STATIC BROTHER.
Perhaps, just maybe, this was the end of his grueling work to achieving the infamous Shocking Clone. Sweat dripped down his brow, but he ignored it. Instead, that annoyance was changed into interest and wonder as the once static blue blob of electricity to his right was forming into a human shape. Changing colors, changing tones. He was so close. He could feel it. Slowly, his treasured Shocking Clone began to manifest intro reality. Colors became solid, a blank slate of flashing static became a solemn, emotionless face, hand and arms appeared. By the time the clone's legs and feet did, the thing was starting to look like his own twin brother. An exact replica- save for the static that crackled around its frame. A dorky grin appeared on Zel's face as he gazed upon himself, holding the dragon seal loosely now as he relaxed his body and chakra flow.
The clone stood still, its back straight, its face empty of all emotion. It looked like a drone, which he guessed was exactly what it was, but he found a sudden urge to move it. He hated to see it standing there like that, all still and unmoving, like a zombie. Instead, he wanted to see smile as he was smiling, walk around as he walked around, and basically act the way he acted. He figured that the reason it hadn't done anything like that so far was because he hadn't really put his mind to it yet. All of his attention had been focused on simply materializing the thing and making it present, channeling all of that static he'd connected with and weaving it together like a quilt. But now that he was thinking about it, something did begin to occur. A disturbance in the balance between his lightning based chakra.
Zel would frown as the clone to his right began to flicker in and out, like a steadily dying light bulb. The static and electricity that composed the being was becoming unstable, and the Cloud ninja desperately needed to reinforce his creation before the entire thing collapsed in on itself. He'd flush out the rest of the electricity stored within his flesh in an effort to keep it alive, leaving only a small enough trace to use as a link between him and the clone. His attempt would prove successful, as the clone would brighten to life in a brilliant display of static blue electricity- its eyes glowing like it was under a strange spell of some sort. When he felt his link being bolstered by the clone's own, newly restored chakra, Zel's confidence in the completion of this technique was restored. But he still had to face the problem of commanding and moving the clone with his mind.
He'd begin with telepathy- the fabled form of communication between ninja's and their clones. Words would be spoken in his mind powerfully, sentences and directions he wanted the clone to carry out. When the being did not respond, simply staring up into the air like it was looking at the clouds, Zel would resort to a more audible measure. He'd speak out his direction, "JUMP." But unfortunately, it would still fail to comprehend. Then he got an idea. Something might be interfering between him and the clone. Something that wasn't supposed to be there anymore. The clone was now self reliant. It didn't need to be connected to its master anymore via chakra link. Nor did it need to be fed more chakra. So gradually, Zel began to release the hand seal he held and took a deep breath. His command was on the verge of being spoken, before he held his mouth. If he was going to control a clone effectively in battle, then he shouldn't rely on words to control it. Thinking loudly, he'd transmit, "JUMP AND SCREAM."
Hopefully this would work!
