Shippuutentei
Rank: A
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: One of the strongest Futon jutsus. Causes the wind to begin spinning violently in the air as three large funnel clouds comes from the clouds and spin around the user before coming together as one and causing a large sphere of air around the battlefield with hurricane strength winds that can severely damage or kill anything in the air. The user is protected as the jutsu forms around him.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Damages anything in the area, friend or foe. Must be used outdoors, when used indoors it can blow away the structure harming the user.
Description: The user forms the handseals as the wind above them begins to twirl. As the handseals complete the sky becomes dark and the clouds swirl violently. Three tornados/funnel clouds fall from the sky and cause damage as they spiral around the user before coming together in a large ball of wind that blows with hurricane strength winds. This move can be even more deadly if there is a lot of debris or weapons scattered in the battleground.
Limit: Must have Wind Release
0/80
Having found his a place to train, Aclime decided to go ahead and move his training along right now, without even waiting another moment. For his jutsu in mind, his hands would begin forming hand seals. They’d run slowly, as this was actually his first time performing the jutsu in his mind. After a few seconds, the hand seals were completed and he began to move his chakra around himself. The chakra would slow and gently began to drift out of his body. As he began to do this, he would simply sit there and try to familiarize himself with the currents of wind about him. A few seconds would pass by, and he’d slowly begin to boost the chakra flowing around him as he converted more of his chakra into wind. Within passing seconds, his chakra would begin to spin violently around him and he’d begin pushing this chakra upward into the sky. This process was very slow and yielded almost no results for the ex-kage-now-chuunin.
His chakra would travel very slow over the course of about thirty seconds, far too long for his jutsu to take affect. Suddenly, he could feel an increase in the movement of wind around him. It was a swirling motion, like the formation of a tornado. It was a very small swirling motion though, a whirlwind at best. Around him, leaves on the floor would begin to pick up and waft through the air. Still, the grass on the floor would begin to begin to billow about. It was suddenly about ten degrees cooler. This was a very small display though. He could tell his chakra was being wasted. He decided not to stop just yet though. Aclime had to see what else he could draw out of this technique as it stood. As he pushed out and focused more of his chakra into the air he could see the sky over head darkening. Before he knew it, the clouds began to swirl very slowly. Then they suddenly began to chase each other before it formed what appeared to be a cyclone.
He’d known all along that he was supposed to bring this down to him where it would harm his enemies. However, this didn’t happen. Not just yet. Instead the wind would suddenly pick up and began to blow dirt into his face. He wasn’t blinded, but it was hard to see exactly what was happening. The swirling sound around his ears told him that the wind was picking up. He was getting winded by this time, but the wind suddenly started to howl. His shirt was slowly tearing at its seams as the wind began to pick up violently. Suddenly, he felt like his body was not on the floor anymore. He opened his eyes briefly and looked down to discover his feet were just a few inches from the floor.
He quickly cut the chain and watched as the leaves and such around him began to drop. The grass stopped moving, and clouds above calmed and returned to normal. There was certainly something wrong he was doing. As the sky grew bright with the sun’s rays, he breathed out silently and took a few breaths, readying himself for round two. This particular area of the hidden mist was abandoned and simply waiting to be torn down anyway. If he managed to perform this properly, he’d surely speed up the process a bit. If he was lucky, no one would show up, otherwise, things could get quite messy.
