Sithis moved his wrapped burned hand. "These wounds I hope they never heal. it will show that I have faced a hard opponent and lost. And made it out alive. Just like I outsmarted my Jounin." Turned on his hip he would get up. His hands hanging near his torso. "Made it this far. No need to give up. If I want to rule the world Might as well get back to training. " Standing up straight. He begun to close his eyes as he gathered his energy back into his body from the air. His body sparked up like and electricity. "Just a bit more." That electricity was converted into raw chakra. As it got manifested it. He opened his eyes. And begun to form hand seals. Before clapping both his hands together. A Sharp string was felt as he clapped his palms together. He ignored it for now. Though the pain was horribly. He again, pushed his body as the Lightning Dragon emitted not of a single hand both from both hands. His eyes half lidded as he begun to control the dragon. As it moved though the village. "Shit." He said. he felt his chakra being heavily drained again. he planted his foot down so he didn't drop on the ground. Guiding the dragon through the village took considerable amount of effort.

He dispelled the dragon. And dropped to a single Knee. He coughed blood at this point. "Shit, that's the feeling of hard work. " His hands killed like hell as his burned wrapped hands touched the ground's soil. He kept on going. He spit the blood out. And got up. "One more time wouldn't hurt. Right" he smirked. He had some more chakra left for at least one handed Dragon. Might as well do just that. he would form hand seals. Then clap his hands out, generating chakra into his right arm. he would thrust his palm out as a Dragon was emitted in a thunderous blast it went as far as going towards it's target. Hitting a Mountain. Moving his left foot back he planted it again. As he resisted from dropping to one knee. His body shook. he felt so weak at the moment. But he felt as he pushing himself.

"Son of a Monkey." He said slowly. He finally stood his ground. As he looked at the sky. Just a little more and I can push myself further. And master this ability. It would be freaking glorious. He again begun to gather chakra to his hands from the air. Using the Air's raw energy source and converting it towards his body. He needed this to regain his chakra. It was also hard to convert. But he finally managed it against he begun to stand upright. He would begin to form handseals. And Finally clap his hands against one another. "To think by now I would have figured out a better way to using this ability. Instead of being repetitive shit." he sighed, as he closed his eyes and focused his energy around his hands, before thrusting both palms out. And then Two dragons Came out from his hands. He could feel his hands shake, as they got more damaged. The dragons flew up as they traveled towards the mountain. Hitting both the Mountain causing a devastating blow. He dispelled the jutsu once it has hit it's mark.

He took a step back. As his eight year body begun to bleed. Well around his arms. "Shit." he said. "I over did it that time. It's blood.. But holy hell my arms string and hurt like hell. This is worse then being burned alive in that fight due to my stupid mistake." he pondered he got hit by his own thing that he threw, and both the enemy and him got in the cross fire. The women he fought just finished the job by knocking him out. However, she did leave him alive for some odd reason. His pride was horribly hurt he should have died. However, this meant he could encounter her again and ask her why she had let him live.

Alrightie he can do this one last time and he should be able to master it. he would begin to form handseals. he had gathered the chakra ahead of time. To save the trouble. His left and right burned hand was bleeding. As he begun to generate chakra into his arms in forms of eclectic kinetically force. He winched at the pain. "Gah.." he said, moving his left leg against the ground as he planted it so he wouldn't fall off. And clapped his hands. With a mighty thrust towards the air. He pushed himself and had the hands that he had thrusted out with his open palms had emitted two beautiful gorgeous lightning dragons from both his handseals. He had much more control over these dragons then he had before. After what seemed a minute of controlling them. Sithis had been forced to dispel the dragons, as he dropped on the ground unconscious. He was to spent and tired to go on for the day.

Last time he was here he has been Eight years of age. It has been Eight years that had passed. His third degree burns had finally been healed. And he was back at the training grounds. He clutched his fists. As he was holding off the chuunin exams this year in fact he didn't want to go. Not yet. Not from what he witnessed last year exams. Sithis was going to be learning a new tech. Today. It was a simple one. One that shouldn't be hard to learn. He was far above the class of Genin. In terms of Class wise. he was still a Genin by Rank. But he could fair his way against Chuunin and Jounin on his own. He smirked. This should be good. It had been eight long years. And he was still a Genin, his Dream of becoming a Wolf ANBU Was slowly dying. He should have been a Chuunin four years ago.

He sighed and took out a Kunai. A Single one his focus was a tree. He begun to focus his energy around his hand. In fact it seemed fairly easy for him to do this. Then he had when he was learning Lightning Dragon, though, in the Past Lightning Dragon was a B ranked Jutsu, and took more chakra from him, He was also Inexperience D Class Genin. Now he was a B Class Genin. He begun to charge his kunai up with Raiton Chakra. Once he had done, he would engulf it and would then toss, the kunai directly at the tree. The target was hit. However, the Lightning quickly dispelled itself. Sithis smirked. "I didn't put enough to balance, the Lightning with metal that's why." Sithis analyzed slowly.

"That does make more sense. I will agree with people there." if they so wished to judge them that was. Sithis walked back towards the location, took his right hand against the handle of the kunai blade. And removed it from where it was stuck. He walked back towards his position. And would then point the Kunai out. "Alright let's try this one more time." he said quietly. He closed his eyes, and the hand begun to glow. Once it glowed in an aura like way. he sent that chakra towards the kunai transferring it. And then clutched the handled tighter, as he begun to manfiest a forming charge towards the Kunai, once the Kunai was charged with the balanced chakra.

Sithis would flick the kunai at the tree, the charged kunai poisoned it's way towards it's mark and hit it. It would create a discharge. And would then release some small spark of lightning. "AH, Much better." He said slowly towards himself. he walked back and picked the Kunai up.

