Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.

Description: This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. • Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

  Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.

  Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
  Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

Description: User creates a swarm of minions moulded from their ground, which look just like the user, but are about one foot in height. After completing the necessary seals, the user will make an uplifting gesture and small minion will be forced from the soil. At C rank, the user may pull six from the ground. At B rank, 15 minions, and at A rank 30 minions may be pulled from the ground. The minions are all separate, yet pulled out of the earth in a chain. This means that with only one pull motion, the user can pull out all minions at once. Naturally, they all will have somewhat of an intelligence, attacking the designated enemy by hurling themselves bodily at the foe. They may either just ram into the enemy with their rock hard heads, or they may cling and proceed to slam their tiny fists repeatedly while clinging. In larger numbers, it is possible for the enemy to become overwhelmed, covered in the minions to the point where their bones are broken. Internal haemorrhage will lead to death if victim does not detach themselves from the little beasties. In regards to the tech.

My response:

In regards to this technique I have a few simple problems, mainly questions about it.

1. The limit, simply Earth release? I thought anything that made rocks come together require of the rank your learning. Meaning the C Rank would need C Rank creation and such.

Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique)
Rank: "D" "C" "B" "A" "S"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique where the user takes the time to formulate, or create Rock in order to use other types of techniques for great usages.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Rock like formations for other types of techniques. Cannot be used on Sand
Description: What occurs is that the user takes the time to push down into the ground their own chakra. As the user does this the user takes the earth like materials found within the ground which is the components of soil as they begin to formulate and harden them all around in order to create harden rock like materials. The user may slam their hands against the ground in order to use this technique or just by pushing their chakra down to the ground. A user can gain the capability of grabbing onto the very ground and molding a piece of earth into a hardened like rock. The more the user learns and the higher the Difficulty class the user becomes the more they are capable of mastering this type of technique. When first learned the user is only capable of formulating rock into the size of their hand. When the user learns the "C" Rank, version this type increases to five meters in radius. Each time learned after that, the distance increases by ten feet giving a total distance of thirty-five meters in a radius distance. For each Difficulty class the User is the larger number this distance becomes. Each Difficulty class after C The distance increases by Ten meters. This means that if a user becomes S Rank in Difficulty Class and learns the S Rank Version of this technique the user is capable of formulating Rock within a Seventy-Five meters Radius.
Limit: Needs the Earth Release

3. Further explain what the minions look like for me. I like mental pictures of things.

4. Perhaps instead of differing ranks of the technique why not make it re trainable to lengthen how long they can live for with a cap?

Nice. Now, if you had really nitpicked you would also have noticed that a gourd is not a weapon and therefore in the wrong category.

Customs can be the most difficult part to some, so I am not surprised that you made more mistakes on the second, but it was not to bad I'd say.
