Experience: I was an assistant once before, and did a fair amount of stuff in that short time. Lost the position due to inactivity when real life got crazy. Also, I'm a teacher of sorts, if that happens to work in my favor.

Roleplay Experience: Well, my toplist has changed just a little since last time, but there will be some familiar faces.

Additional Comments: Uh...well, I think I already covered pretty much everything of importance. I was actually intending to apply later on, but sitting around in the C-Box between posts I keep seeing the same select group of people (Like for example Beltran and Kurenai) being harried and harassed and generally overworked. So I figure I'll try and pick up the slack.

My actual times of being online are no more predictable than before, but I am on almost every day. Usually super late at night or super early in the morning.

Not accepting, nor denying. Here's my issue. Twice you've left without explanation, and twice you came back re-applying. What bothers me the most is leaving without explanation. Then having us to decide what to do about a month later. Tie has left and came back more times than I want to count but at least he's let me know "Hey I have some issues coming about." I don't know if I can keep allowing that to happen especially with everything that I've seen with other staff that continue to pursue the same action.

Also you have an issue with authorities. When there was a site stealing our stuff you went there and caused some issues while a Head Moderator was handling it, and then got mad at the Head Moderator when they were discussing with you to please allow them to handle the situation. Makes us look bad.

That's the issue I'm currently having. If these are things I no longer have to worry about, please let me know.

Actually, once I came back re-applying. Now. And that's after waiting a while, though not as long as I'd intended to. And as for my extended absences, the first time was unexplained. And I can't explain it now because I can't remember what was going on. Before now I announced that I was leaving because I had too much stuff going on IRL between school, teaching, and some personal stuff I don't want to get into. Suffice to say my free time did not exist. I'm sure we've all had these types of times in our lives. And when I came back I explained that my absence was even longer than I'd intended due to electronic breakdowns. Lots of them.

As for that other site thing, I wasn't trying to step on anyone's toes or anything. I was trying to help them out, give 'em some advice so that they didn't end up n the same mess with other sites, or even us again. I was trying to be NICE. When all was said and done I apologized and we all moved on, that was the end of it. Or so I thought. Guess I was wrong.

Well. If you feel I can't get the job done proper, I respect that. I don't like it, I find it insulting, but I respect it. I did disappear, though not entirely unannounced, but in my time as staff I was efficient, fair and unbiased, well liked, and got a fair number of things done in a short amount of time. I tried to help out everyone as much as I could whenever I could. But perhaps that isn't enough.

However, I'm not entirely happy with the thought that you, Ayame, deny with no explanations of your reasons so that I might either confirm or attempt to refute them. It isn't exactly sporting. Now I've noticed that just recently staff has been getting hit hard with the influx of new blood and has a lot being asked of them. Not only that, but in just one more day Exams season begins, with even more to do.

I could post an entire speech here, but rather than ramble on I'm going to make things clear and concise, because regardless of how elaborate or eloquent I am, nothing I can say will or should sway your opinions of my professional application except that. It is a professional matter. I am a professional. I work with students, children. I deal with their parents, I have coworkers and I have superiors. I have my own teachers in the evening. And regardless of my personal feelings towards any one of these many people I remain cool and professional, though somewhat terse with the willfully stupid. I keep strict control over myself at all times. That is the one aspect of me I can be proud of, it is the one aspect of me I ask you to take into consideration. I get the job done.

Thank you, goodnight, I await the next, final vote. At 2/3 Accepted and 1/2 Denied, either Heero or Kurenai will make the final call. Whether for me or against me, I accept it and will move forward unhindered.

I would really like to see you around more before thinking about letting you on staff. You may see the same people in the box, but others do help out. What's in the past is in the past. So for now I will have to give you that 2|2 if Heero feels you are ready for staff then let me give you the color. If you want to help people you still can. Answer support and bios to help out. But do that for a bit.
