[Satu Akira]

Sittng upon a bench amongst the busy town of Waterfall, Satu awaited calmy for the clock to strike the twelve of noon. Leaning forward and resting his elbows along his thighs he closed his eyes to bask his face in the sunlight. “Fifteen minutes till’ showtime,” he spoke in a low groan as he stood up. Placing his hand his pocket he retrieve the headband and wrap it around his forehead, gleaming a bright glare from the sun. “Alright,” he mumbled checking his backside for his pouch before saying “Check.” Satu had always done this before he went places due to his absent-mindedness and next on his list was his shield and looking down he saw he forgot it “Damn…” he mumbled before starting to walk towards the academy for the meeting.

Walking a couple hundred feet or so he’d stop in front of the one-story shinobi academy that had been built recently. The fresh white cement walls untouched by an academy student as of yet, the school hadn’t been opened for use, until now. Today was one of the official days for the appropriate assigning of student and sensei, the formation of teams, and new bonds. Here goes nothing Satu thought to himself entering the large metal double-doors of the new facility. “Still unfurnished?” he said to himself walking amongst the barren halls and following signs posted on the wall of which directions to take to the room. Taking a left turn, the sound instantly struck Satu as he paused for a moment to listen “I requested one member, hopefully they listened to me…” he thought to himself with a distaste for mischievous kids. Taking a few steps forward he’d enter an already open door to a room with multiple Jounin teachers and fresh Genin and unassigned ones as well. Approaching what appeared to be a sign in table, Satu stared at the young Chuunin girl that looked to be around his age. Looking up with a pleasant smile, Satu couldn’t help but to smile back Damn right, she is into me! he said to himself, “Hey, what’s your name?” he asked in a flirtatious manner. The girl picking up on his flirty tone responded by lifting her left hand “I’m married” “Ah-Oh…Uhh.” Satu was left speechless unsure what to say “Your name?” she asked in an aggravated tone. “Satu Akira, I’m here to meet my assigned student, who is it by the way?” “Axel Inuzuka” she responded after looking through a folder for his name.

Whether Axel was here, Satu wasn’t sure, “Did he sign in yet?” and with a flick of a wrist the young lady searched for his name.

"Inuzuka, Axel.. Inuzuka, Axel.. Inuzuka.. Axel. Here we go." The woman tried to find the information as hastily as she could still crude about the man's advances. "Apparently he hasn't signed in but there is a note here from his academy teacher that says he often left class to spend time by the waterfall by the village entrance." She spoke calm and quick giving the man the folder for the young Inuzuka. "Have a good day."

AXel sighed softly sitting back against the cliff wall next to the grand waterfall, the spray filled the air and made it incredibly cool and humid, which of course was part of Axel's Bloodline, The Kaishin, buuuut Axel stayed true more to his clan then his blood. Hime happily laid across Axel's lap wagging her tail and bobbing her head gently. "Registration is troublesome huh girl?"

Hime looked down a bit thinking before leaning up and nipping her owner obviously displeased by his choice to skip out. "Hey girl what do you expect? my first team leader was the Takikage himself and he skipped out after one of our teammates killed himself. I'm not exactly expecting much from any leader" Hime shook her head and set it back down knowing i had a point. "I hope this one won't mind me wanting to get out of that dank building."

“Ehhh??” Satu said having the folder basically thrown at him I guess I don’t do too well with married women, he said to himself talking a step back to open the folder himself. Taking a look inside he instantly closed it and sat it back on the table “No need for all that, too evasive for my taste” he said with a grin before walking out the door. Well this is a drag… I came here and missed peeping at the spa, for this? he thought to himself as he’d head to the village gates. Approaching the water just ahead of the gates, he’d sigh before submerging and as he made his way into the water he’d think to himself I wonder how my first student will be… Reaching the other side he’d exit the water to find a teenager around the age of 18 or so with a large dog. Stopping just short of ten feet he’d ask with both hands in his pocket and soaking wet “Are you Inuzuka, Axel?” with an unsure tone and a lighthearted smile upon his face.

"Are you Inuzuka Axel?" The man's reverberated off the crashing wall of water to the boys ears making him look up to see a man with a kind smile on his face as well as both hands in his pockets. Axel cautiously tilted his head while his eyes analyzed the mans posture and cold see a glimpse of a pouch on his hip but the man seemed cool and relax rather then tensed to attack. Hime got off of Axel as he shifted and walked over to the man with Hime a bit ahead of him.

"Yep I'm Axel, Got it Memorized?" Axel gave the trademark Inuzuka grin to the man stretching the crimson marks that adorned his cheeks while pointing to his temple as he said 'memorized'. Hime bowed politely to the man taking in his feel and pheromones reading his intent while I held my hand out to him. "And I take it since you came here looking for me the uptight check at the sign in desk gave my sensei my info and that is you?" Axel asked stringing along the sentence and pointing at him nonchalantly after shaking his hand.

