So. People are all like "amg so little staff!" and well, to be honest, I know i have more of a chance of getting shot down rather than getting accepted. But it never hurts to try, right? Now then.

Let me explain. The only thing keeping me from "proving that i help out" is the fact that most people get grouchy about "Staff only!" or whatever, or someone else has always answered the question. Now that's not an excuse but I find it unnecessary to spam a thread with the same exact answer that someone else has already posted. But I do know my stuff and I'm constantly learning more and more the longer I stay on the site. Erryone knows I'm always online too ~_~

I've been told several times that I'd make a good staff member, the only thing stopping me was the whole proof of helping out. I'm willing to answer questions and what not if I have to. If not, I have a back up plan of becoming a GM :D

+ Add a unit to the weight. Not to mention, that is a very large 8 year old. Try something a little more..reasonable?

+ For alignment, it only says Neutral, but there is True Neutral, Neutral Good && Neutral Evil. Since it only lists Neutral, I would assume True Neutral, buttttt i'd ask to be a little more specific.

+ Specialists are all crazy.

+ Instead of a weapon user may start with a Non Weapon item such as an Instrument. So you'd have to get rid of either the flute or gourd.

+ "Bob wears this large gourd on her back, filled with water to the rim." You have to start with the smallest gourd there.

+ Exploding tags are A-ranked, you are only allowed to start off with secondary weapons that are C-ranked and below. I do not see "Flashing Grenade" in the index, however there is a "Pouch: Flash" but that, too, is A-ranked so you could not have it anyways. It's hard to tell if the number beside each item represents the number of that item, or how many slots it takes up. Either way that leaves

Awesomeness, you even saw that a Gourd is not a weapon ^^

Only thing you missed is that this guy would need to learn the non ninja chakra skill (Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing) because he isn't starting out in a village. Which isn't much of a problem IMHO because of the enormous amount of errors I bombarded you with XD
