::Appearance::
Face.
Haruka usually has a soft smile on her face with glossy, peach colored lips. Her eyes are almond shaped with a violet colored iris. Her eyes appear to almost glow in the dark due to her long black hair contrasting them. The length of her hair almost reaches her waist but never bothers her due to the black hair band she wears. The hair band simultaneously severs as her village headband which identifies her as a shinobi. Her skin is fair colored, but not too white. In fact, she tans easily during the summer and can adopt a sandy beige colored skin. Haruka does wear some make up, but only on occasions. She wears no earrings; in fact she hates jewelry in general.
Body.
Haruka is very thin. Although she eats healthy and plenty of food, the young woman barely ever gains any weight. She is only 110 pounds, which is not common of a woman in her twenties, but it does have its advantages. Due to her light weight, she is able to run swiftly and easily. Compared to other girls her age, her breast are also small which doesn't help her self esteem much. However, Haruka is quite tall with a height of 5 feet and 6 inches. Her tall but skinny body may resemble that of a model's body, though Haruka never felt confident enough to feel like one. Her beauty is obvious, but she lacks self esteem.
Usual Apparel.
Haruka wears black tights with diamond shapes lined up and down the side of them. She wears black 2 inch heels that clack every time she makes a step. Her skirt is styled after a "daifuku" skirt normally worn by high school students, and it is blue with white trimming at the bottom. Her blouse is white with a blue collar and a think black bow tied around her neck. Her clothes are comfortable and very light, allowing her to move swiftly in battle without any problems. Underneath her clothing, she wears light protective armor to avoid any serious injuries from battle.
Summer.[/u]
During summer festivals, she wears a black yukata with pink and blue flower prints all over it (picture). Her obi is tied neatly around her delicate waist and is colored pink. She walks around with a small black pouch with all her money in it to buy snacks. For footwear, she wears traditional geta shoes made of wood around 2 inches high. Her hair is placed up in a bun with a pink hair piece clipped on to the side of it. At the beach, she wears a two piece swim suit colored light blue with thin white stripes (picture).
Winter.[/u]
During the winter, she wears a buttoned up black jacket stuffed with feathers to keep her warm (picture). She has many pockets on the jacket for any kinds of weapons or materials she may need to store. Around her neck, she wears a long checkered scarf. Her gloves are black and fingerless to give her enough freedom to do several handseals in one movement. When ever she is invited to a ball or any other formal occasion, Haruka wears a checkered black dress with black lace stitched through out the rim. (picture)

::Personality::
Kind.
By nature, Haruka is a very caring and considerate person. She seems to always be trying help others in need (especially injured and abandoned animals). Haruka can easily sense if someone is hurt or depressed and seeks to comfort them with what ever advice she can offer. Some may even describe her as motherly, due to her excellent skills with young children. At times, her kindness may even be confused with flirting, falsely leading males into thinking she has an interest in them. Haruka can easily befriend others due to her kindness but can make an equal amount of enemies as well. In fact, Haruka avoids conflict as much as possible. She prefers to talk things out before engaging in meaningless battles where others may get hurt. One may even wonder why she became a shinobi to begin with since she is so peaceful by nature. Even during late afternoons, you can hear her playing her viola to calm her nerves and anyone who is curiously listening.
Self Sufficient.
Haruka is a very independent person. Ever since she was little, she mainly took care of herself and her little brother due to the fact that her parents were too busy working hard to maintain the household. Haruka is an expert at cooking, sewing and cleaning. She can also make her own armor. When alone during missions, she gets the job done almost as fast as if she had others helping her. Haruka never depends on others to do her job for her. Nothing is ever too hard for her to achieve and give up on. She doesn't make excuses for herself and takes full responsibility for her actions. Haruka also dislikes receiving help from others. If anyone was to offer her help for a mission that only she was responsible for, she stubbornly but politely refuses.
In battle.
As mentioned before, Haruka often avoids conflict as much as possible. However, if it is mandatory to be in battle due to a mission requirement, she will do so. Her techniques involve standing her ground and establishing a defensive position. Her priority is to tire the enemy out with her defensive strategies and then making the final blow when the chance arises. Ironically, Haruka can be very violent during battle. She may even stop in the middle of a fight to ask her opponent if he/she is okay, and then suddenly strike them as hard as she could. Her "motherly" instincts may kick in, and the need to "punish" her enemy becomes stronger than ever. She may even begin to lecture the person she is fighting, making sure to tell them what is right from wrong. Haruka hopes to get the opponent on her side before finishing them off.
Stages of Chaos
Haruka's personality changes drastically due to the stages of her Chaos. During the first stage, Haruka is in complete control. She can analyze any situation she is in correctly and calmly. Although already very strong at this stage, she does not let out her full potential. Instead, she uses this stage almost as a "warning" to her opponent, hoping they would back off before going into her next stage of Chaos. During the next stage, Haruka becomes much more powerful, but still has alot of control of her chaos. Although she is very aware of her surroundings, it is obvious in her tone and behavior that she is very angry and expresses rage. While this is usually not her persona, the Chaos tends to make her this way. Her second to last stage of Chaos is the strongest she's ever been so far, and completely looses herself. The sweet, kind and peaceful young girl becomes a rampant monster, allowing nothing to stand in her way. (picture)
Disorder.[/b]
Though Haruka is unaware of this, she has amnesia since the day her brother put her in a coma. She does not remember the events of that day, therefore continues to look for her dead brother, thinking he had just ran away from home. Sadly, her amnesia is still prevalent and not only has she forgotten the events that has happened during the death of her brother, but also any future events as well. She may be in the middle of a mission, wake up and completely forget what she was doing in there to begin with. It is rare but does happen, which sends Haruka into a panic. She refuses to admit that she has amnestic disorder and continues to search for her brother who is already dead. The only people who know about the events that happened that day are her family members, but she has left them and has no way of knowing.

