He sighed and slowly, begun to sit down on the ground legs crossed, hands on his knees. And closing his eyes, he would begin to mediate for several minutes. Enough to clear his mind from his distress. Once that was done he would then slowly begin to focus his energy around his body into a full blown aura. And Begin to absorb Nature energy from the air into his body and empress it towards his skin.

He opened his eyes and looked at the sky once that was done he would stand up and then slowly, before forming hand seals before. He then extended both his hands and aura exploded from his hands as that had happened he would begin to slowly focus his energy and charka towards his hands, giving nice two thrusts before a lightning sized dragon two of them split from his hands and begun making there way towards the the air, before exceeding on impact in the air causing a huge explosion.

He sighed and extended his hands out once that was done he would begin to slowly focus his energy around his body and then send that energy out into his hands as he thrust ed both his hands out into the air he would then slowly begin to genetic Lightning based charka around his hands and then slowly send out a line of lightning which later formed into a quick moving dragon before it stopped and dispersed.

Once it had disappeared he would then slowly begin to sit down on the ground and slowly begin to close his eyes, he was crossed legged and then placed his hand on top of his knees, once that was done he would then slowly begin to quickly form hand seals and then extended his hands out, however not a jutsu but a simple example. Of him being relaxed.

After that was being done he slowly sighed and got up from where he was sitting down opened his eyes and slowly begin forming handseals once that was done he would then begin to thrust his hands out into the air and then slowly genetic lightning based charka from them once that was being done he would close his eyes and a lightning base dragon exploded from both his arms and into the air they twirled and spun around in the air before hitting each other on impact and then slowly. Dissolving.

He sighed and shook his head before he slowly sat back down and begin to make his hands being placed on his knees, he sighed again, Sighing would soon become a habit to not get pissed off or to release stress from his body. He would then begin to focus his energy around his body clap his hands and begin to gather Nature charka once that was done he would then slowly stand up and begin to preform handseals again opening his eyes he gave two big thrusts before exceeding lightning based aura around his hands and the twin dragons going into the air and hitting each other causing a massive explosion.

The Boy slowly looked at the sky and sighed very slowly before he would then sit down and close his eyes, his legs crossed and his hands on top of his ankles. All the place of concentration would fail. No, no, and no. It would not he had a patience of a 300 year old man. As if he was annoyed, he then opened his eyes and formed handseals after his handseals were formed he would begun to give nice two claps towards his hands, and then thrust both his arms out into the air. As he begun to genetic electrician and Kinetic energy and then form it into the jutsu. This was not animation of the Kinkiness, it was simply gathering energy from the air into his skin to form lightning based charka around his hands to form the Dragon. Two not one but two came out of his hands, they appeared to be looking like lines of laser rays, then formed into a bigger line then eventfully two dragon heads limited from the end of the rays, aiming at the sky with outrageous speeds, before coming crushing down and exceeding on impact with each other in the sky. He let out a smile giggle as he then slowly formed a tiger seal with both his hands, and then slowly begun to gather up charka from the air around and then distributable it through out network, after that was done. He begun to form hand seals again. And then thrust both his hands out. Yet nothing happened it seem he needed a better understanding of the jutsu or more practice.

His Conditioned was boosted up high as his adrenaline pumped his blood and rushed like a cheater running on all fours. Goosebumps hit the back of his body, in fact all over his body as he begun to get a sudden spark and chilliness. He classed his his trusted twice. And sent an electromagnetic Current around his hands after he had gathered energy and covenanted it into Lightning Charka. Shaking his head slightly.

A Burst of Black Lightning from both his hands came out in a immanent blurring effort as if it was about to Oblation a nation into oblivion. But it then faded, his hands burned like hell from performing the technique. Shaking his hands as he begun to perform hand seals his hands fast and great. He thrusted them out and then clapped before thrusting again. He begun to gather energy from his body into the Hands, and then his eyes Faded. And he dropped towards the Ground, Hours Later He had awaken. As he awaken, he felt tired, however his charka had recovered, but the stain on both his body and hands did not yet recover.

Shaking his head. He would slowly begin to thrust twice, to practice. And then begun to seal, as he sealed. he would yet again for the third time clap his hands towards, and then thrust them out. As that was done. HE would then smile. And Extend his hands more out. Before two Lightning Dragons came out from his hands and into the Sky. They Circled around each other in motion of ladybugs, and then they would exploded.

Sithis felt great he manged to make the just work twice in a row. However it came in a price. He looked at his hands and shrugged his shoulders. His been through worse. His fight with the Woman in Sand. Which was an epic fail. Each failure, Mistake, or wrong turn came as a successfully way to correct yourself in the present and future. To not fail again, and correct the mistakes so hopefully they would not repeat or happen again. He smiled, and sat down slowly on the ground legs crossed, Arm placed on his knees. He closed his eyes so they were shut, and begun to concretion and focus on his body system.

