Additional Comments: Uh, not much to say I guess. I'm always around, I've been role-playing but there is probably alot more I could be doing for others instead of myself. I was staff previously, I think I got on well with everyone, no real problems. I was quick to answer PM's and when I didn't know something not above going to look it up to give a speedy answer. I also helped work on traps during my time as assistant with Hotaru and Leon, so I definitely got things done when/if I was asked to do them. I can garuntee without a doubt that I can be active unless a meteor hits my house or something haha. Other than that, fire away I guess? Just hoping to help since NFRP seems to be really short handed o.o I've never seen so many open staff slots..

I just went through your last 100 posts. Only one post was actually helping someone. I notice that your active and that's good, that's really good. We need active people posting around and such, but the fact that I don't see you posting in subs, support or customs kinda puts me off accepting you..

That's fine, I can respect your decision/opinion. But I can tell you it's not for lack of trying. There isn't much I can say in customs atm that's useful and support threads for once seem to be well handled and pretty much resolved. Thanks for you time though, I suppose <3

Well you have a point there. I've been told by a few members about how difficult it is to get a post in when staff or other members have already mentioned it. Let's just see in a week from now. (That's if no one else posts in here) And if I see any postings I'll think about changing my decision ^^

Well I've gone through your last 100 posts again, and the helping out has improved a little. But despite your Kage now it is expectant that you haven't done a whole lot. And from what I have seen around NFRP, I haven't really seen you around much. So for now, my decision still stands. Just wait for a little while longer and perhaps post around more once your used to Kage-hood and then reapply? Might get a better chance^^

but i'll have to agree with natsumi. unless there's an alt account that you're helping people on, i really haven't seen you help around much. you're active, which is awesome, but i'd say focus on being a kage right now, because you're doing great at that. much better than me . once you start helping around more [cbox, PMs, support, bios] , then reapply.

Matsu knows his shit, vouch. Site isn't as active as it once was. Telling them they need to "help out" to judge if someone is worthy of staff isn't an overly proper way to grade someone like before. Before it was possible because it was possible to help out. Now, you've gotta be on lurking and waiting for someone to post a question. Think it's time you all understood that. That and make it less obvious that you'll approve your friends in a heartbeat even if they don't help out, but won't show that same courtesy towards other overly knowledgeable people of the site. Just sayin' brah, just sayin'.

At least give the dude some questions, willing to bet he answers them better than some current Moderators.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.

Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.

Effect: The user sends a small burst of wind that spins like a drill towards an opponent.

Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their right or left arm. From that arm, a small burst of air will escape. It begins spinning rapidly as it moves with speed towards the opponent. It will drill against whatever it hits for a matter of a round before dissipating into nothing. This technique is capable of being used within the distance of ten meters. This technique is considered to be an extensive punching like technique.

2. A character has made an Inuzuka clan character but did not start with an animal companion. he has already been accepted and has began roleplaying. He PM's you asking that if he was to create an animal companion right now would he still retain the ability to start off with animal frenship , etc... how do you respond?

3. In the spam town you see that two moderators are fighting and flaming each other. You, being an assistant, see that they are fighting feel the need to act. What do you?

1 - While it's obvious what they meant, 5' 13" is a minor mistake as that would be 6'. Since they don't have Wood Release mastered, or have it period then Paper Release would be a no go. They need to mark future next to AnBu Bear or remove it from the profile, though I'd imagine it's obvious if they are a new member they meant future. They only have nine slots of secondary weapons as well, as I'm sure goggles are not secondary items, and cannot be started with. Fairly sure they can't start with the book either.

For their Bloodlimit they have to have the Lighting Release, start with Sutatikku Nagare, and they do not have to sacrifice a GM for their clan if they are a Ninjutsu Master. Oh, and they can only master 6 of their 8 releases.

2 - I don't understand how he would be accepted to begin with without one, but I'd tell him that if he's started RPing it's probably not possible for him to do so after being accepted and that he would have to learn the techniques with his companion. However if he hasn't posted or done anything, I don't see why it's not possible to revamp and just fix the problem.

3 - Get a Head Mod to step in. Regardless of me being staff, there is a chain of command and I'd imagine it's up to someone higher than them to sort it out. I would however ask them to take it to PM's and probably lock the thread.

4 - It's already stated above. There is a severe lack of activity across the board, be it in staff, members, or GM's. As an Assistant it allows me to do more than one job, as I can GM things, accept profiles, and grade training so it's just more beneficial to go for something that can do it all.

[1] Claire Farron - Although I will accept the fact that you may not be familiar with it but Claire Farron is the Name of the actual character used in the face claim. But I will overlook it if you had not played the game before. Not to mention how the image link seemed to not work. -.-

[2] Evil - The alignment , though small, is not proper

[3] Ninjutsu can only master 6 things and since nothing is clearly Paper GM then they are obviously thinking that they can master all 8 as they have [Mastery] beside them. If you assumed this was a new member them it would be safe to inform them they don't master all 8. This means you should at least confirm why they have an extra mastery. 

[4] They listed Sand release as a freebie yet they have no knowledge of the earth release as it is not stated as a freebie therefore Sand release is a no go 

[5] If a nin-master you do not need to GM Kyoudo

[6] Goggles are secondary as listed beside its description therefore are able to be started with BUT! Zoom vision or any type of surveillance vision is not permitted at the start

[7] They can either chose a main weapon or a non-weapon item and not both

[8] All Kyoudos start with  Sutatikku Nagare (Static Current)

[9] Requires HS approval and I stated you are the first to post so no sign of approval has been given

[10] Also all Kyoudo clan members require Raiton as a Mastery

Well you have it correct in a sense. Revamp is really the only thing that can happen seeing as he is an Inuzuka and it is clearly stated that an Inuzuka needs to start with an animal companion that is canine

I have mixed emotions about this. All the missed parts in the bio, thou small, are still missed. I'm not saying we don't miss things too but knowledge wise I'm now a little uncertain. Soooo for now I'm going to retract my approval I wanna see how other mods feel about it

I'm uncertain about a few things, one being the few things you missed, I know some of the things Ioshi listed you did say but still missed a bit. Also the activity still worries me despite your answer. If you're not posting I can't see the activity. I only see twenty posts since June 5th helping or otherwise. I need to see activity not just be assured of it by the person.

So I'm going to say no. Denied 1/2. Get your activity up where we can see it, then apply again.