::History::
Searching for peace.
Haruka's past goes all the way back to the "Great War" against the Kamyuya's . It was finally coming to a close and the 6 remaining Kamyuyas that survived the ambush took their leave, never to return to the Sand Village again. However, Haruka's great grandfather, Dan'el, decided to stay in the country he loved and spent the remaining years of his life raising his family. Haruka's grandmother, Jade, was trained well by her father and was able to master the power of Chaos.
After years of Dan'el raining as Kage, his chapter finally came to a close when he passed away. Jade, taking the death of her father hard and losing her brother Ezeqel to the Chaos, decided to start a new life of her own away from the Sand Village. Her hopes were to seek out other Kamyujas and to train them to control their Chaos . However, she was going to do this much differently from how her father trained her and her siblings. Instead of using anger to control their Chaos, she was going to teach them to use tranquility, generosity and peace. She did not want the same thing that happened to her brother Ezeqel happen to somebody else.
Eventually, Jade found another male Kamyuja in the Land of Thunder and fell in love. They bore several children in order to keep the Kamyuja legacy going, among them Haruka's mother, Hajime. The family members settled into the village and Jade continued to train them through meditation. She taught them the ways of helping others while still being able to activate and control their Chaos. She showed them how not to lose control through anger and rage. Eventually Jade's daughter Hajime gave birth to Haruka and then several years later, her little brother Li was born.
A new Generation.
Since young, Haruka was one of the smartest girls in her clan. She trained diligently with her mother and father, but always loved going to her grandmother Jade for special techniques. In fact, she was very close to her grandmother and spent a majority of her time training with her. Haruka also balanced training along with household chores. She was responsible for her little brother, so cooking and cleaning was mandatory. However, she enjoyed this and constantly made breakfast and dinner for the entire family, since both of her parents worked hard as shinobis during the day.
Haruka was always praised and admired, while her brother was ignored due to his young age and inability to understand the power of his Chaos. No matter how much he trained, the boy struggled to activate his eye to its full potential. Haruka tried to teach him what she learned from grandmother Jade but it was no help. Li became filled with anger and jealousy as he became older, and at the age of 15 is when he snapped.
Losing control.
Two days after Haruka's 20th birthday, Li ran away from home. After searching desperately all over the village, the family members were unable to find him. Haruka begged her grandmother to help search for him outside of the village. She was sure that he had gone beyond the village gates and into the forest, which was why no one was able to search for him. Jade agreed to help Haruka find him outside of the village and they stormed off as quickly as they could. After hours of searching the entire forest, they came close to a large water fall where they found Li. He was trying to meditate but was unable to find the concentration due to Haruka calling out his name.
"That does it..." said the young boy, raising up from the powerful flow of water coming down from the sky. "I've had it. You told me I would be able to control my Chaos through tranquility and peace. I've tried doing this for 15 years of my life. It's gotten me no where..." Just then, Jade could see the evil in the boy's eyes. For the first time, he managed to activate his Chaos, and his violet eyes were consumed with black. Somehow, they boy was able to activate the Third Stage of Chaos, something that even Haruka was unable to do. Jade knew he was consumed with hate which is why he was able to easily activate it. Sadly, anger was still the more powerful tool when activating Chaos compared to tranquility. However, Jade refused to let her grandson get consumed like her brother.
"Haruka, get back!" yelled Jade as she took her stance. She had to somehow fight her grandson without killing him. Haruka watched in fear as her brother's eyes were filled with black. Suddenly, Li unleashed a powerful attack on the ground that would knock Haruka unconscious. Jade stood her ground due and faced Li one on one. The fight was short but rough, though Jade finally managed to tire him out. Sadly, just as Jade went to restrain the boy, he took a Kunai to his throat and took his own life. Jade cried hysterically for her grandson, knowing that once again she had lost another loved one to the power of their bloodlimit.
Amnestic disorder.
Jade took both Haruka and Li's corpse back to the village, where the family would grieve the boy's death. Haruka was in a mild coma due to the impact of her brother's attack and woke up weeks later in her room. Unfortunately, Haruka awoke with amnesia. She still knew who she was and remembered her family members and friends, but no recollection of what happened the day of her brother's death.
Haruka still believed that her brother had run away from home and she had to find him. Jade and the rest of her family did not know how to explain to her that her brother had killed himself, for fear that she would go into a deep state of depression. However, they tried restraining her from looking for a boy who no longer excised.
The young woman did not understand why her family members did not want to look for her brother and grew impatient. One night, Haruka fled the village in search for her little brother. She also felt that it was time to make a life of her own and to stop being a burden on her parents. She decided to follow her grandmother's footsteps and not only find her brother but other Kamyujas and teach them how to control their Chaos without fueling it with hatred.
