Character Depth
Personality:
Sar has many habits that an observant person will easily see. First he closes his left eye and tilts his head to the left, all the while staring with his right eye at the someone or something he is thinking deeply about. Second, he will always hold his drink with his left hand, even when there's a table to place it on, until the cup is empty or he is forced to put it down. And lastly, he always touches his index and middle finger above his eyebrow when he bows. Asking him about any of these habits won't help you in any way because he, himself does not know when or how they started.
If Sar sees no reason to talk, then he will not talk. He believes there is little meaning in words, for each one could be a lie. By speaking less, he believes that he speaks little to no lies, and that comforts him some-what. He is rarely loud, as he sees it as impolite unless asked. He has been quiet for so long that he sees nothing odd about it, often coming in and leaving a room unnoticed,
Sar sees no reason to be rude, unless of course you are rude to him. Even then he will take steps to resolve the conflict to the best of his abilities. Very hard to anger, though disgruntling him is a bit easier. He is rarely impolite, often offering help even to those who he knew would refuse it. If pushed beyond his patients, hard to do but possible, he will most likely lash out physically.
Sar can rarely understand behavior, right or wrong. What may be offensive to you may not mean a thing if said to him. He may try to imitate behavior at times, but in the end it's only a pale imitation of the real thing. Oddly, it almost seems as if he could ignore the pain of a blade, though those who fought him says that he feels it just like anyone else.
Most of his actions, even the way he speaks, has a slightly depressed undertone. Someone with a good eye would be able to see that he is saddened by something, though what he has never said. He rarely keeps eye contact in fear of someone seeing his depression. Though some believe that it is because of his parents, others are not so sure. Always runs his fingers over the sheath of his blade that has the mark when he is thinking deeply about something sad.
Underneath his calm demeanor, he is power-hungry, though it is very hard for anyone to bring that side of him out. Any signs of power seem to draw his eye. There was a time when the Gekai Genkai like the Sharingan and Byakugan attracted his interest. He has often wondered if he would be able to take them for himself. It is doubtful that he would attempt to do so, even if he had the chance though, so there's no reason to watch your back.

Drawback: ---
Description: The kunai is 6 inches each in length. The blades are of soft iron and unsharpened. Only the tips are sharpened.

Description: Smoke grenades are used as ground-to-ground or ground-to-air signaling devices, target or landing zone marking devices, and screening devices for unit movement. The body is a sheet-steel cylinder with emission holes in the top and bottom. These allow the smoke to be released when the grenade is ignited.

Makibishi (Overview)
Rank: "C" Rank
Type: Secondary, 16 per Slot, Combative, Projectile, Makibishi

Drawback: ---
Description: When pursued by enemies, ninja would scatter makibishi on the ground. In ancient Japan, common footwear consisted of sandals made of straw, called zori, which offered relatively little protection against such hazards. Makibishi spines were often hooked, and occasionally grooved to allow for a light coat of poison, to increase the damage they dealt to those unfortunate enough to step on them and possibly result in death.

Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Bo-shuriken was constructed from a wide variety of everyday items, and thus there are many shapes and sizes. Some derive their name from the materials they were fashioned from, such as kugi-gata (nail form), hari-gata (needle form) and tantō-gata (knife form); others are named after the object to which they appear similar, such as hoko-gata (spear form), matsuba-gata (pine-needle form) while others were simply named after the object that was thrown, such as kankyuto (piercing tool form), kunai-gata (utility tool form), or teppan (plate metal) and biao (pin). Other items were also thrown as in the fashion of bo-shuriken, such as kogai (ornamental hairpin), kogata (utility knife) and hashi (chopsticks), although these items were not associated with any particular school of shurikenjutsu, rather they were more likely just thrown at opportune moments by a skilled practitioner who was skilled in a particular method or school.

It is doubtful that he would attempt to do so, even if he had the chance though, so there's no reason to watch your back.
Appearance:
Background:
Sar was born into a mediocre family, one who just moved into Amegakure. His father worked as a craftsman and his mother a nurse in the hospital. Sar quickly took interest in the ninja way and soon after, joined the ninja academy. It was around his fifth birthday that his parents left. First was his mother, around 5 day before his birthday. She received a request to assist a small village for a large sum of money. She never reached the village. Her body was found at a camp site only a few miles away with no personal belongings. About a month after Sar's fifth birthday, his father was forced to make his monthly travel to sell his creations to neighboring cities and never returned. Oddly, no body was found, though most people thought him as dead.
The Lie
Though most thought that Sar's parents were dead, they never told him. Instead, they would say that his parents had another job to do farther away, some even gave money to Sar, saying that his parents sent it for him. He seemed to believe it, moving on with his life. It wasn't until he was 7 that he started becoming distant from everyone else. Some thought that he had some how found out about his parent's death and tried to comfort him, but when they mentioned his parent's death, Sar seemed surprised. He seems to silently deny the truth even now.
Discovering his Power
Sar discovered his power about a year after his parents disappeared. The first sign was an accidental use using the ice release, freezing the raindrops around him during a training session. From then on, he trained himself in using both water creation, which was needed one way or the other, and ice creation. He learned as best as he could teach himself without any assistance. He also decided to attempt to learn his villages jutsu, though he has only been able to learn the falling rain technique needed for the jutsu.
The Dark Secret
Though most had thought that the realization of his parent's death had made Sar more distant, this was not the case. Sar had been studying his new-found power and saw the other children, even when they were training themselves, as a distraction. During his training, he spotted a man who could use his Gekai Genkai to it's full ability, and a type of madness took over. He began experimenting in secret, removing and reattaching limbs from one small animal to another. He believed that if he was successful in this, he would be able to take the Gekai Genkai of others. Surprisingly, some of his experiment's lived. He believes it is possible to take another person's Gekai Genkai for himself, though this dark side of him has never seen light.
Loyalty to the Hidden Rain?
Sar always seemed to do whatever any other rain ninja asked of him without question. Even after he distanced himself, one but needed to ask something of him and he would do it, no questions asked. He often fell for obvious pranks pulled by other children because they asked him to, "go to this area" or, "stand over there for a bit." Though he seems to listen to exclusively rain ninja, some question his loyalty to the Kage. Some even wonder if he would obey an order to attack his own village, as long as it was from another rain ninja.

List of techniques
1. Water Creation Jutsu Rank D
1.Suiton Soushi (Water Creation)
Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S”
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius.
Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters.
Limit: Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Must have Water Release.
Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S”
