the handseals are made, you must put your hands on the ground, and a line of fire will shot towards the enemy. It will create a circle of fire underneath one opponent. The circle starts as just a perimeter, but then fills up with flames. The flames reach about two and a half feet high, and can burn through clothes.
Rank C: Once the handseals are made, you must put your hands on the ground, and a line of fire will shot towards the enemy. It will create a circle of fire with a radius of three feet wide appear underneath the opponent, or opponents. The circle starts as just a perimeter, but then fills up with flames. It will only burn those that are within the radius of the circle. The flames will reach about three feet high and will burn though clothes.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) Rank: "C" "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank:C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user is able to blow small balls of fire that can conceal projectiles to damage the opponent. Special: Handseals Drawback: --- Description: The user performs a few quick handseals as they quickly take the same concept as that of the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The user then spits out or hurls out up to five small sized fireballs towards the enemy. Each fireball creates massive amounts of burns but does not burst forth in an explosion. As each fireball makes contact with something, they spread out the fire creating a more of an area effect within the fire. The user is capable of using this technique in conjunction with multiple secondary weapons such as kunai or shuriken. The opponent is incapable of noticing the projectiles until the fire is extinguished in mid air. This technique is used typically to hide or to be used as a diversion for more of a powerful technique. As a D ranked ninja, the user is able of shooting 5 balls of fire. After the user goes up a difficulty class, they are capable of shooting 5 more fireballs. Limit: Fire Release
Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: "C" "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blinding fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This type of technique is better used if the opponent is bonded down and unable to be moved. Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the necessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep, breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in, which ignites the moment they blow out air. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivels and swerves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is ignited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Hanabi no Shinka: Michiru (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed Blossom) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Causes one orb created by the Mi technique to revert into a petal. Special: The user moves a created orb in their right hand towards the left, and then flicks their right index finger in the direction of the flower. The triangle fingers will then expand and then close once more, creation a motion as if catching the seed. The seed will then grow back into a petal. Drawback: Takes three turns for the seed to grow into a petal. Description: See Special Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Mi
Hanabi no Shinka: Kahen (Fire Flower of Evolution, Petal) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Shoots a six-inch bolt of fire at an opponent. Special: Rat Handseal while Hanabi no Shinka is active. Drawback: Uses one of the petals of the Hanabi no Shinka Description: The user performs the Rat handseal while holding the Hanabi no Shinka. With that performed, a petal from the Hanabi no Shinka will separate from the flower itself and move over towards the shinobi’s right hand. It can then be thrown towards the opponent or further manipulated. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka
Hanabi no Shinka: Kahen Wangetsu (Fire Flower of Evolution, Petal Crescent) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates a crescent from a petal of the Hanabi no Shinka. Special: A forward thrust of the left middle and index fingers. Drawback: Uses a petal of the Hanabi no Shinka. Somewhat slow, allowing it to be dodged. Description: Creates a crescent of flame from a petal of the Hanabi no Shinka. This crescent is simply shaped differently, allowing it to move differently as well as giving it a different style of attack, curved versus straight, when it must take a chance to cut through an attack. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Kahen
Hanabi no Shinka: Nibai Wangetsu (Fire Flower of Evolution, Double Crescent) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates two crescents which are used to attack the opponent. Special: Moving to close the thumb, index, and middle fingers of the left hand, then stopping just as the about touch, and opening the three again. Drawback: Uses two petals of the Hanabi no Shinka Description: The user creates two crescents of flame which are then thrown at the opponent. They can be thrown in different directions simultaneously. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Kahen Wangetsu
Hanabi no Shinka: Shokushu (Fire Flower of Evolution, Tentacle) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Creates a six-foot long tentacle of flame. Special: Three closing movements with the left thumb, index, and middle fingers while the Hanabi no Shinka is active. Drawback: Requires two petals of the Hanabi no Shinka. Description: The user makes three closing movements with their Hanabi no Shinka’s triangle hand formation. This will cause two petals to fade into the flower. Within seconds, a long tentacle of flame will raise out of the Hanabi no Shinka, which can then be controlled by the user’s movements of the right hand. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka
Hanabi no Shinka: Shokushu Hirameki (Fire Flower of Evolution, Tentacle Flash) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Sends the tentacle rushing forwards to strike at an opponent at rapid speeds. Increases the maximum range of the tentacle during this attack. Special: Placing the right index and middle fingers together and then spinning the right hand before making a quick jab with that hand towards the target. Drawback: Reduces the size of the tentacle by ½ foot every time this ability is used, which also reduces the maximum range of this attack by 2 feet each time. Description: The user creates a tentacle using the Shokushu. The right middle and index fingers are then brought together and rapidly twisted before the user jabs towards their target. The tentacle will then rush towards their target at a fast speed, making it difficult to avoid. Beyond that, the user will have channeled chakra into the tentacle at this point, and as such, the tentacle will extend in length to ten feet while rushing towards the opponent, which can confuse the opponent who previously thought they knew the maximum range of the attack. Every time this attack is used, however, the regular size of the tentacle is reduced by ½ a foot, which will decrease the maximum range of this attack by two feet. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Shokushu
Hanabi no Shinka: Shokushu Hanasu (Fire Flower of Evolution, Tentacle Divide) Rank: “C” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive Effect: Allows the user to split the tentacle when it moves to attack its target, increasing its maximum length and allowing a single attack to damage multiple areas. Special: Extending the right hand’s index and pinky fingers while a Shokushu attack is active. Drawback: Only one divide is possible per attack. It takes additional time for the tentacle to return after a split. Description: The user attacks with the Shokushu. When moving towards the target, the user then extends their right hand’s index and pinky fingers, which will then cause the attack to split into two different strings (think a twizzler). The split tentacle has an additional range of six feet, while the initial one continues with its maximum range of six feet. Therefore, it is better to use this ability near the end of your tentacle’s strike, so as to surprise an opponent who thinks to have dodged the attack completely. However, a large drawback exists with using this attack, and that is that it takes a whole turn for the tentacle to come back to the user (and thus a turn again before the user can attack with it) after using this ability. Fire Style: Hot Ash Breath. Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to expel hot ash from their mouth onto their targets to cause great burns to their body. Special: Dog, Dragon, Boar, Tiger Drawback: The User could easily be caught within the technique, burning himself within the hot ash. This technique does not discriminate between friend and foe. Only lasts for one post before diminishing into the air. Description: User forms the needed hand seals and focuses chakra to their throat and mouth. Inhaling, the user releases a large wave of steaming hot black ash from their mouth, out towards the opponent. The ash quickly covers an area of 10 meters wide and 20 meters in front of them, leaving the hot ash in a 30 meter Cone expelling from the user, 8 feet high into the air, in about 1 second. This ash hinders all sight while active, except DouJutsu. However only remains within the air for one turn (6 Seconds). This ash upon contact, will instantly burn whoever is caught within, leaving second degree burns (B Rank Damage) along the effected body parts. Limit: Fire Release
Hanabi no Shinka: Mankai (Fire Flower of Evolution, Full Bloom) Rank: “B” Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Effect: Causes one seed to bloom into a full Hanabi no Shinka. Special: “Hand Seals”- Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger Drawback: Requires that there be only one petal of the Hanabi no Shinka in action, and in the form of a seed. Description: The user performs the handseals after there is only one petal left of the Hanabi no Shinka and the petal is in the form of a seed. The seed is moved from the right hand to the left, and then the left hand is closed. When the hand opens again, the seed itself will burst into flame, and within moments recreate the entire Hanabi no Shinka. Limit: Must know Hanabi no Shinka: Michiru
Suiton Soushi (Water Creation) Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius. Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals. Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals. Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters. Limit: Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Must have Water Release.
Aisu Soushi (Ice Creation) Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S” Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: With this technique, the user is able to create ice out of any source of water around them. Special: This jutsu when combined with Suiton Soushi can be used as a source for Hyouton jutsu without additional handseals. Drawback: The water source must be within their Radius. When controlling or Creating Hyouton outside of Hyouton jutsu then the user must perform the required handseals. Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can lower the temperature around a body of water at an incredible rate to freeze the water into ice instantly; allowing for ice techniques to be used. In order to go into a rank of this technique a member must first learn the water creation technique of the same rank. If one wishes to train into the C rank Ice Creation they must first learn the C rank Water Creation technique and so on. The radius at which ice can be made depends on the rank of the technique. At D rank four meters radius. C rank eight meters radius. B rank fifteen meters radius. A rank twenty meters radius. S rank thirty meters radius. Limit: Must have Water Creation Technique rank by rank. ex: D for D, C for C, etc. Must have Ice Release. Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit.
