With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.

The self proclaimed kawaii ninja, escaped his house for the day. Within the confines of his kimono was a book case. This book case was a special tome that held techniques of a ninja fashion. The book was basically a small scroll hidden inside of hollowed out book. The young boy reached the area he had been searching for most of the day. It was near the takigakure gates, it would be the perfect spot to train. The reflective surface of the water was so clear and pure as he stopped and looked at it.

Kurai squatted, his body was facing the massive pool beneath the waterfall. This would be the perfect place for him to study. To be true to his blood limit he needed to become one with water. His hand, sent a ripple throughout the water. The temperature was colder then expected. Yet, this was needed so he could advance with other training.

Kurai closed his eyes and set his mind to his task. With one hand he reached within his kimono and revealed the tome. It was easily unraveled and placed on the ground beside him. His hand traced the page until he found the jutsu he would train. The seals seemed easy enough that even someone who wasn't a ninja could easily do it. He cleared his mind and envisioned his chakra turning the water into clouds.

Once he had memorized the seals, his hands, clasped together, creating seal after seal, until completing the final one. It was as if he could feel the chakra circulating all over his body. His lungs, filled with chakra to the point he could physically feel it. His eyes, opened, and his body fell slowly over into the water.

The seals, had fully taken affect only centimeters before the initial splash. The chakra, traveled and flowed through his tenketsu to multiple parts of his body. His ears, filmed over with chakra protecting it from pressure. A surge connected with his lungs fully coating it. And last but not least his eyes finally were coated over with protective film.

His body, sank deeper within each second. His eyes, opened underneath the water. The chakra radiating from earlier had already completely protected him. The film allowed him to see through the depths of the water. Kurai opened his mouth, allowing water to fill his lungs. The water was immediately turned into breathable oxygen. It was as if he was floating high in the sky. Every movement and every flip was playful as if soaring higher and higher.

Yet, as he went deeper the jutsu began to give way after twenty minute mark. The pressure became to great and he had to resurface. As he kicked up and inhaled the fresh air above his mind reeled. The experience was one he needed to practice upon. " Hmm, I would guess I need more practice at this tech. Haha, I'll get it soon!" His voice was filled with excitement until he noticed something. kurai's lipstick and eye shadow was leaking all over him. His thoughts soon switched to buying waterproof make up.

At D rank the ice is as solid as regular ice. At C rank the ice is as strong as iron. At B rank the ice is as strong as titanium and cannot be melted with fire techniques below A rank. At A rank the ice is as strong as hard steel and can’t be melted by fire techniques below S rank. At S rank the ice is as strong as adamantine and cannot be melted by fire techniques. This technique is the base of all ice techniques used. The strength of every ice technique depends on this.

Kurai quickly exited the Takikage's mansion. The notarized seal was not within his hands but within a instructors. This was to insure the completion of his mission. The mission was to excite and maybe give hope to the masses of Takigakure. To show that ninja are power toold and pillars of the communities that lived within. Kurai released the scroll from his kimono once again.

The tome fell to the ground with and audible thud. With a quick stroke of his hand it unraveled across the ground. The scroll revealed kanji towards seals and jutsu. This was a gift from his mother and father, the secrets towards Kaishin and other bound techniques. Once again, his fingers traced along the kanji until laying upon the perfect jutsu.

This was a secret technique, a jutsu which would allow him more mastery over his blood limit. His breathing began to hitch as he could feel the air around him as if it became palpable. The script on the text spoke about more of a feeling then any actual seals. His hands, sealed back and forth, but to what end he didn't know. The area became wet almost as if he was underwater again. Yet, the feeling was weird since the water never touched his body but began to form around him.

The puddle grew little by little in front of him. The chakra he was sending through his body seemed to link to his hands. his hand waved in front of the pool as if grew to the size he was able to maintain. It wasn't a huge puddle or pool just a small little source of water. His eyes, closed as he looked towards the tiny puddle. The feeling of nothingness began to radiate within his body.

His fingers danced around the tiny source. He could feel the water as if it was a beating heart. It pulsated with his presence, but as his mind stilled with the purpose he directed it. The beat within his mind began to slow more and more as he infused his chakra into the pool. The water began to show signs of cracking as it delved closer and closer into reaching it's freezing point.

kurai's eyes, opened as a shockwave of cold could be felt throughout his entire body. The puddle of water, was now a frozen spot of ice. It wasn't pure or anything and it was hard but still breakable as he tested it out by removing his hand. A smile formed on the boys lips as he had done the very impossible in front of the instructor.

The instructors eyes widened at the feat he just witnessed. His hand scribbled across the notarized paper. The mission was completed and it seemed he wanted to congratulate the boy. " A job well done. Now class this is the power of a ninja. " Kurai hadn't even noticed there were little genin in training surrounding him. His mind was focused completely on the task and nothing more. " Umm, cool. I guess this mission is completed."