Satu continued to stare with a smile upon his face, examining the boy’s physical features closely as he awaited a response, but as the dog drew closer, his eyes shifted downward for a moment before looking back up at Axcel. “Yep I'm Axel, Got it Memorized?” asked the boy before bowing politely and going on to state a conjecture while extending his hand as a gesture of kindness. “Yeah, I’m Satu Akira, nice to meet you,” responded Satu extending his right hand out to shake hands with a smile upon his face “Wow, large dog though, am I right to assume that is a shinobi dog?” he asked wanting to know whether this dog was truly his partner or just a pet following around his owner. Satu observed carefully and didn’t take the time to examine the boy’s chakra, not yet at least, he felt it was a skill wasted if used unwisely.

"Yeah, I’m Satu Akira, nice to meet you, Wow, large dog though, am I right to assume that is a shinobi dog?" The man checked over Axel seeming to study him as well before checking out Hime,

"Wolf, and yes she is my partner" Axel grinned and crouched down petting and ruffling his wolf's fur fur making her nuzzle and lick his hands before gently padding over to Akira and nuzzles one of his hands that resided in her pockets wanting to be petted. "Heh she likes you Satu"

Satu seemed to shift his eyes slowly down at the sensation of her nose brushing up against his pants pocket, Heh, I guess I can attract some ladies, just not the kind I like… he thought to himself slowly sliding his hand out of his pocket and patting her on the head. “Heh, she likes you Satu” said Axel as Satu looked back towards him with a smile “How old are you by the way?” asked Satu. The boy seemed a bit old for a genin since most shinobi his age were Chuunin. Satu’s eyes fixated on the boys as he’d begin to probe the the young man and his dogs chakra, identifying it and placing it in memory.

Advanced Chakra Sensing

Effect: A technique used to differentiate between chakra signatures.

Description: This skill is used in conjunction with Mind’s Eye of the Kagura. This passive ability allows the user to differentiate between separate chakra signatures. A person will be able to tell if the chakra is that of a human or an animal. Also once the user sees an individual’s chakra signature once they will automatically recognize that persons chakra signature from then on.
Limit: Must know Mind’s Eye of Kagura.

Hime wagged her tail happily before returning to Axel's side and sitting down watching the two talk. "I'm seventeen, I know I'm kinda behind other people... I had a hard time when my parents were killed and I had trouble getting back on track" Axel told Satu his reason and age before grinning a little. "I really have a lot of lost ground to make up" Satu's eyes would see that Axel's chakra was in the mid-to-high range for a gennin.

Satu continued to stare as the boy spoke about his parents being killed and felt a little disconnected, he’d never had to deal with that kind of loss, other than his brother. Thinking for a moment he’d make up his mind to not to delve further in the boy’s past but to rather ask about his present and future. “Well, I suppose you’ve been assigned accordingly. I just have two questions for you, the first being, what are your current and future goals in life and how do you plan to reach them?” asked Satu. This question was the same question he was asked when he was a genin and he’d wanted to continue the traditional cycle. The second question however could not be answered with words, but shown through action. Who knows, we might actually make an excellent team… I’m smart enough to come up with a plan for nearly every situation, the only variable we may have trouble with is conflicting personalities. he thought to himself awaiting a reply.

“Well, I suppose you’ve been assigned accordingly. I just have two questions for you, the first being, what are your current and future goals in life and how do you plan to reach them?” Satu seemed a bit distant after Axel told him about his past but he quickly changed the flow of the conversation with his question. Axel grinned and knew exactly what he would say but decided to play coy by rubbing his chin in a thoughtful manner before responding to the older man "I, Axel Inuzuka, am going to become a Sannin of the great hidden waterfall village and I plan to reach that goal by blazing forward and never giving up on my dream" Axel made fist as his eyes burned with a passion that would counter his blood heritage of water and ice.

Satu left eyebrow rose slightly at the odd display of thought shown from Axcel, Haha, weird... he thought to himself. Hearing the word 'Sannin' leave his lips left him a little unsatified, Sannin? Huh, never heard someone aspire to be something like that, Kage, best ninja, or something... But Sannin is for elderly ninja, no one ever aspires for that at his age... he thought to himself but after realizing it was his dream, acknowledged it. "Sannin ey? And how do you plan on reaching a status like that?" asked Satu removing his hands from his pocket and placing them on his hips.


OCC: After this basic stuff is out of the way, we'll really start RP'ing.

