Description: From the basic stance, the user concentrates chakra into their palm, building it up. The user then rushes forward and slams their palm into their opponent, releasing the chakra and sending the opponent flying backwards. How far the opponent is sent back is dependent on the rank of the user.

He was lying in his bed taking a little rest when a bird hit his window. The bird was holding a note that read. “Ziizika there’s no time for resting you should shaping your skills. Head down to the complex dojo and work on your hand to hand combat.” He would get up and get dressed in his basic clothing and head down. Once he was there he would do some stretches and start to think back.
Enter Flashback
The date goes back to when Ziizika was a little boy no older than 6. He was sent to leaf to learn from the Jyuuken masters in the mansion. His master was a 28 year old branch member by the name of Ling. He would learn the basic stance pretty easily and would proceed to be taught attacks. The first he would learn was The Eight Trigrams Empty Palm technique. It was one of the most basic techniques that a Hyuuga could do.
He would have to stand in the basic stance and focus chakra into his palm. Channeling the chakra into his he palm he would then rush forward and slam his palm against the practice dummy. He would make contact but nothing would happen it was his first try after all. He would tighten his stance to perfection and concentrate on the task. He would channel his chakra to the palm of his hand and rush the dummy pounding it in the chest.
The dummy would go flying back 5 meters he had learned the move. His teacher would then start chucking boxes at him. He wanted him use empty palm to force the boxes back. He get in to the stance and channel chakra into his palms. As the boxes came at him he would hit them using empty palm. Everything he hit would go flying back 5 meters then fall breaking.
[end flashback]
He would begin to walk to a disk launcher inside the dojo. He sit it for random firing so he would have stay on his toes. Eight trigrams empty palm the most basic attack in Jyuuken. He would into the basic stance and stand ready by channeling his charka to his palms. As the disks were launched at him he would hit them. As he hit the disk they would shatter upon the connection. He felt pretty good about this move so he would rush the dump and give a good trust with chakra built upon his palms. The dummy would go flying into the wall that was about 15 meters behind it.
