It had been a long time since the man known as Kashi had returned to the sea country. Hell, even to him it had seemed to be some sort of awful roaming that had grown in his heart. He quickly sat on the beach front, eating a small melon he looked to a familiar spot that had once been his own training spot. Master of the Kenjutsu arts had taught him all he needed to know. Sensei Saiku was one of the few greatest fighters in this region. He had spent many days and night staring into the starry skies. His goat like deminor at the time had grown to something he hadn't been before and yet it grew to his liking. The Goat man smirked as he recalled his training from long ago. It had been so long. Even the rustle headed young child that trained with him and his life long friend would stare at him in the battle field.
-Flash Back-
Saiku would stare down the long area with his two prodigies as they began to train. Kashi starred at his opponent who just so happened to be quiet an amazing girl. Her body was well built and her beauty only matched just so slightly. Kashi stood in front of her as he began his training in the Kenjutsu ways. She was young as well. He pale skin and cold look gave truth to her appearance as a young female of the Hozuki blood line. Yes, she was made of a liquid which made training a little more understanding. While Kashi was known as Capricorn to most, she would intern be called Aquarius. They would begin.
The girl would come at him with a quick slash. Her hand would tilt off the hilt and a quick slash erupted from the blade. Kashi was quick in his movements as he moved from side to side, dodging her abilities. She was quick to judge this man who seemed to be well disciplined in the arts of the extreme. Calu, the Hozuki student, would take her move and slash from the air. A quick dodge to the left would be countered by what seemed to be the Goat's only way of movement at the time. He was clear to not draw his sword until absolutely needed. A simple move from left to right was all that he could meet. She would practice her offenses while he learned the ways of the defense.
Kenjutsu was a simple art in Kashi's eyes. THat didn't mean it was wrong but more or less used for a defense to him. There were other sword arts that were better for fighting but Defense was important. The Hozuki was quick with he weapon. It began to blur almost instantly in his eyes. Kashi felt the wind and knew it was coming and cuting close. He moved to his left, he had no idea what was in store. The girl measured with an intense attack and with that, he would be forced to draw his sword. She was using strong attacks and the blocking was needed. His reflexes needed to be honed and quickly made more of a stance in his eyes.
Kashi turned quick as Calu came at him. Her long hair slithered in the air as the young man with horns watched her. He truely loved this girl and yet knew that nothing could happen in the long run. He was quick to watch her as she moved. His distraction would cost him. Her beauty took his eyes off the fight and with that, the blade was swung harshly. It wasn't until Master Saiku stopped the blade that would have been close to leave a fatal neck wound. A stern look from the master would cause the goat boy to take a bow and sit in a strange look. Apparently, Calu was not aware of his distracted nature...