He could feel his body filled with charka as he was standing pluses through his network to allow the charka to go more flowly though his hands, build the energy around his hands. And then two dragon likes long Neck came out and stretched into the air, as they twisted around each other before exceeding on each other. He smiled at this and spoke."Time to go another time. This time I need to be more better in tech-quine, and not rush to much and get over exited. Shaking his head. He took a deep sigh and simply smiled.

Seconds Later he begun to form a Tiger seal and slowly begin to seal Yet again, he was rushing because he was happy he managed to do the jutsu. And he was hoping it would work if he rushed more and more. Shaking his head he smiled and and and then thrust his palms out a small type of kinetic discharged happened. And Burns on his Skin happened it seemed his attempt on the jutsu failed due to rushing. And not focusing.

He shook his head and simply sat down and closed his eyes, in attempt to calm down his nerves. The burns on his hands burned like hell. He got up and begun to make his body generate charka towards his hands. As that happened he begun to seal and then clapped his hands twice, before thrusting them out into the air. Before smirking as he generated Kinetic energy around his palms as two Dragons like necks came out with the There mouths and then drilled around the the air before expediting into the air.

Sithis sighed towards himself and looked around the sky, it sure has been a lot of time since his fight with the female. And he loved it she was great. She knew some form of Clay Jutsu. Which was rather good. He needed to get this jutsu mastered. So he would be able to form This epic lightning dragon technique that can be very useful for him in the Chuunin exams. Sighing again in a semi frustration manner. He would get up from the ground and he would begin to form handseals. Once those handseals were formed he would then clap both of his palms towards and release a static chakra around both his arms before he thrusted his hands out after that the head of two dragons had come out from both his palms and then it would travel all the way up into the air, and back down towards the ground before creating a massive explosion as well as leaving a creator on the ground.

He looked at the mess he created and shook his head."Oh well, The Jounins would clean up the mess. It's there job to clean. Or those garbage men would clean the mess. So cares right."He said slowly. He then decided to do the whole thing again just so he can retrain it it. And try to make it better. He sat down on the ground slowly and closed his eyes his hands placed on his knees. As he begun to focus and concretion building up chakra around the air into his body once that was done he would then stand up. And begin to form handseals. Before clapping together and thrusting his hands out into the air. Once that was done two dragons came out from his palms and spited into two individual Dragons. And again was aimmed at the mess he created the dragons rushed over to the area at lightning based speed as they caused down and created a bigger creator after a huge poof of smoke was cleared, Sithis smiled and spoke."Well, there going to have a hard time cleaning all this up" he said slowly towards himself.

It brought a smile towards his face at the havoc, carnage, and destructive he was causing right now. Know what the best part was. No one gave a damn about it. Because he was not caught yet. So yeah lucky him right? Or maybe not? Maybe it was just his sense of being that caused this to be done the way it was done. It was interesting his plans that was. And the things he had done. That had gone unnoticed. He left the Village to just to travel without the Kage's Permission. Returned to the village without a Handband because it was stolen, his left or right arm and shoulder bore third degree burns, he was all healed after wards. By the Village Funds. And he can care less.

However he still had a home to go to at the minute and he can call Cloud Home. Even though he didn't want to call it home. Regardless of that it was time to get back to training he would form handseals again, and clap his palms together creating a static aura around his arms. Before thrusting into the air and releasing two dragon who moved in rapid speed and would aim at the same spot the ground. Which would cause more havoc and mayhem.

Sithis would then stand up and smile at himself as he would then begin to focus his energy reading around his body before infusing his chakra around the air and then bringing it towards his body once that was successfully done he would then begin to form handseals and then his entire arm went up in lightnings. Well both his arms, he would thrust both his palms Out into air. As two dragons appeared from his palms. Emerging fast as they moved into the air with rapid lightning speed. It was impressive to say the least at the same time he was getting bored of practicing the same thing over and over again. He could have guessed he had used this B rank jutsu during learning over ten or twenty times and it was getting very trying. He needed rest. Everyone had there limits even Sithis. Who thought himself above everyone. Once the Dragons hit the Ground he would then lay down and Rest.

After resting twenty Four Hours. He would awake, go home do his daily Duties, Brush his teeth, bath, etc. And then come back to the training field to train. HE had forgotten what kind of mess he had left. during when he was training. The Mess was rather intense. And not only that. The training field was all disfigured from the Dragon hitting it over and over again. Oh well right?

