I've been an RP Teacher for 6 months. And enjoyed it a lot. I'm always up for helping people out. I've helped out in Support threads quite regularly. And I started a Questions and Answers thread in my RP School which served a similar purpose. In other words, I know my stuff quite well. I have at least a fair bit of experience. Besides, you guys need more staff right? Well, here I am.

I have to agree with kaeor, I've seen your arguments too many times. Its fine to have disagreements as not everyone agrees, but continually going at it because you have been told something you don't like won't work. And, in more cases than not, you are incorrect and your arguments have become unnecessary. You have to learn when to stop, because as staff there will come times when arguing does no good for anyone.

Also, I dislike how I've seen you act with rp students. You have shown a lack of patience several times and we don't need someone on staff who cannot stay calm with a member who misunderstands things. We want to encourage the new members, not scare them away.

Just because you are an rp teacher and you help to teach training, plotting, and battling, does not mean you know your universal site rules. I haven't seen you helping in submissions or support, which is a big part of becoming an assistant so i haven't seen a good display of your knowledge in that area, which only contributes to my decision.

Erm, I think what you might have seen was one single occasion several months ago where I flipped on Truce for asking me a question. Which I completely misinterpreted as him snapping at me. And the internet being the internet, things like that happen all the time. I have never done such a thing since.

If you don't believe I have the universal site knowledge. Then you, or anyone for that matter can give me a test. To prove that I do actually have the knowledge.

Being argumentative shouldn't be enough for me to get a complete denial IMO. But, its your choice, obvs.

if the majority of staff does agree, i still do not agree--further more believe that it is in anyones' best interest--that it should warrent a denial of all things. we all argue be it on staff, with staff or for staff, it's just the purpose to extend an arguement that truly matters [and she hasn't argued over anything critical that i personally believe would tarnish her name].

just keep an eye on her if people seem to be so worried, she should at least get a chance. after all, its as easy as to demote as to accept an individual, is it not? the fact she does want to help in a more influential way that matters at this point. that oppertunity shouldn't be robbed from her because of restless hesitance.

In her defence, first of all we need assistants, we currently have more Mods than assistants >.> The only problems with Kitsuné is her way of getting into arguments. She never had a warning though and the arguments were mostly about nonsensical things. Last argument I had with her was about the acidity of puke I think? Hardly something that would get her into trouble. I think that she should at least get a shot, if it's not working out then demoting is just as easy as Roko said. Moreover her personal Mod daddy/mommy is supposed to keep a watchful eye and to correct her if she goes wrong. I don't see much potentially going wrong should she get accepted.

I think that we could give her a chance, if she doesn't work out as staff, we can always fix that with a click of a button.

Alright. I take away my anti-vouch then and replace it with a vouch. If this is the mindset we're going to have about most applicants, then I expect to see this every time from you same staff members and not let personal issues stop good judgment.

I simply do not trust Kitty. Sorry, but you and me have more issues than Walking Dead both internally and chronologically. I've been observing you as well and it just doesn't seem you know as much as you should.
