Axel yawned walking around the lake that was a mile from the village's edge and grumbled kicking a few rocks; since he had learned the fire release he hadn't been able to find anyone to teach him or give him more scrolls and it bugged the helllllll out of him.

"Dammit I wanna burn stuff and make big flames" Axel grumbled sounding like the child he used to be then sat down on a short pier that went into the lake and sighed while flicking a stray stone into the water making it ripple outwards.

Wolf knows I currently can't post the NPC's stuff and will as soon as I can, which will be sometime today when I get my other computer! He is okay with that.

The Uchiha had a long past few days, it was almost record breaking heat in the last country he was at. Seemed better here, but than again, he was in Taki. Normally he wouldn't just go to this village without reason, but something felt right about it. His inner feelings have never let him down before, why would they now? That's when he heard something when walking past a lake, "Dammit I wanna burn stuff and make big flames" This sounded like a child, Vert had a thing for children, he had to help this one.

It was not long before he was walking close to the lake that he noticed it wasn't exactly a little boy, he looked a little developed but not much. Vert's black cloak was covering his white body and his medium length black hair was blowing in the wind. He activated the Sharingan just to be on the sure side, he didn't want to be caught off guard by some random kid. He started walking his way down the pier and spoke in a strong deep, yet calm voice, "Is something the matter, boy?"

Effect: The Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 3rd Tomoe allows the user to track movements and copy them for techniques. Also capable of piercing stronger GenJutsus.

Drawback: Technique Copying has its limits as well as Movement tracking.
Description: Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye") 3rd Tomoe The eyes of the user turns red in color with a black pupil in the middle. Three Tomoe (Comma) appears around the pupil. Each eye gains three Tomoe.

Able to see through "A" Rank and lower GenJutsus.
Able to predict 5 movements per opponent. 6 if user has Chakra Sight.
Able to copy a technique to learn. Every Training Point User earns they get an Additional 2 Points to learn the technique.
Additional Point does Not go into User's Class, nor Mastery.
Additional Point takes away from learning Capacity such as universal technique points and non mastery points.
May only copy Releases (If you know Release first), Perceptions (If you know Perception first), and Basic non Chakra Related Fighting Styles and TaiJutsu Techniques.
May copy Technique Trees if user learns the first technique that starts the Technique Tree.
Does not Copy Multi Ranked Techniques, except the first initial technique.
Does not Copy Selfish Techniques

Must watch technique being performed at all times whether it is Playable Character or Non Playable Character. Must not take eyes off of person performing said technique.


Limit: Must be part of the Uchiha clan (うちは一族 "Uchiha family"), Must know Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 2nd Tomoe. Only obtainable after three events or interaction missions after obtaining Sharingan (写輪眼 "Copy Wheel Eye,") 2nd Tomoe

"Is something the matter, boy?" a deep calm voice echoed around him and Axel looked backed to the source and his face paled a little seeing the crimson eyes. Axel quickly diverted his gaze to the man's collarbone in an attempt to avoid his eyes. Axel studied any bloodline he could find information on and he knew the crimson eyes were trademark of the Uchiha clan which could specialize in visual genjutsu... but also mastered their own fire style...

"Um.. just a bit down.. I haven't been able to find the man who taught me Fire Style or anyone else to teach me more.." Axel said honestly before getting up and walking over to the man, he decided if he would have any chance of learning he should respect him. Axel looked up into the crimson eyes and held his hand out grinning like the wolves his family worked with. "I'm Axel Inuzuka, sir"

"I'm Axel Inuzuka, sir" He didn't recall asking that, though he did get his answer to his question. It seemed this boy was into Fire Jutsu. It seemed he knew already who Vert was, not actually, but clan wise. The Kekki Genkei was a dead give away. He noticed the hand that was extended towards him, "I am Vert Uchiha." He took the boy's hand and let his eyes do their magic, he had eye contact already so this was no problem, while holding the boy's hand he focused a little chakra into his own, and commanded his eyes to make the boy feel heavier.

He wanted to know how much this Axel would put up with before turning into a pissed off little ninja, once the genjutsu took effect, he would push heavily with his right hand and send Axel to the left, off the pier, and towards the water.