"Sannin ey? And how do you plan on reaching a status like that?" Sayu asked Axel after taking a bit more serious stance. He thought about it for a second before shrugging honestly and looking at the man. "I'm honestly not sure I just know I have to be strong and respected by the village so I plan on training hard and doing a lot of missions" Axel grinned softly at the man figuring his path was rough to start off with but a goal to aspire to.

Satu sighed lightly at the most typical response in the world, he wanted fire in the boys eyes and passion in the words he spoke, at least that is always how he envisioned his first student to be. He has the right idea, but the path he is paving is a little rough, looks like I need to show him how to smooth out the edges he thought to himself as he rose his left hand adjust his forehead protector slightly. “Well, I’m not going to beat around the bush, you achieving Sannin is a nearly impossible task…” he said in a serious tone but after pausing of a moment continued “But notice I didn’t say impossible.” A smile seem to gleam across his face as he stared at the boy “Now, let’s get down to business… In an hour, I want you to meet me at the old training area, where our former Takikage trained, Iizuka. His teacher was Azrael, although Azrael died a while back, his student turned out to be quite famous in the village despite being a Genin… I don’t exactly believe in luck, but who knows…” he said with a grin. “However, before we begin the process, do you have any questions for me?” he asked, wanting to ensure he was understood.

The area had been a training spot used by Azrael, a former Jounin of the village and a hero to Satu so to speak, his tales of confronting a kage, made him feel like there was some hope in the world.

“However, before we begin the process, do you have any questions for me?” Satu smiled at Axel after explaining that becoming a sannin would be difficult and he thought about the question the older man had given him. Axel pondered before looking up at him with a look that let the man know he would take him serious. "What goals do you have Satu?"

Satu’s eyes seemed to wander at the question asked by Axel, it had been a long time since he ever told someone his goal, even himself. Eyes peering off into the distance of the sky, his hands resting upon his waist “To protect my friends and family. That is my only goal, as long as there is still life in me, I’ll fight for my friends and my ideals.” he’d say calmly, shifting his eyes back to the boy. “Now… For the fun to begin, be there in an hour, okay?” Satu had a huge grin upon his face, he hadn’t cared what Axel thought of his goal, only that he’d follow through on it no matter what. I’ve encountered loss before… And I never want to feel that way again… That is why I specialize in defensive/infiltration jutsu, I’ll never lose a comrade again! he thought to himself.

A split second after making his statement a brush of grass could be heard shifting behind Satu, a Jounin appeared with the body flicker technique, five meters away. Sensing the Jounin instantly, Satu recognized who it was “Oh hey Ginta,” Satu said looking back for a moment before looking back at Axel “See you in an hour,” Satu whispered before turning to face the Jounin “We need to talk…” the Jounin said. “Alright,” responded Satu placing his hands in his pockets and following the Jounin elsewhere, leaving Axel to reflect on what Satu had said.

“To protect my friends and family. That is my only goal, as long as there is still life in me, I’ll fight for my friends and my ideals. Now… For the fun to begin, be there in an hour, okay?” Satu grinned at Axel after telling him in the response made Axel feel a bit warm and trusting about the man. soon after Axel and Hime both heard the brush of grass as Hime stiffened into a stance and Axel reached back into his pouch for a trenching knife.

The two both calmed as they saw Satu greet the jounin as he appeared, apparently he needed to speak to Satu about something he waved at Axel before leaving with the jounin and Axel looked at Hime shrugging before climbing onto her back and patting her head. The two headed to the training area intently waiting and having nothing else to do.

Arena
Following the Jounin a few paces back behind a large tree, they stopped to speak. “What’s up” asked Satu. Ginta had always been the serious ‘to the point type,’ uninterested in small talk. “The preparations are finished and I also have some information regarding Kago, your brother.” The comprehension of his brother’s name sent the calm cheerful man into a worried wreck in that instant, time seemed to move fast and further explanation seemed to be taking too long “Well?! What did you find?!” “An abandoned compound, where it’d been known to be used for a religious group, Jashin. They’re known for taking people as sacrifices and we found the blood of your brother, lots of it.” Satu took a step back in awe, he always believed his brother was alive, but this meant he didn’t die as a shinobi but was slaughtered like a lamb.

“Calm down, you still have student to look after” said Ginta as Satu took a deep breath to gain his composure. “I’m fine…” Satu said in a mumbled tone grasping his temples and rubbing slowly in an attempt to relieve the strain of his head. “Well, I’m off… See ya’” said Satu leaping off into the to the training area inside the village.