" Not quite, I would like for you to demonstrate that technique once more. " Kurai was puzzled by the request. He had just shown that he could do it. The thought of trying again was fueled on by the staring genin. Kurai inhaled once again, this method of manipulating the oxygen had worked so far. Instead of seals he began to breathe harder infusing chakra from his breath into the air. This method liquidated the oxygen changing it back from it's gaseous state.

As the water began to mold and form he rolled his hands around the newly formed puddle of water. The chakra moved from his lungs along his tenketsu and surged along his hands. His mind was more susceptible to the heartbeat. The water itself was alive to his touch as he once again started to slow the heart beat. He rationalized this technique by saying he was just protecting the water from it's heart breaking.

As the beat disappeared the water began to freeze over. The freezing this time was near instantaneous. Redoing the technique had greatly increased his speed with it. This was only his creation testing. he needed to once again test it's power. he smashed his hand into the frozen puddle once more. It cracked under pressure the second time he hit it. The puddle was about as powerful as a regular piece of ice." Hopefully, I'm done now. Right Instructor? The instructor looked over the work again and didn't say a word before giving out his final mention.

I waited until my clothes were completely dry before continuing my training. The tome beside me seemed to be semi-rolled up. There seemed to be more kanji on whatever wasn't unraveled that intrigued me. My hands, quickly forced the rest of the kanji to be seen. It was for some sort of suiton, and it required a mass amount of water. The gigantic lake before me would be the perfect spot I thought. My slender frame rose to my full height. My kimono draped across my body casually as I began to walk across the water itself.

The technique had become second nature to me ever since I learned it at the academy. It was a simple jutsu of converting your chakra to your feet allowing people to walk over it. I strolled to the center of the lake before stopping at a spot that seemed perfect. The concept of the jutsu was hard to understand at first. I began to think of whirlpools and maelstroms. I closed my eyes and began to envision my chakra becoming a line within the lake. This would be easy as chakra was already flowing towards my feet.

The chakra within my feet began to expand little by little I could feel the water move under my feet. I looked towards the water in front of me . I applied more chakra and began to think about curving that line more and more. Yet, the water before me only rumbled and bubbled a bit. This failure had perplexed me. Why couldn't I get it to move was on my mind as I stopped the flow of chakra towards that purpose.

The technique needed to be worked out on a more basic level. Once again I closed my eyes and focused on my feet. I tried to push my chakra into the lake so I could manipulate it's integrity. I began to create seals in the rhythm of the line within my mind. This time the line began to bend. I began to layer more of my chakra into the lake. The line within my mind began to curve, yet it wasn't curling around into a spiral.

I began to think more about that line and began to pressure my chakra into my feet spreading it into the rumbling water. I focused as hard as I could until the water within my mind became a spiral. The endless motion was amazing as it seemed to flow into infinity.
The water before me began to swirl into a slow moving maelstrom. I raised my right hand and lowered my left hand as with the same seal in place. I panicked as the water began to slow again and it disrupted my chakra flow once more causing it to stop.

This jutsu was annoying to me seeing as I wanted to get it over and done with. I tried my best to calm down as I listened to the stream of water flow continuously in the background. I repeated my steps before by first sealing, forcing my chakra to my feet, and finally envisioning the line. The spiral, it formed within the water at a quicker pace. I had to maintain a constant stream of chakra within the line that curled into the maelstrom."Amazing, I...I think I finally got it. Whaa Hoo! I finally got it. I was ecstatic at that very moment in time. Now I'm one step closer to mastering the jutsu but patience was a virtue after all.

Kurai realized a fatal flaw in his training. The technique he was creating wasn't the technique at all. There was no force within the spiral before him. All he had accomplished was to create a swirl in the water and that wasn't gonna sink any shinobi. The problem was he needed to truly learn the technique before him. His slender body, moved towards a rock that protruded from the water.

He had completely memorized the kanji that was around the jutsu. The jutsu to him was nothing more then a mere spiral. And then it dawned on him, the technique wasn't about the spiral motion at all. the technique was about feeding the water itself. By a vacuum effect within the area of water he would be able to feed the lake. A smile formed on his supple lips as he left his sitting position.

His mind no longer envisioned the spiral that had set his fragile imitation into motion. His eyes, closed and his mental focus had began to cultivate. The darkness within his mind, created a majestic place of wonder. The water within his mind had endless ripples. The ripples span around the water endlessly with no focus or even purpose other then to bound upon each other. A spot within the middle which had no ripples began to form the more he began to focus.

After he had clearly gotten the spot within his mind now was the time to implement his training. His body stood erect, his feet were three inches apart. His hands, lowered so that they would arrive at his chest. The movements were quick and precise, he sealed one after another. The final seal positioned him into a stance which allowed him to hold the snake seal. His left hand was raised into the air outstretched so it would be perfectly aligned above his head.

His right hand was aligned with his stomach, the stance allowed the chakra to flow evenly throughout his entire body. The stance also allowed him to evenly distribute his chakra into the spot he could see within the ripples within his mind. His body, began to force the chakra into the ripples in a straight line. The line met with the rippless area. A whirl of water could be heard within Kurai's ears yet he continued to focus.