Drawback: Can only do enough to slightly numb and paralyze (Only for a quarter of a post), if the user tries to make it stronger, it will end up backfiring and paralyzing their hand. Can only charge up to 5 slots at once
Description: The user holds as many kunai/shuriken, or metal projectile for that matter, as they can, up to 5 slots in their hands, and charges them with electricity. Extra lightning damage is added which will slightly paralyze or numb. The projectiles will shock the opponent weakly even if they don't make contact, but at least come close to.
Limit: Lightning release.

Sithis smiled, it seemed he didn't quite master the technique. But no matter he will just simply redo it. It wouldn't be that hard for him right? He was the God of Death official in the Ninja world. Sithis held out his right hand out where the kunai was held tightly and begun to draw energy from the air into his body. Once that has been done, he would manifest it into chakra before drawing it towards his right hand and towards the Kunai. Creating a perfect chakra balance. He would then smile to himself and would then toss the charged kunai at the location of the tree. Once his target was hit. He would walk up pick the kunai up and walk back.

He would do the same repetitive thing he did last time. Drawing his energy from the air, onto his body and converting it into chakra, before manifesting and transferring it towards his right hand, he would then bring that chakra towards the kunai and charge it once the kunai was charged he would flick it towards the tree, and it would hit it's mark creating a static discharge. He would again go towards the tree pick it up and then make his way back to his location.


For the third time he would begin to draw energy from the air, onto his body, and converting it into raw chakra, he would transfer that chakra towards his right hand, while manifesting Raition based chakra and sending it over the metal of the Kunai. Once that was done and the Raition Chakra was balanced with The Raition Element, Sithis would send it towards the charge hoping it would hit it's mark. Once the Mark was hit, he would take his kunai and would then go back to the spot.

Sithis was going to focus on this month on working on Raition based Jutsu then the next month focus solely on Mission. The next Month back on Raition Jutsu till he mastered the art then either on Missions or next half year chuunins. He was sure he would be ready for next year's chuunin. It wasn't within Sithis's nature to care for anyone. However, he worried about the fresh Genin whom was going to the Exams. If he was ever to be promoted to Chuunin. He will challenge him into a Game. If he can outwit Sithis and defeat him, Sithis will hand his money, if The Chuunin Lost, then he will Give Sithis his money. Sithis was no push over, He managed to Survive being burned alive his wounds healed by now over the course of a eight year period. He Managed to Outsmart one of the Jounin's Elite Jounin, be trained by him, whom was also the Former Raikage. There was no way he would lose to a freshly new Chuunin. Ranked meant little in this world. Expect it held power and you can go on higher missions. If you lack hard work, talent, and experience you were nothing in this world.

"Next Jutsu, I hope for that Kid sake he makes it out alive." he clutched his hand, as he begun to focus his chakra into the palms of his hands. He begun to quickly perform handseals once this has been done he would then clap his his hands together. As lightning surged around his palms, and would then extend the hands out by slamming them in the air. With a Massive sparking discharged his hands both revolted back. "I got to worried for the kid. And I didn't focus." He felt his hands grow numb from the failure of the jutsu. He smirked. "What do you know. I actually feel the emotion of care. And here I thought I only hated my own Sister." He smirked. He would then shake his numbness off and smile.

Again focusing his chakra into his hands. He would begin to form the needed handseals and would then create a surge of lightning around his hand. Once that has been done he would begin to generate visible lightning around both his hands before he clapped them together and slammed both palms out in the air. Again this time the same discharge happened and knocked his hand back. It seemed he put to little chakra into his palms instead of a balanced type.

For the third time he repeated the process. Focusing his chakra into his hands, as he begun to seal the needed handseals. He focused his chakra into his hands as sealed for the handseals. Then he would clap his hands out and then release a bigger surge of lightning once he had thrusted his palms out into the air. The numbing seemed to increase and he failed again. This was to much he put into this it would seem. After what seemed to be an hour of shaking off the numbing. He had another idea in mind.

Form handseals quickly, he would then seal the last string of handseals. And clap his hands. Once he clapped his hands he begun gathering chakra quickly and sending that chakra into his hands, instead of inside he sent that raition bit of chakra on the outside in a balanced way before thrusting his palms out and creating a shockwave of lightning, as a blast was seen shocking any bugs within a Five meter radius that extended around a one hundred and eighty view of the five meter radius.

Effect: Creates a burst of electrical energy that zaps anything caught within the technique.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The attack, since it can effect many techniques, does little damage until higher ranks are achieved. Humans are unaffected by the technique.
Description: A technique utilizing the Raiton element, this technique was designed in order to kill bugs, whose smaller bodies and wings allow for them to be significantly weakened by Raiton based techniques. The user will perform the required handseals, building electrical energy within their hands. Completing the handseals, the user will clap their hands together and then perform an open-handed palm strike with both hands to the air in front of them. The electrical energy built in will be released in a one hundred and eight degree wave, extending outwards a distance based upon the user's current rank of the technique. At "C" Rank, the wave can extend outwards as far as five meters from the user, and is capable of paralyzing small bugs (nothing larger than a centimeter in height) for up to three turns. At "B" Rank, the wave is capable of extending outwards as far as fifteen meters. Larger bugs (those between one and six centimeters in height) will be paralyzed for up to three turns, while smaller bugs will be zapped and killed. Gargantuan bugs (those between six centimeters and twelve inches in height) will be paralyzed for one turn. At "A" Rank, the wave is capable of extending outwards for up to 35 meters, and any creature smaller than twelve inches in height can suffer from paralyzation for up to three turns, while bugs of twelve inches in height or less will be killed.