Without any care and being rested and his chakra refreshed. He would begin to form handseals and then close his eyes as he begun to summon chakra from the air into his body and then thrust both arms and palms out into the air as before a lightning dragon had emitted from his palms. However that dragon within four seconds of coming out dispelled. It seemed he had rushed the Jutsu. To fast, which annoyed him now because he had to do it again. Which he had a whole day to do this training over and over again to prefect it.

Sighing towards himself in an intersection frustration. He would open his eyes, and take slow. Breaths to calm himself down from this intense frustration. As that was done he would then form handseals once he was come, grabbing chakra from the air and then moving it slowly into his body, before manifesting that chakra into his arms. And then thrust his palms out. Once that was done, a dragon emerged from his palms moving in fast motions as it hit the ground again.

Shaking his head slightly in frustration. Man this was getting rather tiring to be honest, he has been doing this over and over again, time after time and he manged to progress only so little, which only amused him ever more slightly. It was getting rather annoying yet it was very interesting how his progress had went up dramatically. To think he had come so far as to give up was piratically not even an option his goal was to rule the world not do some tiny tiny little games of fun. He needed to get stronger, Faster, Bolder, and much more powerful then the entire world combined how was he going to do this was surely a big mystical idea.

He got up and begun to slowly form handseals once he had done this he would then begin to to thrust his hands out and two lightning dragons swirled towards from the palm of his hands. The Lightning Dragons Swirled around the air, before he directed them down towards the ground where they had then manged to crush down down and cause a huge dent on the ground. He smiled at the sighs of accomplishment.

He sighed closely towards himself before he moved his hands again to form hand seals. He was beginning to think. I surely have gotten the swing of these things, I might be better then everyone else. I will be the one and only Dread Father of the world. he thought slowly towards himself. Before he thrusted his hands out and the twin dragons came out of his hands, and made there way towards the air before slamming down on the ground.

Looking at the sky he then got up and begun thinking towards himself. I think it would do well to say that I have made quite the progress here. He thought slowly towards himself. Before closing his eyes and sighing once more, out of pure boredom. HE then begun to form handseals again and begun to manifest chakra around his hands from an outside source. Then thrusting his hands out once that has been done. And Two dragons came from his palms. One on each palm These dragons swirled around in a circle fashion like a malstorm, and slammed down very down from the air back towards the ground.

Being very proud from what he had done he would then begin to sit down slowly on the ground and regroup his thoughts so he is able to do more without any lost of major fatigue. He would then slowly begin to come up after gathering some thoughts and begin to again form hands seals, after that was done he would open his eyes his eyes wide and open, more focused then ever as he brought his hands near his chest before thrusting them out into the air.

He would then slowly begin to focus the chakra from his body to the hands, then genetic them towards his palms. And then send his chakra out in form of Lightning that made it's way towards the A Dragon Form, and then rushed towards the air before crushing down slowly on where it had been standing causing the earth to be dented.

He then sighed and begun to repeat the process however the sighing was frustration rather then annoyance, through there was some annoyance there. Because he was trying to get everything set up perfectly and it was not going his way which he did not like. He was the type to like to get done perfectly and greatly for himself. Not to be unperfect or flawed. Though he was very flawed indeed, his cockiness for one was a huge flaw as well as perfection.

He then snapped back to reailily after thinking hard. And then begun to form handseals once he had formed handseals he would then begun again to focus his chakra around his body and extract it towards his hands, before bringing both his hands towards his chest, now clapping his hands and thrusting both his palms out at once a dragon had made itself way out of both his hands, not one but two dragons, before they had crushed down slowly towards the ground.

Sithis looked at the training place. Man he was spent as a Genin he was still trying to learn this B rank Lightning Release Jutsu. He would clap his hands and would then begin to form handseals. Once that was done, he begun to channel his energy and send his lightning towards the area in form of a Dragon. First it was easy in fact. The Dragon zoomed from both his hands really fast. Sithis focused his being and energy on the hands as he controlled where the Lightning Dragon had gone. Once after serveral moments passed. Sithis simply dropped on the ground on both his knees. "Shit that's tiring." The kid cussed. he looked back and simply got back up. "I can't stop here I gotta keep on going no matter what you know?" he said quietly to himself. Once that was done he would then begun to form handseals.

Once he had formed the needed handseals he clapped his hands, And would then extend his palms out as he would then summon the Lightning Dragon. Once that was done he would allow it to travel through the village. Controlling it just slightly. His eyes narrowed as he did this. His hands were feeling really numb and weak. He was still burned from head to toe. From his fight with the Legendary Ninja of Suna. He was shocked she did not deliver the killing blow to his heart. And left him alive his pride broken and defeated by her. He did admire her. She did not come out unsheathed no she was burned also. he dropped to the ground and begun looking at the sky.