The spinning within his mind wasn't complete.To fix the problems he foresaw in his shadowy imitation. The whirlpool needed more depth and more powerful suction. Kurai tried to use his chakra to manipulate the suiton around him even more. The feeling of a heart beating erratically filled his ears, with the final layer of his chakra it almost used up all of his strength to finally complete it. The whirlpool wasn't easily maintained and little by little the more chakra layered the faster it would go. Finally, his eyes opened seeing the newest creation before his eyes. This whirlpool was noticeably different then the other one he created. There was real depth and the entire lake seemed to be affected unlike his original attempt.

The technique was finally flawless, every single problem that was encountered was fixed. Kurai, looked at the clear water and reached downward into the lake. He dropped a toy which he had carried into the water. The toy was surprisingly buoyant and rose to the top of the water. This would be a good test subject on the actual jutsu's effectiveness.

His body straightened back to it's full stature after placing the object on the ground. The process was complete so mental meditation was no longer needed. The chakra within his body formed at his feet once he began. His seals were set within a flurry, each one forcing the chakra into the perfect section. His feet exuded the chakra into the water surrounding the toy.

The process of layer chakra was faster then before. The whirling began near instantly as the last seal was being held. The idea was to push the chakra faster,harder,and make the structure deconstruct-able. The jutsu was to drag the opponent under the water to set up and even bigger attack. There was need to envision the heartbeat seeing as the feeling flowed throughout his own body.

The whirlpool immediately sucked the toy under with the constant pressure of suiton creation chakra. This was the same Whirlpool as before yet a bit more violent. After cutting the chakra from the pool the water began to settle once again. "Gah, somehow my body doesn't feel like moving anymore....." Kurai fell backwards into the very lake allowing himself to be snuggled by the water around him. His very body ended up laying at the body, yet it was all good seeing as he could breathe fine and needed to relax.

Kurai forced his body upward towards the surface. The middle of the lake was refreshing and nice. It was weird being able to pull oneself up by water itself. His body finally stood on the surface of the water. one more try was all he needed to be finished once and for all. Within a few seals the jutsu was already enacted. Holding the last seal allowed the violent spiral to come into existence. And with that the jutsu was stopped and he began to run towards his tome. It was time to train another jutsu.

Kurai walked back to the area in which he trained before. The jutsu he had learned was fully within his grasp. He knew there was no need to train it any further. Yet, he needed to demonstrate the jutsu to the practitioner later on in the day. " Gah, I hate these exams! Yet, I know I have to find any kinks and work them out." His body, fluid in motion walked forward towards the lake. The body of water had been his source of training before and would now be his final test. Once in the middle again, he began to seal each step. With the last step he began to hold the seal.

The maelstrom formed but was missing a component which would be a fatal flaw if used in combat. The whirlpool did not sink into the water. It merely rose above the water spinning slightly. Kurai slightly layer more chakra within the water to increase the power and depth of the jutsu. The whirlpool finally maintained itself without the need of his chakra and disappeared after completing it's task. "I'm not even gonna say I'm ready until I meet the practioner."

Description: Once the handseals are finished a stream of ice is being created around the user which begans to form a sphere, the sphere acts as a shield. The D ranked can withstand up to two (2) D ranked Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attacks or lower. The C ranked can withstand up to two (2) C ranked Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attacks or lower.
Limit: Must know Ice Release. Needs a source of Ice.

The day wasn't over yet, there was still much to do. Kurai decided to move onto another jutsu as he read underneath the waterfall. The jutsu he wished to learn next would be complicated. It involved creating a three hundred and sixty degree shielding. The technique would also require the creation of ice. This seemed like and amazing technique and it had piqued his interest.

This jutsu would require much concentration and planning in order for it too fit well. He began by sitting within the grass and using his photographic memory to recite the seals. Kurai began to string his fingers into hand seals. There was chakra placed within each seal as they were formed. And chakra began to form into the grass area, the air within the sky began to liquify and form around his body.

The first thing to do was to freeze the water over by pushing chakra into the newly created water. This process of ice creation took four minutes to finish. The task of creating ice required his chakra to remove all the heat within the water slowly. The next step was to make the ice rise around his body. Once again, his fingers, stringed along seals. The chakra within his last seal allowed him to manipulate, and mold the ice upon the ground.

It took time for him to measure his height compared to doing this jutsu standing. Once before he measured himself standing at five feet and eight inches. Closing his eyes he began to envision a protective ball surrounding his body. He could hear the ice crackle and freeze around him. The cold could be felt on his skin and welcomed as the ball fully surrounded him. Once his eyes opened there was a realization that the sphere was still much too small.

His hair was being pressed down by the top of the shield. By using his hands he manipulated the ice forcing the ball to expand by pushing more chakra into the base of the sphere. The layering of more chakra created a new coating of ice. The newer coating would dissolve the older layer expanding and strengthening it's integrity. With the final touches added the sphere was totally formed and protective.

Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push)

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.

Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