It was a large area, training ground three as it was called, held an empty filed of trees and rocks and on the outskirts of this field lay trees that encompass it. This training field had not been used since Azrael and Satu felt like maybe Azrael’s luck would rub off on his small team. By the time he reached there it was thirty minutes left till the time and preparations had already been made. On top of a large rock sit a note with a kunai lodged into it. Examining that all the preparations were made correctly, Satu would start his own by extending his left arm just a meter from the rock. His bugs began to slowly creep out as he gave them orders to enter the earth just below the large rock and kunai. As the bugs entered slowly, Satu would take a step back to see his buckler shield sitting aside the rock, picking it up he’d place it on and walk off into the distance of the surrounding trees to watch. The rock was at the center of the field with a fifty meter radius from the surrounding trees.

Mushi Funshutsu no Jutsu (Bug Eruption Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: After sending kikai into the ground, when the user wills it, the bugs will erupt like a geyser from underneath the opponent. The ground will rumble a bit before this happens, taking about three seconds before eruption after the rumbling starts. Once the bugs come out, they will come out with the pressure of a geyser, and afterwards begin to cover the opponent and attack.
Special: None.
Drawback: Needs to send bugs into the ground, creating a hole. Depending on the rate of how you send the bugs under and how much you want to come, the hole may be large and make the technique potentially obvious.
Description: ---
Limit: Must know Kikaichu no Jutsu (Destruction Bug Host Technique), and will also need to know Earth release.

Axel sighed softly arriving with Hime at the desolate grounds filled with rocks and grass. Axel tilted his head a bit looking at the kunai that was set in stone he leaned closer narrowing his eyes seeing if the blade was rusted and old or shiny and new. He leaned back and patted Hime's head "Can you feel anything girl?" she closed her eyes and sniffed the air, her fur bristled and leaned her head own at the rock pointing. Axel knelt down observing the stone without touching it in case of setting something off and tenderly slipped the kunai out while taking the envelope and reading the message printed across it's pale white face. "Do not open until 1 P.M.?" Axel tilted his head a bit and nudged his sleeve back to check his watch, it was 5 till and seeing as his new partner was a jounin he didn't risk opening it and disrupting a seal or other kind of trap.

Effect: The animal companion can sense a person's level of chakra.

Drawback: Has very limited range. Is not very precise.
Description: Utilizing an animal's senses, they are able to sense ones power level by 'feeling' there chakra. They can only tell if the chakra level is lower, the same, or higher then there masters and has a range of 10 meters. Cannot be used for tracking, being the animal cannot move while detecting the level of chakra since it takes so much concentration.
Limit: Any type of animal.

Satu sat and waited behind a tree, observing the boy’s actions carefully, “Alright, preparations should be ready” he said to himself aloud forming turning his head forward before sitting down and closing his eyes. Here we go! he said to himself forming the rat hand seal with his left hand. Focusing his spirit on top of the rock that sit before Axel, his multi-colored projection would appear. He stood there calmly with his arms crossed looking down at Axel in a serious manner “Good, you have no opened it. In a few moments there will be enemies approaching you, don’t hold back. I need to see what you’re made of. While encountering enemies, I need you to read the contents of the letter inside and someway somehow write rewrite it on the landscape around you. I’m unsure of your fighting-style, so use the kunai to write if you must. You have thirty seconds before you can open the letter, cya!” Satu said with light smile before dispersing his projection. He opened his eyes and slowly stood behind the tree before peaking back once more before signaling his bugs to begin the assault.

The earth began to quake beneath the rock and on the third second, his bugs would burst from the earth in a swarm and attempt to engulf the young boy and his dog, Hime. Meanwhile Satu watched from afar, seeing how the boy would react to it, having made preparations for if he somehow did manage to escape. Satu made sure his bugs understood now to take all of the boy’s charka and to flee if elemental jutsu were used, since they were indeed prone to them. Satu cared for his bugs, but they were considered part of him, a shinobi who never backs down.

OOC: You cannot write it in a single post and you need to find openings to write it. Please be as realistic as possible and I’ll be too.

Axel watched and acknowledged the man's projection while slipping the envelope into his pocket, he had to fend for himself for thirty seconds before he could read the letter. Soon after the ground started to rumble and Axel yipped softly with Hime responding and moving 10 meters away from him, he quickly weaved seals together making the area round him humid while his clothes became slightly damp. suddenly the ground erupted and what looked like a black and purple mist flowed from the earth, but many ninja knew this telltale signal of the aburame clan. A smooth grin graced Axel's face and he quickly weaved more seals and the temperature plummeted around as the dampened insects tried to swarm him.

The cold snap would either send the bugs into instant hibernation or kill them in mid-flight, Axel pushed off of the ground hard managing a graceful back-flip onto Hime's back and he leaned down onto her ruffling her fur. "Get ready girl this is gonna be fun" Axel weaved another set of seals leaning further onto Hime as his body became lean and muscular like an animal and chakra oozed from his muscles in a soft blue mist.