Sharingan: Inryoku Etoku (Sharingan: Gravity Perception)

Effect: Makes the opponent feel heavier or lighter than they really are.
Special: --
Drawback: Must look into the user's eyes.
Description: When the user performs what is needed to activate the third stage of the Sharingan, and whenever the opponent looks into the eyes of the user the effect takes in if the user wishes it to take in. The user adds in the bit of chakra into their hands and creates what is known as an illusion towards the opponent's own weight. They either felt lighter, or heavier than they should be depending on how the user wishes to make the illusion work. If it is heavier the opponent will begin to feel heavier, they begin to feel slower, and a greater strain towards them as they attempt to move. They are moving quite fine however and are moving in real speed, but they however are feeling like they are moving much slower than normal. If it is lighter, they will feel as if they are stronger, much faster than they normally are while on the outside they are moving as regular normal speed. The speed up however does not change their perception of capability. The lightness is used to trick the opponent to make them gain some confidence in their work as if they are moving faster, and yet when they notice that the user is moving the same speed, it gives them that shocked feel as if the user is always moving just like the opponent. Breaking eye contact when made does not disrupt the technique.

Axel felt a tingle in his hand and instantly focused chakra into his own feet making him latch to the ground, and soon after his body would instantly become heavier. He started to sway a bit before strengthening his legs and standing firmer knowing it was a genjutsu when the man tried to push him Axel took the blow swaying back from the firm hit.

"I know that you're adept in genjutsu now, Uchiha" Axel said trying to clear his head from the gravity strain before looking back up at the man as his claws pressed to his skin. "If you're also experienced in the fire aspect... could you teach me?..."

The boy didn't fall in the water, which was a disappointment, and is now asking for him to teach the boy the clan's ninjutsu. Did this boy value his life? He moved his left hand grabbing the left side of the cloak and pulling it back, meanwhile moving his right to the inside of the clock he pulled out a small scrolls, also inside there would be seen a few other scrolls and a Konoha headband, which was crossed though. He then closed his cloak and looked at the boy, "What does the Uchiha clan symbol mean? I'm sure I don't have to show it to you." He would then stand there with scroll in hand, and wait for an answer.

The man seemed displeased that his illusion didn't a result he expected then pulled open his cloak and retrieved a single scroll from within, from where Axel was he could see a few other scrolls and leaf headband with a slash through it. It was the sign of a rogue-ninja but Axel knew better and kept his mouth shut.

"What does the Uchiha clan symbol mean? I'm sure I don't have to show it to you." Axel thought it over and retraced all the research he had done about clans and bloodlines remembering the information. "The symbol of the uchiha clan is a red and white hand-fan and is used to symbolize 'fanning the flames' of the clan's fire jutsu"

He sighed, it wasn't the answer he wanted but that has become one of the known meanings he assumed. He held the scroll out to the boy, "Here you will find in this scroll a place were I hid all the D and C rank scrolls of the Uchiha's clan jutsu, or at least my copies of them. There is another scroll there, in that scroll it will lead you to an old Uchiha hideout, in which an old man lives, he will be able to teach you higher rank clan jutsu." He just accepted a boy he knew nothing about into the Uchiha clan, not that he cared, the boy had spite, he liked that.

After the boy took the scroll he would carry on his way, as if nothing had ever happened, though he would leave the genjutsu off. It would be removed by sundown off the boy, though if he didn't find the scrolls by then, the scroll he gave the boy would catch flame. His chance to find the scrolls would be gone forever.

Axel took the scroll as the man left and opened it reading it and grinned wide and turned to the west about to break into a dead run. Then fell face first onto the ground. Axel growled deep then remembered something his aunt had once told him, pain helped cancel genjutsu.

Axel moved his arm to his mouth and bit down hard making blood ooze through his teeth as the burst of feeling ran through him he felt lighter and got up moving a bit. He grinned and took off again traveling across the valleys and falls of the Land of Waterfalls. finally traveling two miles west and another two north. Axel looked around the area searching for what would be close to a storeroom or building.

There just so happen to be a shed nearby which had the doors wide open containing shovels and other gardening tools. No one nearby, lucky you!

Axel looked at the shed and scanned the ground quickly finding where the dirt was disheveled and sent chakra into his claws before attacking the ground digging fast with his enhanced claws. the chakra didnt increase the cutting power but made them wider and stronger so they wouldn't snap.

The youth continued to dig down into the earth while the dirt clung to his body and face eventually even covering the bite on his arm. soon Axel hit something that wasn't dirt or stone and canceled his chakra to carefully dig it out and found a large clothe bundle and unwrapped it finding three scrolls that had slight wear on them. -huff- "finally"
